Bret “The Hitman” Hart vs. “The Rocket” Owen Hart

Lockup to start. They trade off on a hammerlock. Bret gets a snap mare into a chinlock. Owen works up into a headlock and shoots Bret into the ropes. They do a crisscross sequence. Owen ducks a clothesline, but Bret catches him with a back elbow to the face as he comes back the other way. Elbow drop. Bret brings Owen up by the hair and puts him down with a rising knee lift. Pendulum backbreaker and Bret grinds Owen over his knee. He shoves Owen off and stomps him. He pulls Owen up into a whip to the corner. Owen hops to the second turnbuckle and turns around with a diving forearm. Owen with a gutwrench suplex. He whips Bret into the corner who does the chest first corner bump. He bounces back and Owen gets a jumping bulldog. Owen goes for a Samoan Drop, but Bret drops out of it and gets a standing dropkick to the back. Owen goes through the ropes to the floor. Bret with a slingshot splash to the outside. Bret delivers a front suplex, dropping Owen gut first on the ring wall. Knee lift sends Owen over the wall. Bret gets back in the ring and tells Young to count him out.
Owen comes back to the apron and Bret comes to meet him. Owen grabs Bret’s leg and smashes it on the ring apron. Owen comes back in and gets a leg snap and follows with a teardrop suplex. Owen misses a moonsault. Bret gets a Russian leg sweep and a second rope elbow drop. He goes for the Sharpshooter, but Owen kicks him off. Bret goes to the floor this time. Owen comes over and Bret grabs him from the floor and yanks his feet out from under him. Bret smacks Owen’s leg off the ringpost and then does the ringpost figure four. Young threatens disqualification and Bret lets go. Bret with a kneebreaker back in the ring. Bret gets the sharpshooter this time. Owen makes the ropes to break. Bret stomps the knee some more. Bret with a back suplex. DDT for a two count.
Owen flips out of a second back suplex try and gets a one legged dropkick. Owen is gimpy. He gets a dragon sleeper to get a break, but Bret twists out of it while grabbing the bad leg. Owen with an enzuigiri off the other leg. Owen with a jackknife pin for a two count. Owen goes up top for a moonsault, but has a hard time getting up there. Bret shakes the ropes so Owen crotches himself. Bret with a super back suplex. He rolls into the sharpshooter. Owen struggles, but eventually taps out.

The Rock ‘n Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson) (c) vs. The Fabulous Freebirds (Michael “P.S.” Hayes and Jimmy “Jam” Garvin)
Referee: Joey Marella
Freebirds attack the RnR at the bell. Morton and Gibson duck a double team clothesline and come back with stereo flying body presses the other way. Hayes and Garvin slide to the floor to regroup, but take stereo suicide dives. It settles down back in the ring with Garvin and Gibson working together. They do a crisscross and Garvin grabs the ropes to keep from taking a dropkick. Gibson moves on an elbow drop try and gets the dropkick as Garvin stands. He falls into his own corner and Hayes tags in. Hayes grabs a headlock and is shot off into the ropes and puts Gibson down with a shoulder block. He follows with a leg drop and covers for barely two. Gibson backs off and tags Morton. They run the ropes and Morton tries for a Thesz Press, but Hayes blocks and turns it into a spinebuster. Atomic drop into a clothesline. He works an armbar and tags in Garvin who comes in with a double ax handle to the arm and he takes over the arm wringer.
Morton walks the ropes and flips over Garvin to break the hold. He goes for the tag, but Garvin grabs his foot and does a knee breaker into a knee bar. Tag to Hayes who comes in while Morton is still in the knee bar and kicks the leg. Gibson tries to enter the ring and Marella backs him off. The Freebirds perform a double team Russian leg sweep and Hayes chokes out Morton on the mat. Bulldog with a lackadaisical cover for a two count. Hayes goes for the DDT, but Morton drives him into his corner. However, Hayes elbows Gibson in the head and he drops off the apron. Hayes with a Falcon Arrow and tag to Garvin. He hits a pendulum clothesline and taunts the crowd. Gibson gets back on the apron and Garvin knocks him off. Marella gets in Garvin’s face. Hayes runs in, kicks Morton in the nuts and nails the DDT. Garvin taunts the crowd. Gets his sitdown jawbreaker and signals ‘that’s it’ to the fans. He makes the nonchalant cover and Morton kicks out just before three. Garvin argues the count with Marella. Hayes comes into the ring again for another DDT, but Gibson nails a missile dropkick and rolls back out. Marella turns around to see Hayes in the ring and tells him to get out. Garvin goes after Morton, who slides between his legs and tags Gibson. However, Marella was busy with Hayes and didn’t see the tag. They argue and the Freebirds get a double team DDT. Garvin taunts the crowd and goes for a brainbuster, but Morton drops out of it and pushes Garvin into his own corner to collide with Hayes. Tag to Gibson. Robert with three flying forearms to Garvin. Hayes comes in and slides out of the ring on a deep arm drag. Swinging neckbreaker and he tags Morton. Gibson body slams his partner on top of Garvin. Gibson stands guard for Hayes as Morton gets the win.

