Kevin Kelly and Don Callis run down the card for tonight's festivities. But before they can finish, Dynamite's General Manager Mark Henry makes his way to the ring to a big ovation from the Greenville crowd.
“I know there’s been a lot of controversy around here lately surrounding Killer Kross and our former tag champs PCO and Brody King. With recent news that King and PCO are in the hospital, I had no choice but to vacate the tag team championships and announce a tournament to crown new champs. As far as Killer Kross, he is locked away and hopefully for a long time. I’ve talked to AEW’s legal team and I’ve been advised that it would be too premature of a decision to terminate Killer Kross from All Elite Wrestling. However, I wouldn’t expect to see him back any time soon, if at all.
Now everybody’s wondering...who will challenge Daniel Bryan for the AEW World Championship? Over the next couple weeks, I’m going to keep a close eye on the ENTIRE AEW roster and I will make my decision within the next few weeks. This is a time for the boys in the back to step it up, and prove that they got what it takes to compete at an ELITE level.”

He says he’s sick and tired of the current champion, Elijah Burke, ducking and dodging REAL competition in AEW. Burke looks pissed! Cage says if Burke is so great, he’ll defend his title NEXT WEEK on AEW Dynamite! The crowd cheers as Pope nods his head and smirks, mouthing “you got it, big boy.”
Match 2

This match was described as a mostly one-sided match with Statlander getting a few chances to shine here and there. Although the crowd was firmly behind Statlander, the crowd support was not enough as the Undeniable one was able to conquer ahead of her match with Dakota Kai.
