EDDIE GUERRERO vs. “THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN” TED DIBIASE
Eddie Guerrero was out for revenge after what the Billion Dollar Corporation did to him the week before. He was aggressive to start, and his great speed served that aggression well. Ted DiBiase hoped he could have a number advantage, but the referee barred Beer Money from ringside. JBL joined commentary, so the referee was unable to get rid of him too. As Guerrero’s late-match momentum started to look insurmountable, out of desperation, DiBiase scrambled to his feet and shoved Guerrero off the turnbuckles he was climbing. As Guerrero was getting up off the floor, JBL helped his business associate by leaving commentary to give Guerrero a Clothesline From Wall Street and then tossing him back in the ring. DiBiase put Guerrero in the Million Dollar Dream. When Latino Heat was unresponsive, the referee called the match in favour of The Million Dollar Man. (17:42)
Winner: “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase

AJ STYLES vs. THE MIZ
John Morrison was a constant nuisance in and around the ring, so much so that The Phenomenal One may as well have been fighting in a handicap match. With Morrison’s help, it felt like The Miz stood a great chance of advancing to the semifinals. However, Styles was resilient. He constantly fought back. He dealt with his Morrison problem by giving him a Phenomenal Forearm, which he hit by springboarding to the outside of the ring, and then tossing Morrison over the barricade. Styles put The Miz in the calf crusher, but to The Miz’s credit, he didn’t give up and actually made it to the ropes. However, not long thereafter, Styles executed the Styles Clash and pinned him for the win. (11:35)
Winner: AJ Styles

Asuka entered the arena and made her way down to the ring. The presence of the Mash-Up Wrestling Women’s Champion was unexpected. She entered the ring and took a microphone. She said that Nikki Bella is calling herself the real World Champion but that is not true. The only World Champion in Women’s Wrestling is Asuka! Nikki Bella wants one more match, so she’s going to give it to her. This time, after Asuka wins there will be no disputing hat she is the World Champion because it is going to be a Last Woman Standing Match!
The Bella Twins came out and slowly walked to the ring. As they did, Nikki accepted the challenge and said that Asuka was the dumbest woman in wrestling because she and Brie were going to make sure her title reign finally comes to an end. When they got to the ring, Nikki was looking really confident, but Asuka was laughing as she bounced on her feet. She said the Bella Twins were never ready for Asuka and they never will be. Next, she threw her microphone at Nikki, spat green mist in Brie’s face, and then clamped the Asuka Lock in on Nikki for about 20 seconds or so before getting up and leaving, laughing at the while.

REY MYSTERIO JR. vs. HULK HOGAN
Two fan favourites met in the center of the ring for this contest. There was mutual respect shown by both men as they shook hands and pointed at one another to prompt the fans to cheer for their opponents prior to starting the action. Mysterio looked to be at a distinct disadvantage because of the size and power difference. However, that’s been the story of his life. There may be no more resilient wrestler in WWE, nor all MUW for that matter. Mysterio had the tenacity not to give up, no matter what Hogan did. He picked his spots and overwhelmed the Hulkster with his speed and quick attacks.
After Hogan gave Mysterio a big atomic drop, he went for a big boot. Mysterio slid under it and when Hogan turned around, Mysterio gave him a dropkick that sent Hogan flailing into the ropes. Mysterio ran to the far side of the ring and returned to give Hogan the 6-1-9! Mysterio went for the West Coast Pop, but Hogan used his power to stay on his feet and counter the rana attempt into a Boston crab. Mysterio was trapped but he refused to give up, even though he couldn’t get to the ropes. Because there was no quit in Mysterio, Hogan had to relinquish the hold. He gave Mysterio a standing elbow drop, then scooped him up for the bodyslam and gave him the running leg drop. Hogan pinned him and got the 3-count. It didn’t come easy, but the Hulkster was moving on to the semifinals. (13:11)
Winner: Hulk Hogan

JOHN CENA vs. WALTER
Neither John Cena nor WALTER came into this match showing an ounce of fear. There appeared to be a silent show of mutual respect between the two, but nothing more. They started out with an old school test of strength. WALTER got the better of it and knocked Cena onto his backside. Cena got up and took another go at it and while he was nearly backed into the corner, he powered up and started pushing WALTER back, eventually knocking him over. A third test of strength say them go back-and-forth until WALTER was backed into the corner. When the referee called for a clean break, WALTER gave Cena an open-palm chop to the chest and then dropped him with a single, blistering knife-edge chop that signaled the beginning of down-and-dirty fight.
Cena and WALTER brawled in the ring and out. When they weren’t brawling, they were trying to wear each other down with headlocks, chinlocks, abdominal stretches and bear hugs. A brawl outside the ring saw Cena get thrown into the barricades. An Irish whip was reversed and WALTER hit the steps so hard they toppled over onto their side. Back in the ring, they came at each other with power moves and started going for pinfall attempts, but neither one was able to put the other away. When WALTER lifted Cena up for the folding powerbomb, Cena countered it with a rarely seen hurricanrana. He executed the spin-out powerbomb on WALTER and then the Five-Knuckle Shuffle. He covered but WALTER kicked out.
Cena waited for WALTER to get to his feet and then lifted him onto his shoulders. WALTER got down with knees and elbows to the sides of Cena’s head and then gave Cena a German suplex. He didn’t let ho. He rolled with it and gave him another and another and then threw him in the air with a release German. WALTER climbed to the top rope and went for a splash but Cena moved out of the way. WALTER crashed into the canvas with a sickening thud. When he got up, Cena lifted him onto his shoulders and executed the Attitude Adjustment. He pinned him for 1…2… kick out!
Cena had a look of shock on his face. He questioned the referee, who confirmed that WALTER kicked out. Cena got up and tried to lift WALTER, but he prevented that with some pointed elbows to the side of the head and then turned Cena inside out with a Burning Lariat! WALTER covered. 1…2… shoulder up! WALTER looked pissed. He shouted at the referee, but that didn’t matter. WALTER put the boots to Cena and then whipped him into the corner. He ran in and delivered a big boot before throwing some more vicious chops to Cena’s already beet red chest. WALTER put Cena on the top rope and climbed up to go for a superplex but Cena blocked. They fought on the turnbuckles with Cena throwing fists and forearms and WALTER throwing chops and headbutts. Eventually Cena was able to knock WALTER to the mat. He got up and delivered a diving leg drop to the back of WALTER’s neck as it was trying to get up. Cena pinned but WALTER quickly kicked out, so Cena flipped him over and applied the STF, but WALTER refuses to give up and dragged himself over to the ropes to force a break.
Cena waited for WALTER to get up and when he did, he started to lift him onto his shoulders, but WALTER slid behind him and applied the Gojira Clutch! Cena tried to break free, but WALTER held on tight, kicked Cena’s legs out from under him, and applied a body scissors once he was taken to the mat. Cena did the unthinkable by pulling WALTER’s legs apart. He got onto his knees and even onto his feet with WALTER on his back, but he couldn’t make it upright. Cena collapsed as he lost air. WALTER smothered him like a bear as he laid on the mat facedown. Cena didn’t respond to the referee and so he had to call the match. It was a shocking turn of events. WALTER emerged victorious. Imperium joined him in the ring and then posed in military-like formation with a passed-out John Cena laying at their feet as the show went off the air. (26:50)
Winner: WALTER