Roberts tries to attack Savage from behind before the bell, but Savage turns around and catches him. Roberts backs off with his hands up, like ‘okay, you got me.’ Savage rushes Roberts who backs into the ropes and ducks through them. Marella backs Savage off. They lock up and Savage pushes Roberts into the corner. Savage gives a clean break. They lockup again and Roberts backs Savage into the corner. Roberts looks like he’s giving a clean break, but he cheap shots Savage with a knee to the gut and an elbow to the head. Roberts whips Savage to the opposite corner. Savage reverses it, but Roberts re-reverses into a short arm clothesline. Jake with a gutbuster. He covers for a two count. They go to the ropes and Savage gets a hooking lariat. Jumping knee drop. Savage with the boxing punches. Roberts rolls to the floor. Savage with a baseball slide out that pushes Jake into the ring wall. Randy chases Jake around the ring side area. Jake slides back into the ring and catches Randy as he follows with a knee lift. Jake points at his head to show how smart he is. Jake with a swinging knee lift.
Roberts goes for the DDT, but Savage drops out of it and rolls to the floor. Jake goes out and gives chase. Savage gets back into the ring, but Roberts doesn’t follow him in. He gets on the apron and points to his head again. He then grabs the top rope and Savage slingshots Roberts into the ring. Savage with a springboard leg drop for a two count. He goes to the top rope. Roberts slides to the floor. He points to his head again, but Savage adjusts and comes out to the floor with a double ax handle. He slams Roberts into the ringpost and then slings him back into the ring. Savage goes up top for the flying elbow smash again…and misses. Roberts goes for the DDT. Savage drives Roberts into the near corner and drives three shoulders into his stomach. Savage with a belly to belly suplex out of the corner. He goes for a springboard, turnaround crossbody. Roberts catches him with a double knee lift.
Roberts goes for the DDT again, but Savage upends him with a double leg trip. He holds the legs and gives a kick to the gut. Savage with a brainbuster. Roberts backdrops out of a piledriver. He goes for the short arm clothesline, but Savage ducks under it and gets the boxing punches. Into the ropes for a diving crossbody. Piledriver connects this time and Savage finishes with the diving elbow smash.
Winner: Randy Savage by pinfall at 19:43.

SoCal Val has the new WCW World Heavyweight Champion Dusty Rhodes for a promo.
Back out in the stadium, Deion Sanders has taken the ring with his sons, Shedeur and Shilo. They play to the audience and Sanders talks about how great it is to be back in front of the greatest fans in the world. He’s interrupted by William Regal.
Regal gets in the ring with a microphone and says, “I was going to say me being left off of this show was the biggest travesty, but the fact that it’s here in Dallas, Texas, the rectum of the world, I’m actually rather quite thankful. Therefore, the greatest travesty is probably how you all cheer wildly for this strutting popinjay and his hideous offspring for no other reason than they exist and know the name of the city they are in.”
The crowd boos. The boys grab Regal, one by each arm, and he gives a horrified look of ‘what are you doing.’ The throw Regal toward their dad and Sanders nails Regal with a clothesline. He hits the mat and rolls out as the Sanders celebrate to a cheering audience.

