1. Single Match. Terry Taylor went to a 15-minute time limit draw with Dean Malenko.
2. Single Match. 'Killer' Karl Kox beat 'Outlaw' Ron Bass with the brain buster. (8:12).
3. Tornado Rules Team Handicap Match. (2nd Referee: NWA World's Jr. Heavyweight Champ Danny Hodge). Ken Lucas & Bob Armstrong beat manager Col. JC Dykes & the Masked Infernos. Armstrong pinned Inferno 2 for the win. (16:44).

The event opens with Jim Ross & Les Thatcher at the announcer's desk with ring announcer Christy Hemme & interviewer Charly Caruso. Between matches, Caruso interviews the next participants before they head to the ring.
1. 17 Women Trick or Treat Battle Royal for $25,000. Winner AJ Lee (Black Widow)!!! (17:22). All 17 participants must wear a costume to compete. With Wendi Richter, Rockin Robin, Mschif, Brandi Rhodes, Sky Blue, AJ Lee, Mandy Rose, Alexa Bliss, Tegan Nox, Dakota Kai, Taylor Wilde, Io Shirai, Kaire Sane, Alisha Edwards & Beautiful People Angelina Love, Madison Rayne & Velvet Sky.

The women, while in cosplay costumes, were serious as there was some torn clothing left in the ring when the dust subsided. Women's Commissioner Mildred Burke had joined the announcing team. Burke explained it being near Halloween, the women wanted to do something different & she agreed to let them to the battle royal in costume.
Before the beginning of the next match, Commissioner Jim Barnett joined the announcers to state the tag team match was now a 6 man tag team match. He added Nikita Koloff & Ivan Koloff to the match.
2. 6 Man Tag Team Match. Nikita Koloff, Peter Maivia & Wahoo McDaniel lost to Prof. Tora Tanaka, Waldo Von Erich & Ivan Koloff w/mgr. 'Playboy' Gary Hart. (15:01). Hard hitting match from beginning to end. Von Erich with Prussian Leap off top rope on Maivia for the victory. All six men worked with each other, except Ivan who avoided Nikita like the plague. One highlight was a battle of chops between McDaniel & Tanaka.
3. Grudge Match. No Disq. Seth Rollins pinned Jon Moxley following the heel curb stomp. (11:54). Seth started out stalling early in the match & Jon got tired of it quickly. A lot of punches thrown. Rollins managed to pull down the protection on a turnbuckle & rammed Moxley's head into it while the referee was down. Seth took his time Curb Stomping a bleeding Jon before making the pin.
4. Lumberjack Rules Match. Eight lumberjacks ringside. Vampiro pinned Jake 'the Snake' Roberts after hitting him with a foreign object handed to him by lumberjack Rollins. (9:11). Vampiro kept throwing Roberts out where Rollins was acting as one of 8 lumberjacks. After a punching exchange with Rollins, Roberts was rolled back into the ring. After the pin, Vampiro took out a small bottle & spayed it on Roberts back. Vampiro took out a lighter then lumberjacks began entering the ring & Vampiro headed for safer ground. Roberts had to be restrained from going after Vampiro.
5. NWA World's Tag Team Title Match.(Champs): 'Bruiser' Brody & Stan 'Lariat' Hansen retain on reverse decision over (Challs): United States Tag Team Champions the Brain Busters (Arne Anderson & Tully Blanchard) w/mgr. James J. Dillon. (13:56). The challengers concentrated on Hansen, spending most of the match double teaming, sometimes triple teaming him with their manager. Hunter tried distracting Brody from outside the ring. Dillon slide a chair to Anderson who hit Hansen on top of it with the Gord Buster (Brody was fighting with Blanchard in the corner). When Brody pulled Hansen up, the referee saw the chair & quickly DQ'd the challengers. Brody & Hansen chased the trio back to the dressing room.
6. MUW World's Women's Title Match. (Champ): Asuka retained the title over (Chall): NWA World's Champion Gail Kim with the Asuka lock. (13:29). Asuka (embraces Kana here as she was in Japan before the WWE) She is in white face paint with red eyeliner, red lipstick & blotches of red on her face with rust colored hair). Asuka came to the ring & immediately went after Kim. The champ went on the offensive with punches & kicks going for quick pins. Asuka never let up on Kim who managed to slow the champion down & score near pin-falls with the Hurricanrane pin then the Still Life. Gail looked like she had Asuka with the Christo but the champ made it to the ropes to force the break. Following a spin kick to the Kim's head, Asuka locked in the Asuka lock & held on until the referee threatened to disqualify her. After getting her hand raised, Asuka attacked Kim again with the Asuka Lock until several women wrestlers from the back & Asuka voluntarily broke the hold. The champ stared them all down before leaving the ring.
7. MUW World's Heavyweight Title Match. (Champ): Samoa Joe retained title over (Chall): NWA World's Heavyweight Champion Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine w/mgr. James J. Dillon with the Coquina Clutch/Choke. (19:23). Before the match began, 'Ravishing' Rick Rude jumped Joe while DIllon & Valentine had the referee distracted. Rude hit the champ with 2 Rude Awakenings then ran back to the dressing room. Once the match was underway, Valentine tried for quick pins but failed. The challenger then went after the champions legs to set him up for the figure-four leglock. Samoa Joe recovered from Rude's attack & attacked Valentine by working on his neck. JJ was up yelling & trying to distract the official. Finally, Dillon got nailed by Samoa Joe while he was running the ropes. Seconds later, the champ hit the challenger with the Chimera-Plex (German suplex followed by a dragon suplex & finished with a straight jacket suplex) to set up the finisher. Dillon had recovered by now & was beside himself when Samoa Joe's arm was raised. The champ stood over the challenger after the win with a big smirk on his face. Samoa Joe left as Dick Slater & Bob Orton Jr. hit the ring followed by Rude to check on Valentine.
8. Lights Out Match!! No Rules! Anything goes! The Sheik won by count out over Abdullah the Butcher after throwing a fireball in the Butcher's face. Referee James Beard ruled Abdullah was unable to continue. (9:13). Abdullah got into the ring first when the Sheik came in with a chair to attack the Butcher. In minutes, Abdullah was bloody but slowed the Sheik down with karate thrusts, causing the Sheik to lose his pencil. The Butcher trapped the Sheik in the corner. He took the fork out of his boot & quickly the Sheik was bloody as well. They went outside of the ring & brawled on the arena floorl Suddenly the Sheik threw the fireball in the face of the Butcher. Abdullah was screaming in pain on the arena floor as medical came down to check on him. The Sheik ran back into the ring. The referee ruled the Sheik the winner. as the Butcher was injured & unable to defend himself.
