Bayley defeated Paige by pinfall. This match turned violent when it spilled out to the floor. Paige was brutal in her treatment of Bayley as she gave her the Paige-Turner on the floor and then threw her into the turnbuckle post and a floor riser retaining wall, among other things. However, Bayley gave back just as much as she got, much to the surprise of the Believers. When they brawler into the wooden bleachers, Bayley countered a piledriver into a back body drop. Not long after that, Bayley took Paige down from the bottom bleacher to the floor with a Bayley-to-Belly suplex. It took Bayley a long time to get Paige off of the floor and into the ring to make the pin, which is probably why Paige kicked out. Still, Paige nearly won the match with a superkick. However, in the end, it was Bayley who triumphed when she stopped Paige from diving off the top rope and then executed a Super Belly-to-Bayley suplex!
When Sexy Star came out to celebrate with Bayley, Paige rolled out of the ring, but then grabbed a chair, came back into the ring and hit both of them with it. She ended her assault on the two tecnicos by giving both of them the Ram-Paige DDT onto the steel chair and shouting out “This is my house!” for all to hear.

Awesome Kong defeated Victoria by pinfall to retain the Luchadoras Championship. Victoria came prepared and she brought the fight to Awesome Kong. She never backed down from brawling with the Luchadoras Champion. However, she didn’t have the power to get Awesome Kong into the set position to give her the Widow’s Peak and that proved to be costly as Awesome Kong was able to battle back with some short-arm clotheslines, a chokeslam and a standing splash. Awesome Kong would go on to win the match by giving Victoria an Awesome Bomb.

We go inside of Dario Cueto’s office. He appears to be busy writing something when there is a knock heard on the door. Cueto tells him to come in. “It is very nice to meet you, Mr. Cueto, sir. Please, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Paul Heyman, and I am the advocate general for the reigning, defending, conqueror of lucha libre and Mash-Up Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion – the Beast Incarnate – BROCK LESNAR!” Cueto and Heyman exchange pleasantries and then Heyman tells Cueto that he has come with a very special message on behalf of his client. He is going to come to The Temple next week to stand before the Believers and let them know what he’s going to do to Samoa Joe at Ultimate Lucha. Cueto is more than happy to have the World Champion in The Temple before Ultimate Lucha and tells Heyman that he’ll give him the main event slot. They shake hands and Heyman goes on his way.

Argenis and Famous B fought to a no contest. They wrestled for about four minutes when “Macho Man” Randy Savage ran in and attacked both men with a steel chair. He tossed them both out of the ring and then demanded a microphone. Savage cut a stinging promo in which he stated his reason for coming to The Temple was simple: he was out to get revenge against Eddie Guerrero for stealing something very valuable from him. Savage claims that he is lucha libre royalty and that Guerrero committed the ultimate crime when one day, out on the East Coast, Guerrero took his royal symbols from him and he will not rest until he gets them back. (To find out more about Savage's accusations, see: BCCW TV Episode #54, BCCW presents "Northern Lights", and BCCW presents "Vote or Die!")
After he has said his piece and is getting ready to leave the ring, Dario Cueto comes out of his office to welcome the “Macho Man” Randy Savage to The Temple, to which Savage responds with extreme anger, shouting at Cueto that he isn’t a common man but that he is lucha libre royalty and yelling “I am the Macho King!” Cueto asks to be pardoned for this simple mistake and says that it would be his honor to have the “Macho King” compete in his ring. Savage says that he isn’t here to compete. He’s here to force Guerrero to give him back his crown and his sceptre. Cueto tells him that he wants to help him do that by giving him a match with Eddie Guerrero at Ultima Lucha! Savage accepts.

Ultimo Dragon defeated Kurt Angle, Tyler Breeze, Chris Jericho, Mil Muertes, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Prince Puma by climbing the ladder and retrieving the Gift of the Gods belt from high above the ring. This ladder match featured your typical high flying lucha libre spots with plenty of spots involving ladders, and many dramatic moments as different luchadores are had brushes with the Gift of the Gods.
Highlights of the match included, but were not limited to: Angle removing Breeze from a ladder by giving him an Angle Slam; Mil Muertes spearing Nakamura into a ladder; Prince Puma performing a 630 senton bomb on Jericho as he was laid out on a ladder; Ultimo Dragon executing an Asai DDT on Mil Muertes from the top of a ladder onto a ladder suspended between the ladder rungs and the ropes (à la Kalisto circa December 2015); and Breeze taking Prince Puma off of a ladder with a springboard reverse hurricanrana!
The sequence of events that led to the end of the match were as follows: Prince Puma and Shinsuke Nakamura both tried to get the Gift of the Gods, but got into a punching match at the top of the ladder. Nakamura hit Prince Puma hard enough for him to lose his grip on the ladder with one hand and turn him around complete. Meanwhile, Angle had started up the bottom steps of the ladder and decided to send Puma flying with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex that sent him out of the ring after hitting the canvas. Breeze tried to stop Nakamura from getting the Gift of the Gods, but he was driven face-first into the mat with a double underhook piledriver off the ladder!
Angle got at the title, but Nakamura got back to the top of the ladder. They traded blows, with neither man getting a clear advantage. This continued until Mil Muertes entered the ring and tipped the ladder over, sending both wrestlers crashing through a several stacked up tables outside the ring. It looked like the Gift of the Gods was Mil Muertes’ for the taking, but that’s when Rey Mysterio Jr. showed up, as if he’d rose up from the dead and he tipped the ladder over, sending Mil Muertes falling throat first onto the top rope and then out of the ring.
With Mysterio taking Mil Muertes out of the picture, it came down to Jericho and Ultimo Dragon. Jericho climbed the ladder first, but Ultimo Dragon quickly climbed up the other side and stopped his long-time nemesis from unhooking the belt. When Jericho tried to land two right hands in a row, Ultimo Dragon blocked the second one, then gave Jericho a pair of headbutts and finally shoves him down to the mat. After that, he freed the Gift of the Gods from hook to win it.
