Randy Savage cuts a promo on Kurt Angle for the main event. “Last year Kurt Angle won the Tremendous Tussle, but there’s one really big difference between this year and last, uh-huh, yeah. The Macho Man wasn’t in it last year, no he was not. But he’s going to be in it this year and tonight we find out if I’m going to be numero uno or numero tres cero, uh-huh, yeah. But it really doesn’t matter where the Macho Man comes in - one, thirty, pi, negative 15, square root of 127 - the outcome will be the same. My hand raised high in the air in the end and a collision course with Rick Rude for the UWA Universal Men’s Title set firm with no way out, uh-huh, yeah. Dig it.”

Kurt Angle cuts a promo on Randy Savage for the main event. “It’s true, it’s damn true, that I won the Tremendous Tussle last year and it’s true, it’s damn true, that I’m going to win it again this year. Savage says it doesn’t matter where he comes in at. Well, I’m not an idiot like him. I know entering at number 30 makes the odds of me winning drastically go up, and that’s not Scott Steiner math. The Ultimate Olympian will be the next UWA Universal Men’s Champion. It’s true, it’s damn true.”
