CCW Wednesday Warfare: Episode 26
Commentators: Bob Caudle and Dutch Mantel
Ring Announcer: Mike McGuirk
Interviewer: SoCal Val
Referees: Tommy Young, Joey Marella and Aubrey Edwards
Bob Caudle and Dutch Mantel are previewing the show to come, when they are interrupted by Braun Strowman. After a dominant showing in the Terrific Tussle, he’s been sitting around doing nothing for two weeks. Well, somebody is going to get these hands today. He grabs Caudle by his jacket. Mantel tells Strowman he’ll take him on, just leave Caudle alone.
Mantel goes to the ring and waves Strowman to come face him. Strowman slides into the ring. Mantel attacks him, but Braun shakes it off, choke lifts Mantel and turns it into a sit out powerbomb. He then does the Yokosuka Cutter. He stands with one foot on Mantel’s chest and Joey Marella comes in and counts the pinfall.
SoCal Val comes in to announce Strowman as the winner of the impromptu match, but he grabs the microphone and says that wasn’t enough. So, he grabs Marella and gives him the Yokosuka Cutter. He stands on his chest and makes Val count the pin.
Strowman says that’s still not enough and grabs Val. He’s got her up on his shoulder, when Big E Langston comes out to a pop. Strowman drops Val. Lanston said he was just as dominating in the Terrific Tussle and Braun might remember they eliminated each other. Why doesn’t he stop beating up commentators, referees and women and take on a real man. Strowman laughs and says he’s had enough for today, but he’ll see Langston at Winter Wonderland.

Ivory joins Caudle on commentary to replace Mantel who is getting medical attention in the back, along with Marella. Ivory says as Associate Vice President of Talent Relations she should suspend Strowman for his actions, but she’s going to let Big E Langston take care of it at Winter Wonderland.
“Superstar” Billy Graham defeated “The Appalachian Outlaw” Jock Samson at 7:11 via submission. Graham acts more heelish than he has been using chokes and raking Jock’s eyes across the top rope. Samson uses a bell ringer to break a bear hug. He hits a series of running clotheslines that teeters Graham then surprises with a dropkick. He sets up for the three-point stance clothesline, but runs right into a Polish Hammer. Graham goes back to the bearhug and Jock submits.
Eddie Kingston comes out holding the branding iron he brandished on Superstar Saturday and the ending of the main event is shown. Val asks him about bringing in Santana and Ortiz. They’re running buddies from way back and Kingston believes there is strength in numbers. Terry Funk has his family around him, now Eddie has his. Terry Funk has his branding iron, now Eddie has his. Kingston is willing to go old school Texas and take it to Funk on his own terms. He challenges Funk to a Texas bullrope branding iron match at Winter Wonderland. They’ll be tied together with a bull rope with nowhere to run and each man will have their personal branding iron to use.

Kamp Kaufman (Yokozuna and Big Bossman) defeated Even Stevens (Steve Keirn and Steve Lombardi) at 6:05 via pinfall of Yokozuna on Lombardi. Bossman hits Lombardi with the Bossman slam and then drags him over to the corner and tags Yoko for the Banzai Drop. Bossman knocks Keirn off the apron just because. Andy Kaufman with a tub of popcorn watches the match on the Kaufmontron via Zoom.
After the match, Kaufman makes fun of Hulk Hogan for not being in studio today because of the little booboo he suffered on Superstar Saturday. Kaufman knows the history Yoko and Hogan have with fire and he wants to use that to burn Hulkamania to the ground. If Hogan is even a quarter of the man he claims to be, he’ll face Yokozuna at Winter Wonderland in an inferno match.

Marcus Alexander Bagwell with Kamille York defeated “Mega Man” Tom Magee by pinfall at 10:30. A clip is shown from the match at Superstar Saturday where Tommy Rich prevented Kamille from interfering in the match between Chris Jericho and Col. DeBeers. It’s mentioned how Magee was out for a powerlifting competition and Jerihco isn’t there today for a Fozzy show. The end comes when Kamille grabs Magee’s foot from the floor on a crisscross. He goes to the floor and chases her and runs right into Bagwell coming off the apron with the Blockbuster. He rolls Tom back into the ring and hits a slingshot leg drop for the victory.

The Koloffs (Ivan and Nikita) defeated the Holly Cousins (Bob and Crash) by pinfall at 10:50 of Nikita on Crash. Bob holds his own against Ivan to start, but he tags Crash, who telegraphs a backdrop and gets punted into next week. The Russians work over Crash pretty good. Bob gets fed up and walks out. Crash is the meat in a Russian Sickle sandwich and loses.
After the match, the Koloffs talk to SoCal Val on the floor. They demand some real competition. Nikita debuted at the Terrific Tussle with a dominating performance that put Big E Langston and Braun Strowman, who were whining earlier, to shame. Nikita destroyed that party crasher Hulk Hogan and he’ll be happy to p*ss on the ashes of whatever is left of the American hero after his inferno match at Winter Wonderland.

Molly Holly confronts Bob Holly in the back for walking out on Crash. Crash is the weak link in the family, the runt of the litter and Bob is tired of protecting him. There comes a time when a man has to stand on his own or he’s not a man.
Eli Drake with “Sensational” Sherri Martel retained the CCW Television Title against “Mr. USA” Tony Atlas by pinfall at 14:38. Sherri starts out by reminding everyone that she demanded an opponent for Drake today. Atlas runs to the ring to a big pop and clears the heels off. The match gets underway and Atlas controls with his power game. Drake keeps going to the floor to confer with Sherri. Atlas finally gets tired of this, reaches through the ropes and gives them a double noggin knocker. Double axe handle off the ring apron. Sherri delays Atlas getting into the ring, allowing Drake to hit a big knee lift. Drake takes over and goes for the Gravy Train, but Atlas fights out and goes into the Torture Rack. Sherri jumps on the apron to distract Tommy Young. Eye gouge gets a break. Drake with the Bottom Rung and feet on the ropes for the Flair Pin. Drake immediately hits the floor, grabs Sherri and the belt and runs as we fade…
The camera comes back up on Col. Robert Fuller running down a hallway screaming with security trailing behind him. They arrive at his office and the door has obviously been smashed down. He points at a pedestal and yells about how the Gulf Coast Title Belt was stolen. Spray painted in red on the wall is the phrase “Phil Was Xtreme.” As the camera zooms in on the phrase, Fuller covers up the lens and yells for the camera to cut off.
