Today's show kicks off with action highlights of the NWA champions with World's Heavyweight Champion Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine, World's Tag Team Champions Gary Hart's Asian Assassins Kenta Kobashi & Mitsuharu Misawa, World's Junior Heavyweight Champion 'Crippler' Chris Benoit, Women's World's Champion Mandy Rose before going to the desk with the announcing team of Gordon Solie & Rick Stewart. Joining them is ring announcer/interviewer Charly Caruso. Gordon announces they have a new NWA World's Junior Heavyweight Champion, 'Crippler' Chris Benoit who won the belt last Saturday night at the Mattmania PPV. Rick adds the new inaugural United States Belts were decided. Bob Roop is United States Heavyweight Champion, Jack & Gerald Brisco are the United States Tag Team Champions and Kana is the United States Women's Champion. Solie follows with it was an exciting night of professional wrestling. Let's go to the ring for the first match during the first hour of NWA Championship Wrestling.
First Hour
(All matches are 1-fall with a 10-minute time limit. Ring announcer is Charly Caruso.)
1. Non-Title Single Match. United States Heavyweight Champion Bob Roop w/mgr. James J. Dillon defeated Jeff Raitz with the shoulder breaker. (6:46).
Caruso interview with United States Women's Champion Kana (minus the Muta makeup). Kana says she will defend her title against anyone but wants a shot at Mandy Rose then Sasha Banks.

2. Single Match. Prof. Dale Lewis sleepered Dale Toreborg with the sleeper hold. (7:14).
Caruso interview with returning Mark Lewin who is back to wrestling & is no longer the Maniac. Lewin says he is looking for titles but still has old scores to settle with some people.

3. Single Match. 'Cowboy' Bill Watts pinned Jeff Farmer with the Oklahoma Stampede. (5:23).
Caruso interview 'Bruiser' Brody & Stan 'Lariat' Hansen on ending their feud with the Anderson Babies. They have set their sights on getting back their NWA World's Tag Team Belts from Gary Hart's Asian Assassins.

4. Non-Title Women's Single Match. United States Champion Kana submitted Simply Luscious with the Kanalock. (7:46).
Caruso interview with manager James J. Dillon with Roop and Dick Slater & Bob Orton Jr. JJ ignores Charly's question about dissension in the Dynasty. Roop adds he has proven he could carry his weight (looking at Slater & Orton Jr.). Dillon says they close to having all of the NWA gold.

5. Non-Title 4 Man Tag Team Match. NWA United States Tag Team Champions Jack & Gerald Brisco defeated 'Outlaw' Eddie Sullivan & 'Rip' Tyler when Gerald submitted Sullivan with the figure-four leglock. (5:55).

Before the second hour begins, Gordon announces that the next Pay-Per-View, Mardi Gras Mayhem, is set for Saturday, February 18, live from the Superdome in New Orleans. Highlighting that card are all three UWA World Champions: Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho, World Tag Team Champions FTR Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler and Women's Champion Sasha Banks. More on the card at the end of today's show.

Caruso interview with an angry Finn Balor who vows he is going to get his belt back & make Benoit's life a living hell. The Demon is looking to cripple the Crippler.

2. Single Match. NWA Women's World's Champion Mandy Rose defeated Maddison Miles with the Kiss the Rose. (8:02).
Caruso presents taped interview with UWA Women's World's Champion Sasha Banks. Banks says she knows Rose really well & is not going to have any problem embarrassing the NWA World's Champ with a loss in New Orleans.

The defending UWA tag team champs warn Hart to stay out of their way or he might get hurt.

Caruso presents a taped interview with UWA World's Heavyweight Champion Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine on his upcoming match. Jericho praises Valentine on his accomplishments but states he has to beat the champ, to be the champ. Jericho wishes Greg good luck.

Caruso interview ringside with Valentine & Dilon about Valentine getting a title match with UWA Champ Chris Jericho February 18. The confident JJ claims Greg Valentine is going to full fil his destiny February 18 when he defeats Chris Jericho for the title. Valentine adds once he locks the figure-four leglock on Jericho, he is done.
