CCW Wednesday Warfare Episode 21
Taped at the Andy Kaufman Studios in Dothan, AlabamaCommentators: Bob Caudle and Dutch Mantel
Ring Announcer: SoCal Val
Referees: Tommy Young, Aubrey Edwards and Joey Marella
Yokozuna and the Underfaker with Andy Kaufman defeated the Rock ‘n Roll RPMs (Mike Davis and Tommy Lane) in 6:10 by pinfall of Yokozuna on both men. Underfaker does copy cat Undertaker moves like uppercut thrusts and jumping clotheslines. Tombstone piledriver to Davis brings in Lane, who takes one as well. UF piles both men up in the corner and tags Yoko, who finishes with a Bonzai Drop to both men and he sits on them, pinning both.
Kaufman directs a post-match beatdown. Hulk Hogan runs out with a chair to make the save. He just misses nailing Kaufman. Underfaker gets the drop on Hogan from behind and goes for a choke slam. Hogan elbows out and delivers a big boot. He goes for the leg drop, but Yokozuna nails him in the back with the chair. He smacks him repeatedly with the chair then does a butt drop. Kaufman gets in Hogan’s face yelling while he’s down and we go to break.

“The Immortal” Hulk Hogan defeated Col. DeBeers at 4:48 via pinfall in a hardcore match. During the break, Kafuman offered a $500 pay bonus to anyone who faced Hogan right now in a hardcore match. Col. DeBeers came out. DeBeers beats Hogan around the ring. He starts to Hulk up. DeBeers taps his foot to load his boot and goes for a loaded boot kick. Hogan comes around with the chair and smacks the foot. This sends a reverse load shock through DeBeers’ body. He takes the Axe Bomber and Hogan wins with a chair assisted leg drop. Kaufman screams bloody murder from the entrance ramp.
Sunny goes up to Tom Magee in the back. She and her men have no problem with him, it’s with Chris Jericho. Just walkaway from Jericho and they’ll leave Magee alone. Magee has never walked away from anything in his life and he’s not going to now. Sunny could make it worth his while, she traces a finger along his chest. Where Magee is from they have a saying, bros before hoes. Sunny gets offended and walks off.

Chris Candido with Sunny defeats “Mega Man” Tom Magee at 7:17 via pinfall. Magee uses his agility and power game to befuddle Candido early on. Sunny jumps up on the apron to distract the referee, allowing Candido to land an eye gouge and comeback. Chris goes for a springboard bulldog, but Magee blocks and turns it into an atomic throw to the outside. He gets on the ring apron, Magee cuts him off and hooks him up with a suplex over the ropes. Sunny grabs Tom’s foot on the suplex, causing him to botch it and Candido falls on top for the pin, while Sunny holds his foot on the outside.
After the match, Chris Jericho runs out and goes after Sunny. She and Candido retreat to the entrance stage. Jericho makes a challenge for Thanksgiving Throwdown, himself versus Candido. If Jericho wins, he gets Sunny for one night and she has to do anything he wants. Sunny said no problem, because even if they lose, a night with Jericho should be a breezy five minutes, if that.

“Sensational” Sherri Martel and Tessa Blanchard are on Honky’s Chateau with the Honky Tonk Man. Martel holds up the pliers they used to rip out Laya El’s tooth and have been terrorizing the women’s division with. The CCW women’s division with Blanchard as its champion isn’t some quaint sewing circle. It’s a division of blood and pain. Come at them and regret it. That goes for Britt Baker, longtime foe Lita and the new Nikki Cross.
Lita vs. Nikki Cross goes to a 15-minute time limit draw. Cross goes for a crucifix powerbomb, but Lita blocks, makes her feet and turns it into a backslide for two. Cross flips out and as she comes around takes a kick to the gut. Lita goes for the Twist of Fate, but Cross shoves her out of it and catches her coming back off the ropes with a tilt a whirl slam. Cross goes up top for a diving headbutt, but Lita rolls out of the way. Litasault eats knees. Both women are down as time runs out.
Blanchard and Martel run out and attack both women. Blanchard flashes the pliers and looks to remove Lita’s tooth, but Britt Baker runs out to the ring. She enters from on high with a surprise missile dropkick to Blanchard, who rolls to the floor off it. Flying forearm to Martel and then a Baker Buster. Baker produces her own dental instruments and threatens to remove one of Sherri’s teeth. Blanchard tells her ‘don’t you dare.’ Baker boots Sherri to the floor and tells Blanchard she should leave dental work to the professionals.

