CCW Wednesday Warfare: Episode 30
Commentators: Bob Caudle and Shane McMahon
Ring Announcer: Mike McGuirk
Interviewer: SoCal Val
Referees: Tommy Young, Joey Marella and Aubrey Edwards
Bob Caudle says Dutch Mantel has left Continental Championship Wrestling and Andy Kaufman is on sabbatical. For the foreseeable future Shane McMahon will be on commentary with him for Wednesday Warfare and Ivory will join him for Superstar Saturday.
McMahon says he’ll have a major announcement on Superstar Saturday that ties into him also being a special consultant for CCW signed by Executive Vice President of Operations Robert Fuller and Associate Vice President of Talent Relations Ivory. And he’s sure Andy Kaufman is fine with everything, because, after all, everything is for him.
“Universal Treasure” Nicholas Aldis comes out with Mickie James-Aldis on his arm. She points at Aldis and says “this is my husband. You know who he is” to the fans as they walk down the aisle. Aldis said he has a lot going on throughout the UWA. He’s wrestling Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania. The Ultimate Warrior put his hands on him in the AWA and that atrocity will not go unpunished. He’s also going to pick the bones of Tommy Rich in ETW once Marcus Alexander Bagwell is through with him.
Therefore, he’s upset that he has to come back to CCW to deal with issues with the York Foundation who are supposed to be his representation when he’s gone. He calls out Martin Jannetty and Nicholas Nemeth. Last week, they lost a six man tag that included Mickie against Chris Jericho, Tom Magee and Ronda Rousey. The two of them haven’t picked up many wins lately and that reflects poorly on him. So, they get one more chance tonight. Beat Jericho and Magee in a tag match or…well, let’s not consider the alternative.

Bill Goldberg defeated the debuting Barry O by pinfall at 1:23 with the spear and jackhammer. SoCal Val gets him post match.
“I made it clear at KaufMania I was here in CCW to exact revenge on PWX. Then I get jumped by Braun Strowman who whined about how everybody was talking about me and how everybody his whole career has always wondered who would win between him and me. Well, guess what, I’ve never had Strowman’s name mentioned to me once. I had to Google his overgrown ass to find out who he was. He called me a loser for flaming out of the NFL when this guy was fighting rednecks in barns in tough man competitions for beer and cigarettes. If you want to be next, Strowman, fine by me. It’s just a temporary detour from my revenge against PWX. You will be next and you will get these hands.”

Charlotte Flair defeated Cherry Bomb by submission via Figure Eight at 4:20.
She talks with SoCal Val post match, but before she gets too far. Tessa Blanchard comes out in a neck brace with Sherri Martel trailing behind her. Flair threatens to send her back to the hospital. Blanchard tells her to shut the hell up. There’s nothing she would like better than to face Charlotte at March Madness, but doctors won’t clear her. And, even though she’s advised Sherri against it, Martel has agreed to face Flair instead. However, Blanchard will be at ringside and she’ll make her presence known if needed. Flair looks like she’s going to deck Blanchard, but Sherri steps in the way and security runs out. Okay, let’s protect the poor baby. Blanchard is really tough with a security team and her mom around her. Sherri said she’s no mother, but she can tell Charlotte needs a good spanking and she’s the one to deliver it. Flair backs off and smirks as she walks off.

“The Immortal” Hulk Hogan and “Superstar” Billy Graham have a pose down. Hogan is easily winning by fan reaction. During the third round of posing, Graham nails Hulk from behind with a flex bar he was pumping between rounds. He then chokes Hogan out with it in a camel clutch like position until security runs out and pulls him off.
In the back, Terry Funk goes up to Ronnie Garvin. They’ve got two things in common. They’re former NWA World Heavyweight Champions and they’re on losing streaks here in CCW. They need to remind all the wrestling fans who they are and who they can still be. Funk challenges Garvin to a match at March Madness. He extends a hand. Garvin doesn’t trust Funk, but there is truth to what he’s saying. He knows they can have a great match against each other, so let’s make it happen. They shake hands.

The York Foundation (Martin Jannetty and Nicholas Nemeth) with Nicholas Aldis, Mickie James-Aldis and Kamille York defeated “Lionheart” Chris Jericho and “Mega Man” Tom Magee by pinfall of Nemeth on Magee at 10:34 via Zig Zag. With all the people at ringside, Jericho is easily distracted by Mickie and attacked by Aldis. A concerned Magee eats a double goozle and Nemeth finishes with the Zig Zag.
A post match beatdown of five on three is broken up by “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey and a steel chair.

The Patriot with Junkyard Dog defeated “Above Average” Mike Sanders by pinfall via Patriot Missile at 8:45.
Hulk Hogan is in the back and has the flex bar Graham attacked him with. “Billy Graham, brother, me and the 5.81 million Hulkamaniacs knew you were jealous of us. That jealously has eaten your insides and made you just a shell, brother. Maybe you did it first, but I did it better, dude. You’re a superstar, but I’m immortal. You hit me from behind like a coward while the fans are admiring the fully jacked 32-inch pythons, brother, that just proves what a petty pretender you are, dude. The time for posing is over and the time for fighting is here. Because, what you gonna do when Hulkamania runs wild on you?”

Col. Robert Fuller is at the commentary position and consulting with Shane McMahon. He then announces the main event for March Madness will be a winner take all mixed match challenge. Nicholas Aldis and Mickie James-Aldis vs. Chris Jericho and Ronda Rousey with the UWA Universal Title and CCW Women’s Title both on the line.
CM Punk and Kurt Angle vs. Eddie Kingston and “Marvelous” Marc Mero ends in a double count out at 13:50. Angle and Punk are conferring on the floor when Jericho nails them with a suicide dive. As they all stand, Mero gets a shooting star press from the top rope to the floor. Everyone brawls to a double count out and they keep going until the show fades out.
