The announcers welcome everyone to the show and preview what’s upcoming, including two of the qualifiers for the fatal fourway to win a Woman’s Title shot at Destination Dallas and the last semifinal match for the Ewing Family King of the Trios Tournament. We’re also going to see pre-taped vignettes of the training regimes of “Le Champion” Chris Jericho and “Mega Man” Tom Magee. The two will face again at Destination Dallas with the winner having to commit to the winner as their trainer for six months.

Clips are shown of Samson making the save for Del Wilkes and joining him last week, followed by the tag match on Superstar Saturday where Samson took the pin. Bagwell doesn’t seem impressed by Samson, which he takes offense to. Jock opens a can of whip ass on Bagwell. He slides to the floor to regroup, Samson goes out after him and Bagwell gets a drop toehold into the ring steps. He works Samson over back in the ring. Buff Blockbuster, but Jock kicks out at two. Bagwell waits for Samson to stand up for the Pounce, but Jock falls back down while grabbing the ropes and Bagwell flies to the floor. Arms appear from under the ring apron and drag him under the ring. Marella can’t find Bagwell, but delivers a count and Jock Samson remains undefeated in singles bouts with five count out victories.
Winner: Jock Samson by count out at 6:45
Post match, Bagwell climbs out from the under the ring, stands, and then does a Flair Flop. The Superior Patriot runs out and slides under the ring. He comes out fighting with Del Wilkes. Samson gets his bull rope with cowbell. Superior Patriot throws Wilkes into him, they collide and go down. SP gets a microphone and challenges Wilkes to a loser leaves town match for Destination Dallas. He’s taken Wilkes’ name, mask, tag partner and at Destination Dallas he’ll take all he has left, his dignity and his job.

Bruno demands Edwards thoroughly search Baker, allowing Bates to get the early jump. She works Baker over for most of the bout. Baker ducks the Rolling Twenties Elbow, collars Bates around the waist and delivers an inverted atomic drop, followed by a short arm clothesline. Baker looks to go to the ropes for a Lionsault, but Bruno jumps up and makes a nuisance of himself. Britt gets in his face, Leva tries to surprise with the Roaring Twenties Elbow, but Baker ducks and she nails Bruno. Baker Buster sets up the Lockjaw.
Winner: Britt Baker by submission at 5:50

Funk Family (Terry, Dory and Serena) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) and Taya Valkyrie

Terry and Xavier start and trade punches with over the top comic selling. Both fall backwards into their own corners and make tags. Dory is befuddled by Kingston’s speed and just stands in the middle of the ring while Kofi does a crisscross around him. Eventually, Dory just sticks his arm out and Kofi runs into it for a clothesline. Kofi takes a beatdown. Butterfly suplex for two. Tag to Serena who comes in from on high with a double stomp kick to the gut. Snap suplex for two. She tries a monkey flip in the corner, but Kingston blocks and tags Taya. Valkyrie damn near takes Serena’s head off with a running big boot. Cradle brainbuster gets two. She sets up the road to Valhalla, but Serena slips forward and turns it into a rollup. She pulls Valkyrie tights severely to moon the crowd. Taya breaks free, but comes up to take a series of Japanese arm drags. Serena controls with an armbar and tags Terry. He takes over. Single arm DDT. Valkyrie gets a shoulder up. He can’t believe he couldn’t pin a girl. Terry lines up the piledriver, but he pauses to jaw at the New Day and Taya backdrops out. Tag to Woods. He rushes in for a Shining Wizard, but Terry falls out of the way and Woods goes into the ropes to get nailed by Dory. Woods trips back into a schoolboy rollup. Kofi and Taya come in, drawing Dory and Serena. Everybody is fighting. In the chaos, Terry lands a low blow and finishes with the piledriver.