“The Rocket” Owen Hart defeats Martin Jannetty with Kamille York at 10:37 via pinfall. Very fast crisscross sequence to start that ends with Hart getting a body press for two. Hart controls and gets a gutwrench suplex for two. Jannetty rolls to the floor. Hart goes out and Kamille gets in the way, which allows Jannetty to surprise with a springboard missile dropkick off of the ring wall. Jannetty goes on the offensive back in the ring. Hart flips Marty out of the Rocker Dropper and follows with an enzuigiri. Reverse kneeling piledriver for the victory.
Post-match, the Kaufman-tron over the entrance flickers to life and Hart sees Marcus Alexander Bagwell and Nicholas Nemeth attacking Davey Boy Smith in the back. Hart runs up the aisle to help, but is greeted at the entrance stage with a spear out of nowhere from Nicholas Aldis, leader of the York Foundation. Aldis gets a microphone and says he wouldn’t mind a warmup match before facing Samoa Joe at Thanksgiving Throwdown and challenges Hart, one half of the CCW Tag Team Champions, to a bout on Superstar Saturday. At Throwdown, he will be the new MUW Men’s Champion and Nemeth and Bagwell will be the new CCW Tag Team Champions. The York Foundation will hold all the gold and make all the rules.

Carmella is in the back dressed as a sexy pilgrim doing a photoshoot with a table featuring a full Thanksgiving spread. She’s holding a pumpkin pie, piled high with whip cream. Molly Holly comes by and tells Carmella she’s got no class and is surprised she isn’t dressed like a Native American. Oh, that was the first part of the shoot. Molly said she should be a better role model. Oh, she’s a great role model. She’s teaching all the little girls about living in the real world and dealing with disappointment, because they will never look like her. Carmella has the best butt, the best chest and all the rest. All the little girls can aspire to be is a dumpy, frumpy wallflower like Molly. Carmella shoves the pie in Molly’s face. Molly grabs the gravy boat off the table and splashes it on Carmella. A food fight ensues.
Power Station (Will Hobbs and Odyssey Jones) with Dr. of Style Slick defeated the Legion of Doinks (Steve Lombardi and Steve Keirn) at 5:21 by pinfall of Jones on Lombardi after the Power Outage (Hobbs spinebuster followed by a Jones splash).
Slick at the commentary station cuts a promo after the match where he calls out Hart and Smith for continuing to duck his guys. Caudle asks about Rocky Johnson vs. Tony Atlas. Atlas is as stupid as he is ugly. Mr. USA can’t hold a candle to Canada’s greatest export. Thanksgiving Throwdown will hardly be a showdown.

“The Man with the Hands of Stone” Ronnie Garvin vs. Terry Funk ends in a schmoz at 2:57. Big E Langston runs in shortly after the start and attacks Garvin. Eddie Kingston makes the save and Funk attacks him. As everyone fights, Ivory, Associate Vice President of Talent Relations, comes out to the entrance stage and throws the show to commercial.

During the break, Ivory booked a tag team match of Kingston and Garvin vs. Langston and Funk for television time remaining. Langston ducks the Backfist to the Future and grabs Kingston around the waist for a back suplex. Langston pops up and sucker punches Garvin on the apron. Kingston attacks Langston from behind and whips him to the far corner, it gets reversed. Funk nails Kingston in the back of the head while he’s in the corner. Big E charges, but Eddie falls out of the way and he nails Funk. Kingston with a schoolboy for two. Funk comes in for a double beat down. Garvin returns and everyone fights as we go off the air. Bob Caudle said they’ll let people know what happened on Superstar Saturday.
