Paige and Kris Statlander defeated The IIconics by submission at 11:02 when Paige made Billie Kay tap out while in the PTO. The IIconics looked better against Paige and Statlander into tag team competition, using illegal double team maneuvers to help them control large parts of the contest, but a Statlander hot tag to Paige led to a Paige Turner on Kay, and the PTO, with Statlander preventing Peyton Royce from breaking it up.
Mean Gene Okerlund asked Becky Lynch about her actions when she cost Bayley a match against Ember Moon. Lynch said that Bayley was breaking the rules once again and she came down to the ring to even the score. Bayley holds herself to a different standard than anyone else and it’s pathetic that she calls herself a role model when all she does is cheat over everyone. Bayley won’t get away with her crap any longer, not until “The Man” is given a title shot, and she guarantees that when she gets it, she’ll become the new Smackdown Women’s Champion. ]Bayley blindsided Lynch with a shot from a kendo stick. She hit Lynch a few times in a row before giving Lynch a Bayley-to-belly suplex on the exposed concrete floor. After that Mean Gene asked her who would be on her Survivor Series team. Bayley said that Becky Lynch wouldn’t be on her team because she’s the worst wrestler on the planet, and then ducked the question when it was asked again.
The Dudley Boyz defeated Beer Money Inc. by pinfall at 12:35 when Bubba Ray Dudley pinned “Cowboy” James Storm. John Bradshaw Layfield interfered by giving Bubba Ray Dudley a Clothesline from Wall Street while he was out on the floor. John Cena chased off JBL. “Glorious” Bobby Roode pinned Bubba Ray after getting him back in the ring, but D-Von made the save. After taking a few more minutes of punishment, Bubba Ray made the hot tag to D-Von, who took the flight to Roode and Storm until tagging his brother back in to give the 3-D to Storm.
Bayley caught up with Paige and Kris Statlander as they were headed towards the arena exits. She told them how impressed she was with their work tonight, said they both had bright futures in WWE, and asked them to join her Survivor Series. She made her pitch by telling them that performing well on the big stage against the RAW roster would instantly get them noticed and rocket them to the top of the Smackdown women’s ranks. They both thought about it for a moment and then agreed to join the team.
WWE United States Champion WALTER defeated Xyon Quinn by pinfall at 5:05 after executing a Burning Lariat and Golden Bomb on him. After getting the win, WALTER took the microphone and said that the Ring General was going to annihilate Latino Heat at Survivor Series.
Roman Reigns defeated Rey Misterio Jr. by submission to the guillotine choke at 10:47. Reigns was dominating on offense for most of the match, but when he went for the spear, Misterio countered with a hurricanrana that sent Reigns face first until the middle turnbuckle. Misterio mounted a comeback that culminated with a 6-1-9. When he went for the West Coast Pop, Reigns countered with a powerbomb and then put Misterio in the guillotine choke to force him to tap out.
After the win, Paul Heyman took the mic from Howard Finkel and announced that everyone was looking at the next MUW Men’s World Champion. He ragged on Samoa Joe for being a weak champion who ran home to lick his wounds after the Tribal Chief so thoroughly embarrassed him two weeks ago. That embarrassment will be nothing like the embarrassment Joe will experience after Reigns defeats him in record time at Survivor Series. Heyman handed the mic off to Reigns, who began to speak ill of Joe, but that ended when Joe came down to the ring and slid right in without hesitation. The two angry Samoans brawled inside the ring. Referees tried to get between them. Joe avoided a Superman punch, hit a CCS enzuigiri and then put Reigns in a Coquina Clutch that made Reigns tap out and pass out.
Shayna Baszler defeated Savannah Evans by submission at 3:35 when she gave her the Ace of Spades. Bayley came to the ring to congratulate Baszler and offer her a chance to cement her reputation as the baddest woman in the sport by joining her Survivor Series team and making all those idiots in the RAW women’s division tap out. Baszler accepted the invite, saying that she relished the chance to show the world why she’s the most dangerous woman on the planet.