It’s mentioned on commentary how during the break J.R. Ewing made this tag match suggestion to Executive Vice President Col. Robert Fuller who then made the impromptu bout against the women’s division’s only established tag team. Carmella tells Lita to just stand on the apron and watch how it’s done. Lita seems happy to do so. She starts with Winter and gets a sit out rear mat slam, followed by a big boot as Katarina gets to her knees. She lines up the Princess Kick, but Roxxi pulls Carmella’s hair from behind. Carmella turns into it and Laveaux drops her neck first over the ropes while dropping to the floor. Winter comes back with the Kat Nip and the Icebreaker. She goes for a Samoan Drop, but Carmella drops out into an inverted DDT. She crawls to tag Lita who drops to the floor. Winter with a rollup from behind for two. Carmella rolls to her feet, boots Katarina in the gut and gets a jackknife powerbomb. It looks like she’s going for the Princess Kick, but instead she turns unexpectedly and slaps Lita who has returned to the apron. She slingshots Lita in by jerking the ropes. Before Carmella can exit the ring, Lita pulls Carmella down and they start catfighting on the mat. Marella tries to break them up but gets steamrolled. They roll to the floor and keep going at it. Marella decides to throw the bout out.
Winner: Match thrown out at 6:11

Martel gets on the microphone and said she’s upset about what she saw just now. That was a disgusting display by Lita and Carmella. Sherri wants a clean, technical match with Victoria. She extends her hand to Victoria for a handshake. She takes it. Martel kicks her in the gut, nails a snap DDT and does a jackknife cover. Vachon breaks it. Martel yells at Edwards for a slow count. Vachon nails a crotch shot from behind on Sherri. Back suplex. Whip to the ropes and Victoria flips her over with a knee to the gut. Elbow drop misses. Sherri with a series of snap mares into a rear chinlock. Vachon works up into a headlock and shoots Sherri off into the ropes. Martel ducks a clothesline and gets a flying crossbody coming the other way. Victoria catches Martel and delivers a backbreaker, holds on to give another, and then flips her out into a mat slam. Standing moonsault hits knees. Sherri drives Vachon into the corner with a series of forearm shots. Monkey flip is blocked. Vachon comes off the second turnbuckle with a flying vertical whatever and gets a dropkick in the gut. Sherri with a spinning, jumping brainbuster. Body slam to get Victoria where she wants her. Flying splash off the top rope.

Garvin jaws at Sunny and gets jumped by Sean Casey from behind. Casey works him over. He goes for a second rope fist drop, but Garvin puts his foot up and Casey impales his jaw on it. Garvin with a belly to belly suplex. Sunny gets on the apron and Garvin breaks his cover. He goes over to her. Casey tries to attack from behind, but Ronnie sidesteps. Casey pulls up and doesn’t collide with Sunny. But then he turns into the Superman Punch by Garvin. Sunny with more jawing, Casey gets up and Ronnie hits him with a discuss punch. Double leg drop. Casey barely gets the shoulder up. Whip into the ropes and Casey tries for a tilt-a-whirl head scissors, but Garvin blocks and drops Casey right on his head. Running knee drop. Garvin stares at Sunny on the floor as he makes the cover.

Smith looks to start with English, but Aiden thinks better of it and tags Simon. Gotch does the old timey fisticuffs stance. Smith lunges forward and Gotch tags English back. English does a ‘look, what is that’ point and shout distraction. Smith turns and English charges, but Davey Boy turns back around and chest bumps English down. He tries to tag Gotch back, but Smith grabs him from behind and delivers an atomic drop. He falls into the ropes. Smith with a dropkick to the back. English falls to the floor. Tag to Hart for a suicide dive. Gotch comes out to help. But Smith runs over and fights with Gotch. Hart with a sunset flip bomb on the floor. Bruno tries to get involved, but Smith body slams him on the floor. Hart rolls Aiden into the ring and gets a slingshot splash back in for two. Hard whip to the corner and a somersault back elbow. Snap mare into a rear chinlock to slow it down. English works up, throws Hart into the ropes and gets a side kick. Tag to Gotch. He works an abdominal stretch. Owen eventually hip tosses out. He tries to tag Smith, Gotch grabs the foot and drags Owen into the heel corner. Tag to English. He takes over on the ankle lock. Hart works up and comes off the one foot with an enzuigiri. He crawls for the tag again and English grabs the foot. Tag to Gotch. Simon now works a full nelson. Hart walks the near corner to flip over and out. He get his own full nelson into a full nelson slam. They both crawl for the tags. Tags all around. English tries to beg off, but Smith whips him pillar to post. Running power slam.
