NWA Championship Wrestling Oct. 10, 2020, Saturday TV Taping
We officially open with the regular promo that leads to the team of Gordon Solie & Jim Ross in front of the huge NWA Logo for the new episode of NWA Championship Wrestling. Gordon & Jim welcome the fans back to another exciting episode of NWA Championship Wrestling. They announce the next Pay-Per-VIew is the Monster Mash set for October 27 from Chicago, Ill. from the Credit 1 Union Arena. We have signed a guest host for the big event, the one & only Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.
Before they can continue, out struts manager James E. Cornette followed by the Heavenly Bodies (Tom Pritchard & Jimmy Del Rey). Cornette takes over the interview from Ross & brags about being back with the greatest tag team in wrestling. Cornette says the only thing lacking are the United States Tag Team Belts, held by a pair of big goofs - 'Bruiser' Brody & Stan 'Lariat' Hansen. Jim tells them to bide their time because the Heavenly Bodies are coming after them fo those tag team belts. Then, Arne Anderson & Tully Blanchard had better be concerned. We' re coming after their World Tag Team Belts after winning the World Tag Team Belts. Been good listening to you Jim Ross.
Solie tells the fans they will show the fans the lineup of matches for Monster Mash at the end of today's show.

We go to the ring with announcer Mike McGuirk for the first match of the day.
1. 4 Man Tag Team Match. The Heavenly Bodies (Tom Pritchard & Jimmy Del Rey) w/mgr. James E. Cornette beat Robert Roode & Bart Gunn. (7:54). Pritchard pins Gunn.

2. Single Match. Kazuchika Okada debuts to defeat the Black Scorpion with the Rainmaker in an impressive victory. (7:31). During the match, manager 'Playboy' Gary Hart was seen watching Okada.
'PLayboy' Gary Hart joins Gordon & Jim at the desk talk about how is looking at new Asian talent to bring to his Army along (with Abdullah the Butcher & the Sheik) in Yoshihiro Tajiri & Kazuchika Okada, They are two fine talented wrestlers who could make great additions to his Army.

3. Single Match. Wahoo McDaniel won by disq over 'the Original Nature Boy' Buddy Rogers w/mgr. Bobby Davis. (5:57). Referee caught Davis attacking McDaniel out side of the ring.

4. Women's Single Match. AJ Lee debuted & defeated Mia Yim (of the Dollhouse) with the Black Widow. (6:34). Yim collided with stablemate Taeler Hendrix on the ring apron. Dollhouse leader Taryn Terrell was at the desk doing guest commentary & pitched a fit for her squad losing.
Ross presents a taped interview with Steve 'Dr. Death' Williams. Steve vows to make the Freebirds pay for luring Terry 'Bam Bam' Gordy back into their fold. Dr. Death also promises Bam Bam a beating he is never, ever going to forget.

5. Non-Title Tag Team Match. Rock n' Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) go to a 10-minute time limit draw with NWA World's Tag Team Champions Arne Anderson & Tully Blanchard w/mgr. James J. Dillon.
Dillon is furious & goes to the desk accusing the referee of blantly favoring those punk rockers. The next time they meet there will be a different outcome.
