The show starts out with highlights from the end of SuperBrawl with Magnum TA being laid out and Dusty Rhodes coming to the rescue, but dropping his towel as the designated terminator and Magnum losing the match.
We then cut live to Dusty Rhodes in the ring. He calls out the Stud Stable. Magnum is laid up in the hospital, but Rhodes knows he’s watching and he wants him to have something worth watching, daddy. The Stud Stable storm the ring and attack Rhodes, but Randy Savage and Curt Hennig come out from under the ring to help even the odds.
Shane McMahon appears at the entrance stage and sends the security team led by Steve Blackman down to the ring to break up the fight. The heels are in the ring and the faces are on the floor. McMahon books WarGames for Hollywood Homecoming II. Dusty Rhodes, Magnum TA, Randy Savage and Curt Hennig against the Stud Stable.
Col. Robert Fuller counts Paul Orndorff, Del Wilkes and Tom Magee. He can’t believe McMahon is going to make Madusa Micelli compete in WarGames. McMahon says no, Robert Fuller will be the fourth member. He gets flustered and passes out. Orndorff catches him.
McMahon then books Rhodes vs. Orndorff for the WCW World Heavyweight Title as the main event tonight. Orndorff throws Fuller down and rants and raves as we go to break.

SoCal Val has “Superstar” Billy Graham on the interview stage. He has the WCW Gulf Coast Title he won off of Bruno Sammartino at SuperBrawl. He thanks special guest referee Nick Aldis for his impartial officiating. He also chastises Sammartino for tucking his tail between his legs like a coward and running off from WCW.
Nick Aldis comes out and tells Graham that he didn’t appreciate being taken advantage of. He watched the replay and Graham obviously scored a low blow and shot on Sammartino with his bloody ring bell while Aldis was knocked out. He certainly wouldn’t have counted the pin for Graham if he saw all that. Despite what the fans might think of him, he’s always conducted himself with integrity. Graham says what’s done is done and Sammartino isn’t even around for a rematch, so what? Aldis said he can’t make it up to Sammartino, but he can make it up to all these fans and challenges Graham to a title match tonight. Graham accepts.

She only lost her match to Tamina Snuka at SuperBrawl for the new Gulf Coast Women’s Title, because she was jumped before the bout by the returning Ember Moon. Moon comes out and says that spot should have been hers. Shane McMahon should have held off on the tournament until she returned from a personal sabbatical. Hey, sweetheart, the wrestling business doesn’t slow down or stop for anybody. Moon lost her place in line. Well, she’s here to get it back. Moon tries to cheapshot Blanchard, but she blocks it and nails Moon. They brawl off.

The Stud Stable will destroy her allies in WarGames at Hollywood Homecoming II, so take some friendly advice and get some new friends really quick.

He’s wearing it to show respect for all the great Olympians the U.S. has produced over the years. Kurt Angle comes out and demands the gold medal back. Pillman said he’ll allow him to win it in a rematch, but he has to put something valuable up against it. Angle says what? His car, his home, his wife. SoCal Val has Kevin Owens on the interview stage. He seems a bit beside himself. “I don’t want to pull back the curtain too far, but let’s just say Hulk Hogan and I weren’t on the same page last night at SuperBrawl and we haven’t been on the same page for awhile. Hogan claims to be the All-American, God-loving hero in all this. But I wasn’t the one raking backs and gouging eyes. I wasn’t the one who knocked cold a defenseless woman who weighs a third of what Hogan does. I wasn’t the one who didn’t follow…I won’t say anymore. I asked Hogan to be out here right now to talk with me and he said ‘that don’t work for me brother.’ He’s not in the building tonight, but he better damn well be next week. If I have to come find you, Hogan, you won’t like it.”

Jake “The Snake” Roberts is on the interview stage with SoCal Val. Clips are shown of Roberts poisoning and threatening Chris Jericho from the SuperBrawl pre-show. “A lot of guys say they do their talking in the ring. Well, I talk inside and outside it just as well. But talking on this microphone is all I can do, because Chris Jericho is conveniently not in the building tonight. He can hide behind being the UWA Universal Men’s Champion and that means he has to travel all over all he wants. What I know, if I was champion, and somebody did to me what I did to him, you better be damned sure I’d be in the building the next night to stare that son of a bitch in the eyes. So, wherever you are in the world, Jericho, hear my voice and understand my words. You will be here next week for Nitro. We will stand in that ring and you will accept my challenge for Hollywood Homecoming II in person. And if you don’t then you’re no man at all. You’re no lion who roars, you’re a cub who whimpers.”

He gets an elbow drop and Fuller jumps on the apron. Rhodes grabs him and Wilkes and Magee run out. Rhodes hits them with bionic elbows. Orndorff then nails Dusty from behind with Fuller’s shoe. Savage and Hennig run out and everyone brawls to the fade.