30-Minute Iron Man Match
“Lionheart” Chris Jericho vs. Magnum TA
Referee: Tommy Young
They go to lockup to start, but Magnum hauls off and kicks Jericho hard in the crotch. He goes down and Young threatens a disqualification. Magnum yells “let me give you something to disqualify me for.” He slides to the floor and grabs a steel folding chair he gets back into the ring and wears it out on Jericho. Young calls madly for the bell.
Chris Jericho wins the first fall by disqualification and leads 1-0.
Magnum throws away the chair during the 10 second rest period. He then drops an elbow and pins Jericho.
Magnum TA wins the second fall by pinfall and it’s tied 1-1.
Magnum drops another elbow after the next rest period and covers again for a victory.
Magnum TA wins the third fall by pinfall and is up 2-1.
He drops a third elbow after the next rest period, but Jericho barely gets his shoulder up before the three, starting to recover from the chair beating. Magnum lifts him up and ragdolls Jericho for a bit in a bearhug before delivering a belly to belly suplex and gets another pinfall victory.
Magnum TA wins the fourth fall and is up 3-1.
Magnum really taunts the crowd during the next rest period. Jericho starts to get up, so Magnum rushes a knee into the side of his head. Magnum picks him up again in the bearhug, but Jericho fires some weak elbows. Magnum just throws Jericho into the near ropes and catches him with a clothesline coming off. Magnum drops an elbow, but Jericho rolls out of the way and keeps going until he drops to the floor. Magnum goes outside and picks Jericho up…who has the chair Magnum discarded. He jams it into Magnum’s throat and then drops it and delivers the Breakdown onto the chair.
Magnum TA wins the fifth fall by disqualification and goes up 4-1.
Jericho weakly rolls back into the ring and takes a breather. Magnum is out of the floor.
Chris Jericho wins the sixth fall by countout and trails 4-2.
A rested Jericho with a baseball slide out that puts Magnum into the ring wall. Jericho goes to him, but Magnum gets a shoulder underneath Jericho and upends him over the ring wall. Magnum breaks the ring out count, but when he comes back, Jericho springs over the ring wall with a flying clothesline. Jericho whips Magnum into the near corner post and catches him on the bounce out for an inverted suplex. He breaks the ring out count. Jericho does a missile dropkick to the outside, but Magnum dodges and he impales the ring wall. Magnum with a belly to belly suplex to the floor. Both guys are sucking wind.
Double count out for the seventh fall makes it 5-3.
Magnum rolls Jericho back into the ring and follows. He scores an atomic drop and clotheslines Jericho in the back of the head. Magnum misses a second rope knee drop and really jams his knee into the mat. Jericho capitalizes with a knee breaker and a leg snap. He locks in the Walls of Jericho. Magnum taps pretty quick, commentary theorizes it was a smart move to avoid further damage to the leg.
Chris Jericho wins the eighth fall by submission and trails 5-4.
Jericho lines up the Judas Effect elbow during the rest period. He goes for it, but Magnum ducks it and grabs Jericho for a back suplex. Magnum shows he’s still got gas left by doing a gorilla press slam. He goes into the ropes and jaws at the crowd while it looks like he’s going to try a Lionsault. However, he’s kind of awkward setting it up and it allows Jericho to come from behind and get a Backstabber with Magnum standing on the bottom rope. Jericho gets a Mexican surfboard. Magnum refuses to tap out this time, because it would tie things up. Jericho finally lets him go, screams “this is how you do it” and lands his own Lionsault for a pinfall.
Chris Jericho wins the ninth fall by pinfall and we’re tied at 5-5.
Jericho with his one-handed bulldog. Double underhook powerbomb into a jackknife cover for two. Jericho drives Magnum into the near corner with chops. He whips him to the opposite corner and gets a running, step-up enzuigiri. Jericho with another one-handed bulldog. He tries another Lionsault and eats knees. Mangum slows it down with a bearhug and really grinds it in. Jericho breaks with a bell ringer. Jericho with a Judas Effect, but Magnum ducks again and grabs him around the waist, riding the momentum for a belly to belly suplex. Both guys down and Magnum eventually throws an arm over for a cover. Jericho kicks out at two. Magnum tries another belly to belly suplex, but Jericho rocks him with a couple elbows, goes into the ropes and comes off with a spinning heel kick. Flashback. Jericho goes up to the top rope, but is slow and Magnum falls into the ropes so Jericho crotches himself. Magnum meets him up top and tries for a superplex. They fight. Jericho pushes him off and then wipes out on a senton. Magnum with a belly to belly suplex and another victory.
Magnum TA claims the 10th fall by pinfall and is up 6-5.
Time is winding down, so Magnum goes on the defensive with an abdominal stretch. Jericho hip tosses out. Magnum goes to the floor and into the crowd. Jericho gives chase, but Magnum circles around and gets back into the ring before drawing a countout. Jericho back to the ring, but Magnum exits the other side and goes into the crowd again with Jericho chasing. Magnum makes the ring to break the count out again. He exits the ring as Jericho gets back and starts heading up the aisle way this time. New WCW World Heavyweight Champion Dusty Rhodes, who feuded with Magnum most of last year, comes out and blocks his path and barks at him to go back to the ring. The distraction allows Jericho to get a jumping bulldog on the ramp. He starts dragging Magnum back to the ring, but he grabs Jericho and pulls him forward to fire off some punches.
Double count out for the 11th fall with Magnum TA leading 7-6.
Jericho pulls Magnum up and whips him into the ring apron. Jericho with a spear that really drives Magnum’s back into the apron hard. Jericho rolls Magnum back into the ring and gets a springboard leg drop for a two count. Jericho is begging Magnum to get up, he wobbles up, eats the Judas Effect and Jericho falls on top for the one…two…thr…time expires.
Winner: Magnum TA by 7 falls to 6.
Jericho argues with Tommy Young and he throws his hands up like there’s nothing he can do. Dusty Rhodes gets in the ring and wants to put Jericho’s hands up for being the real winner, but a dejected Jericho, just shakes Dusty off and walks to the back.

