The show opens with the closing minute of the Bullrope/Dog Collar Team match last Sunday night where 'Cowboy' Bill Watts & Junkyard Dog got the decision over the Sheik & Abdullah the Butcher. The Sheik turned on Abdullah & the fought against each other all the way back to the dressing room.
We officially open with the regular promo that leads to the team of Gordon Solie & Jim Ross in front of the huge NWA Logo for the new episode of NWA Championship Wrestling. They announce that Wahoo McDaniel defeated Dick Murdoch on the Monster Mash Pay-Per-View is the Monster Mash lost Sunday from the Credit 1 Union Arena in Chicago, Ill. from . And Cherry Bomb defeated Rosemary for the Women's United States Belt.
Gordon & Jim welcome the new Brass Knuckles Champion Wahoo McDaniel. The new champ talks about proving himself to the championship committee when he was given the opportunity to win a title in the NWA. Wahoo says he will defend the title against Dick Murdoch if he wants one as well as anyone the NWA sees fit to put in the ring against him. Suddenly out comes Dick Murdoch who tells the new champ he won on a fluke & he is challenging now to put the title up against him. McDaniel tells Murdoch anytime & anyplace. He is ready.

1. Non-Title Single Match. New NWA World's Brass Knuckles Champion Wahoo McDaniel defeated the Black Scorpion by pin fall. (8:11).
Solie & Ross then present a taped interview with Watts & JYD that was taped after the team match last Sunday night in Chicago. Bill & the Dog say they are through with the Sheik & the Butcher.