Paul Bearer entered the ring with an urn in hand. He cut a promo that talked in which he said that The Undertaker was taken from the WWE Universe by The Fiend. However, everyone has tried but no one has been able to extinguish the spirt of the Deadman forever. And now, it is time for his resurrection. The Phenom returns better than ever. The lights dimmed, the fog rolled in, and the sounds of the Funeral March filled the arena, signalling the imminent arrival of The Undertaker. However, emerging from the fog instead was The Fiend. He stalked Paul Bearer in the ring and the moment he ripped the urn from Bearer’s hands, the lights went out. When they came back on, The Undertaker stood in the ring. Bearer’s expression quickly changed from fear to a sinister grin as he cried, “Oh yes! Yes!” The Fiend opened the urn and dumped its ashes onto the canvas. Then, The Undertaker ran at him and knocked him over with a big boot. The Fiend got up and The Undertaker pummeled him big meat hooks and some throat thrusts. He gave him Old School and then a chokeslam. He signalled for the Tombstone, but The Fiend lifted off the mat into an inverted crab walk. The Undertaker let him come right to him. The Fiend stopped at his feet, then turned over and slid away under the ropes and out of the ring. The Undertaker picked up the mic and invited The Fiend to come to Survivor Series to burn in hell with him… in Hell in a Cell!
The Miz and John Morrison defeated Daniel Bryan and Brian Cage by pinfall when Morrison pinned Cage at 16:39. Cage set up The Miz for the Cage Breaker powerbomb, but Morrison intercepted with a springboard roundhouse. This drew Daniel Bryan into the ring to take Morrison down with a running clothesline. A four-man brawl occurred ending with Bryan going for the running high knee on The Miz. However, The Miz moved, and Bryan struck Cage instead. The Miz tagged in Morrison and then threw Bryan out of the ring and went out to whip him into the barricade. Morrison executed Starship Pain and made the pin for the win.
Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Ember Moon, who said that she deserved a shot at the Smackdown Women’s Championship after defeating the champion last week. Bayley showed up and said that even though she wouldn’t have beat her without the help of Becky Lynch, Moon impressed her enough to earn a spot on Bayley’s Survivor Series team. Moon said she wasn’t interested. Bayley said she couldn’t turn her down. Moon said she didn’t need to do anything that didn’t motivate her, but she would be motivated if Bayley defended her title against her tonight. Bayley decided she no longer wanted Moon on her team because trying to bribe other wrestlers makes her a poor role model for the children of the WWE universe. Moon wished her luck finding someone else to fill the final spot on the team before walking away. Then, Mean Gene asked Bayley if she had any ideas for who to ask. As she tried to think about The IIconics suddenly appeared and posed in front of her. Bayley shook her head as if to realize that her remaining options weren’t as good as the ones she already turned down.
“Stone Cold” Steve Austin defeated “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase by disqualification at 0:08. As the old saying goes, it was over before it began. As soon as the bell rang, IRS entered the ring with a chair and hit Austin from behind. DiBiase put his loaded-black glove on and punched him right in the mouth. The BDC security detail was double in size from the previous week and cut off the ring from the arena entrance. JBL, Roode and Storm arrived and joined in the attack on Austin with JBL giving him a Clothesline from Wall Street, Storm giving him the Last Call, and Roode giving him a Glorious DDT. Cena and the Dudley Boyz came out and were swarmed by BDC security personnel. However, Sting descended from the rafters and started swinging his black bat at BDC members. This drew the attention of BDC security personnel, who were taken out by the Smackdown World Champion, which in turn allowed Cena and the Dudley Boyz to fight off the remaining BDC security personnel and get to the ring to join the fight. BDC retreated before Sting got on the microphone and challenged them to a Survivor Series match. Cena and the Dudley Boyz were in. The ball was in Austin’s court. Sting tossed him the mic. Austin said he ain’t here to make friends but if this is what he needs to do to get his hands on DiBiase without being ganged up on 5-to-1, then maybe he’ll have to team up with them. Austin asked if the fans wanted to see him join Sting’s Survivor Series squad and stomp a mudhole in DiBiase’s ass to give him a “Hell Yeah!” and they did.
