CCW Wednesday Warfare Episode 24
Taped at the Andy Kaufman Studios in Dothan, Alabama
Commentators: Bob Caudle and Dutch Mantel
Ring Announcer: Mike McGuirk
Interviewer: SoCal Val
Referees: Tommy Young, Aubrey Edwards and Joey Marella
Mickie James defeated Cherry Bomb at 3:12 by pinfall via Mickie-DT.
In the back, all the other women on the roster are protesting to Col. Robert Fuller about Mickie James being awarded the UWA Women’s Title shot at Kaufmania soon as she set foot in the promotion. Fuller is having a hard time settling them down, when Ivory gives a shrill whistle and tells them to shut up. As Associate Vice President of Talent Relations, she’s booking a Women’s Terrific Tussle for the January ppv and the winner will get the Universal Women’s Title shot at Kaufmania.
Mickie James arrives in the back at this point and gets in Ivory’s face about it. Do you know who her husband is? Sure, the Universal Men’s Champion Nick Aldis. But, does Mickie know who Ivory is? Her f*cking boss. Mickie stares a hole through Ivory and then walks off.

Big E Langston defeated Koko B. Ware in 5:38 by pinfall via Big Ending. After the match, Big E goes to the commentary position and makes a simple, declarative statement. He will win the Terrific Tussle.
In the back, Crash Holly is about ready to write on a card with a pen. Bob Holly comes up and takes the card from him, asking what it is. It’s the Terrific Tussle entrance card for tag teams. Crash figured Bob would want him to take the slot. Think again, little cousin. Bob swipes the pen and writes his name in, then leaves to turn it in. Crash hangs his head disappointed and exits the scene.

Demolition (Ax and Smash) defeated The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton and Tommy Rogers) at 8:11 by pinfall via Demolition Decapitation. After the match, Ax and Smash go over to the commentary position. Ax said he and Smash and Crush and Mutilate punched each other in the mouth until one passed out and the last man standing won the right to enter the Terrific Tussle. Their entrants will be Ax and Crush.
Hulk Hogan is in the back with SoCal Val. Tonight he’ll get revenge on one of the 12 members of Demolition who attacked him on the last show. Then at Terrific Tussle he’ll get the nightstick down off the 30-foot pole and beat the Big Bossman within an inch of his life with it. Then he’ll go on to take the Universal Men’s Title from Nick Aldis. Val asks how since he’s not in the Tussle match. It doesn’t matter the how, only that he, the 36-inch pythons and the 4.175 million Hulkamaniacs can’t be denied.

Nikki Cross defeated Carmella at 4:50 by pinfall via crucifix powerbomb. Carmella tried to get a ‘flat ass’ chant going while pointing at Nikki’s ass to start. It didn’t take. After the match, Carmella immediately grabs her phone to see what people are saying about her following the bout on Twitter.
In the back, Chris Jericho is weighing in. He’s at 238. Tom Magee was hoping they could Jericho back down to his prime weight of 225 before the Terrific Tussle. Starting at the one position, stamina will be key for Jericho. Chris tells Magee not to worry. He’s physically, mentally and spiritually ready. He thanks Magee for helping him find his lion’s heart again.

“Mr. USA” Tony Atlas defeated Buff Bagwell by disqualification at 9:35. Atlas has Bagwell in the bear hug, but before he can submit, Rocky Johnson runs in and attacks Atlas from behind. Caudle mentions how Slick traded his stable’s Terrific Tussle positions to the York Foundation for their tag title shot, hence the working relationship.
Steve Keirn and Steve Lombardi of the Legion of Doinks are in the back playing paper, rock, scissors to see which of them gets the Tussle slot. Matt Borne comes up looking very disheveled. His wig is crooked, he doesn’t have the red nose on, his makeup is streaked. He asks what they’re doing. They tell him and Borne said neither one of them deserve to be in the match. They haven’t proven themselves and neither has he. He rips up their card and throws the pieces at them. No Doinks will be in the match. Lombardi asks what Ray Apollo thinks of all this. Borne says it doesn’t matter, he’s been kicked to the curb. And they could be next.

Prior to the next match, Terry Funk is at the commentary station. He heard Kingston on the last show proclaiming his entrance into the Terrific Tussle. He only did that so he wouldn’t have to face Funk again for the title at the ppv. Terry was going to give the Tussle slot to his brother, but Dory wanted him to have it so he could toss Eddie out on his rear.
Eddie Kingston, Chris Jericho and Tom Magee defeated Chris Candido and the Varsity Blondes (Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison) with Sunny via pinfall at 13:49 via pinfall of Jericho on Garrison by Judas Effect Elbow.

“The Immortal” Hulk Hogan defeated Crush by pinfall at 7:20 via big boot and leg drop. Big Bossman runs out and tries to attack Hogan with the nightstick, but Hogan blocks the nightstick shot, punches away on Bossman and steals the nightstick. Bossman runs away before he can use it. Hogan plays to the crowd as we fade.