Perfectly Wonderful (“Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig vs. “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff) © with Col. Robert Fuller vs. Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray)

Stevie Ray and Orndorff start out with a test of strength. Stevie Ray starts to win, Orndorff comes back. Stevie Ray turns the tide and Orndorff kicks him in the gut. Stevie goes down to his knees and Paul nails a running big boot. He drops an elbow to the knee and gets a leg lock, but Stevie rakes the eyes to break. Stevie rocks Orndorff with two knee lifts as they stand and go to the ropes for a scissors kick, but Orndorff moves and blasts Stevie Ray with a back elbow to the mush. He works an arm wringer and tags Hennig. They trade off on the arm wringer. Stevie Ray muscles out and slings Hennig into the ropes. He ducks a clothesline and goes for a flying crossbody, but Stevie catches Curt and delivers a fall away slam. Tag to Booker T.
He delivers a crescent kick. He slings Hennig to the ropes and goes for a scoop Samoan drop, but Hennig drops out of it into an inverted DDT. Rolling neck snap. Snap suplex and a tag to Orndorff. They get a double team gut buster. Orndorff works a torture rack, but Booker won’t submit. Paul turns it into an inverted F5 and covers for a two count. Tag to Hennig who runs in for a sitout face jam. Booker T reverses a PerfectPlex try and crawls for the tag. Orndorff runs in to stop him and gets backed off by Marella. Booker makes the tag, but Marella doesn’t see it and forces Stevie Ray out. This allows the heels to get a double team Rock Bottom. Hennig covers for a two count. Bridging belly to back suplex for a two count. Tag to Orndorff and they line up a spiked piledriver. Stevie Ray runs in to take out Hennig and they go to the floor. Booker T backdrops out. He nails a scissors kick, followed by the Spinaroonie. Outside, Fuller tries to hit Stevie Ray with the loaded loafer, but he moves and Hennig is taken out. Booker T gets the 110th Street Slam as Stevie Ray makes the apron and takes the tag. Slapjack by Stevie Ray for the cover and the win.

The bell rings and Cargill motions for Flair to bring it on. Charlotte shakes her head ‘no’ and motions for Cargill to bring it to her. A bit surprised by the cockiness, Jade charges. However, Flair springs on her with a Thesz Press. They roll around on the mat trading punches and eventually roll to the floor. Cargill with a kick as they stand and she delivers a face jam to the floor with a handful of hair. Cargill reenters the ring, taunts the crowd and motions again for Flair to bring it on. Charlotte enters and they circle each other. They go to lock up, but Cargill gets a cheap shot and follows with a hair pull snap mare. She goes into a chinlock. Flair works up into a back suplex. Whip to the corner and Flair does a foot choke. Cargill reverses a whip to the opposite corner and follows with a step up enzuigiri. Bulldog out of the corner. Flair dodges a bicycle kick and nails a spinning heel kick.
Cargill reverses a German suplex to one of her own for a two count. Jade works a leg scissors around the head on the mat. Flair powers up and into an electric chair drop. Flair tells Cargill to ‘bring it’ again. Cargill charges and Flair dodges her. Cargill stops herself from ramming the corner, but turns around into a Codebreaker. Tilt-a-whirl gutbuster. Shoulder breaker. Flair goes for the spear, but Cargill sees it coming and powders to the floor. She motions for Flair to bring it on. Charlotte slides out and they trade chops back and forth. Flair fires three off in a row, grabs Cargill by the hair and slings her back into the ring. Charlotte goes to get back into the ring, but someone grabs her foot and Flair can’t get back into the ring.

Flair looks under the apron and is smacked in the face with a trash can lid. Kamille Kaine appears from underneath the ring apron, gloats and struts.
Jade Cargill gets a microphone in the ring. “Let me make one thing perfectly clear. I didn’t need no bitch to beat no bitch. I whipped Charlotte Flair’s flat ass twice before without breaking a sweat. But Kamille comes to me and says, ‘hey, champ, I want to f*ck with Charlotte just to piss her off.’ And there ain’t much that puts a smile on my face, but that did. Could I have beat Charlotte Flair without any help. Yeah. But does this let me laugh at Flair a little bit more. Yeah. It’s shallow. It’s petty. But you all got to remember, I’m that bitch.”

“Ravishing” Rick Rude © vs. “The Yellow Rose of Texas” David Von Erich

David Von Erich enters the ring to ZZ Top playing “La Grange” live. Still nobody knows where Rick Rude is at. Then the roof retracts and a helicopter lands on the football field and Rude walks out in a robe and carrying the UWA Universal Men’s Title. He enters the ring and we start with a lockup. This leads to a crisscross sequence that ends with Rude taking David off his feet with a shoulder block. Rude looks smug. David springs up, they do another crisscross, but this time when Rude goes for the shoulder block, David delivers a flying dropkick to knock the champ off his feet. Rude gets up with an ‘okay, you got me there’ expression. Lockup has David getting a hammerlock, but Rude drop downs into a snap mare and works a chinlock. David works into a side headlock and shoots Rude off into the ropes. He goes for a dropkick, but Rude holds onto the ropes to avoid it. He punts Von Erich in the ribs as he tries to get up. Rude drops a double ax handle to the back and works over the back. Rude whips David into the near corner and mounts it, showing his fist and mocking the babyface punch count spot. However, David brings him out with an inverted atomic drop and Rude sells it like death. David takes Rude off his feet with a lariat, but misses a knee drop.
Rick focuses on the back again and works a Canadian backbreaker rack. David won’t submit, so Rude eventually just drops him and taunts the crowd. He then goes to a camel clutch. The fans rally behind David and he gets a second wind and powers out of the clutch. David hits a few arm drags, Rude begs off, but David locks on the Iron Claw with Rude on his knees. However, he immediately grabs the ropes to break. Rude slugs Von Erich overtop Young as the referee backs him off. Rude with a jumping knee to the gut and a snap DDT for two. Rude lines up the Rude Awakening with hip swivel, but this allows David time to twist out of it and he spins Rude into a facebreaker. Butterfly suplex. Von Erich goes for the North Texas Stampede, but Rude slides out and pushes Von Erich chest first into the near corner. Rude with a Backstabber. That gets a two count. He goes for the Rude Awakening again, but David twists out and into the Iron Claw. Rude walks the near corner to stretch out David’s arm to make him break. Rude comes off the top with a Thesz Press, but Young is in the way and gets knocked out. Von Erich checks on Young. Rude hits David with the granddaddy of all nut shots and rolls him up with a handful of tights. A groggy Young counts it.
Winner and still UWA Universal Men’s Champion: Rick Rude
The fans are ballistic, because we’re in Dallas. People start throwing stuff at the ring. Rude gets his title belt back. He can’t exit because of people trying to storm the ring. He signals to the helicopter, which takes off and hovers over the ring. Rude grabs the landing skid and is lifted up into the air while wearing the title belt around his waist. The chopper flies off.
