Dario Cueto sits upright from his spot laying down on a bed-table. He looks around the room and sees a witch doctor, a mini luchador and Paul London. “Where am I? Paul London?! What is this?” London tells him that he was in Mexico City on the search for the White Rabbit when he met a luchador who promised to introduce him to the White Rabbit if he would go to Los Angeles, collect Dario’s body from the morgue, and bring him to Papa Shango, the most powerful witch doctor in the world. Now, Dario must travel back to Mexico City to meet with this luchador. Once that is done, El Bunny, the White Rabbit’s most trusted companion will take London to meet his spiritual leader. Dario says he cannot go because he must get back to his Temple. London tells Dario that he was told to tell him that nothing but oblivion awaits him there unless he goes to Mexico City first. Then, and only then, can he return to the Temple unharmed. After a moment of pause to think about it, he tells London to take him to Mexico City.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Andrade Cien Almas
Eddie Guerrero vs. Andrade Cien Almas
This was an excellent way to kick off the fourth season of Lucha Underground. Two of the best luchadores in the game put on a 15-minute minute clinic that equally featured mat wrestling technique, quick strike offense, and high-flying lucha libre. There were high-flying moves from the ring to the outside sprinkled throughout the contest, as Guerrero hit Almas with a pescado and with a moonsault plancha, and Almas hit Guerrero with a topé suicida and a springboard corkscrew plancha. There were a few near finishes after Almas gave Guerrero a tornado inverted DDT, a split-legged corskscrew senton, and a double-foot stomp while he was hanging in the tree of woe. Likewise, Guerrero came close to winning the match after executing a fisherman’s suplex, a snap dragon suplex, and a brainbuster. In the end, Guerrero would counter out of the set up to La Sombra with a bridging norther lights suplex, then moments later, execute a second brainbuster, before going to the top rope and executing the frog splash for the win.
WINNER : Eddie Guerrero

THE GODFATHER & HIS STREET PROFITS vs. INFAMOUS INCORPORATED
The Godfather, Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins vs. Dr. Wagner Jr., Mike Awesome & Dominik Dijakovic
Before the match began, Famous B announced he had signed a new client who would join Wagner and Awesome in a quest to take over the trios division. “Feast your eyes on Dominic Dijakovic!” Making their debut in the Temple, Meanwhile, The Godfather introduced his new trios partners, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, collectively to be known as The Street Profits. Their ring entrance created a party atmosphere that instantly won over the Believers while bringing them to their feet. And they did not disappoint them. Although Infamous Incorporate towered over their opponents, it was a costly miscue that saw Ford dive out of the way of a cyclone big boot from Dijakovic, which would end up knocking Awesome off the ring apron and out cold. Dijakovic then turned around and walked right into a pounce from Dawkins that sent him crashing into the corner. After the Godfather gave him a Ho Train, Dawkins dropped him to the mat with a pop-up spinebuster, and then Ford executed a split-legged frog splash on him to get the pin and victory.
WINNERS : The Godfather & His Street Profits

We get a shot of the FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Inside, we find Agent Adeel Alam enter the office of Arnold Schwarzenegger. They have a discussion about the on-going investigation of the murder of Dario Cueto, and the missing persons cases of many others who have entered the Temple in Boyle Heights, only to disappear and never be seen again. Ali tells Schwarzenegger that he has traced evidence back to four men: King Cuerno, Jake Roberts, the Ultimate Warrior and Matanza Cueto. However, he notes that the Ultimate Warrior himself has gone missing since Ultima Lucha Tres. He says that he suspects that Antonio Cueto is behind a lot of this but nothing he has looked into has tied him to anything, save for his personal relationships to Matanza and Dario. Since Lucha Underground entered its off-season, leads have dried up and not the investigation is at a standstill. Schwarzenegger is impressed by his hard work and tells him that it is of utmost importance that they get to the bottom of what’s going on. The new season has begun, so Alam is ordered to go back into the field as Mustafa Ali. If he can find new evidence that can help the FBI crack these cases, and certainly if they can pin anything on Antonio, they’ll be able to shut down this underground fight club for good.

Will Ospreay vs. Jake “The Snake” Roberts
Will Ospreay vs. Jake “The Snake” Roberts
It was a match featuring a contrast in styles. The quick, acrobatic high-flying and striking skills of the “Aerial Assassin” got Ospreay out to an early advantage. However, the slow methodical pace of “The Snake” got Roberts back into the match after he countered a springboard corkscrew moonsault attempt into a gutbuster. Roberts spent no wasted motion in doing damage to Ospreay. However, a back body drop attempt failed to as Ospreay landed on his feet and then executed a roundhouse kick and then a quick standing shooting star press. Ospreay had plenty of momentum going until he attempted an OsCutter. Roberts sidestepped it and as soon as Ospreay’s feet hit the mat, Roberts kicked him in the abdomen and executed the DDT.
WINNER : Jake “The Snake” Roberts

LUCHA UNDERGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Prince Puma vs. Pentagon DARK
LUCHA UNDERGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Prince Puma vs. Pentagon DARK
Our main event featured the new Lucha Underground Champion defending his championship in his very first match since winning it against Pentagon DARK, who returns to the Temple with extra confidence after defeating Kevin Owens in a Cero Miedo Match at Ultima Lucha Tres. This exciting lucha made the Believers chant “This is awesome!” and “Fight forever!” Near finishes occurred after Pentagon executed a package piledriver and Puma kicked out of the ensuing pinfall, and Prince Puma landed the 630-degree senton bomb and Pentagon got a foot on the bottom rope. Just after the match hit the 20-minute mark, when they were both exhausted and fighting on the ring apron, Pentagon landed a superkick that staggered Puma. He then climbed the turnbuckle and pulled off a desperation Mexican destroyer on the ring apron! Puma fell to the floor, unconscious.
It was at this time that John Cena ran out to the ring and gave Pentagon an Attitude Adjustment from the ring apron to the floor. Then, he collected Puma and rolled him into the ring. Cena handed the Gift of the Gods title belt to referee Marty Elias and told him he was joining the match. Elias refused it and tried giving it back to Cena. Their argument lasted long enough for Puma to get back to his feet. But then, Cena saw him, gave him an Attitude Adjustment and then pinned him. There was no count, but Cena nodded his head and then pounded out his own 3-count before getting up and raising his hands, as if to suggest he should be the champion.
His argument with Elias resumed. Meanwhile, Pentagon got up, entered the ring, grabbed the Gift of the Gods and blasted Cena in the face with it. When Pentagon bent over to grab Puma, he was pulled into a small package pin that sealed the outcome in favour of the champion. Pentagon was visibly pissed off at what had transpired, but before he could exact his revenge, Hulk Hogan and Roman Reigns showed up and attacked him. They also did a number on Prince Puma. The attack ended with Pentagon receiving a spear from Reigns and Puma receiving a running leg drop from Hogan. They collected the Gift of the Gods and its holder, their Pinnacle of Sports Entertainment compatriot John Cena, and left the ring to a chorus of boos.
WINNER : Prince Puma

Deep in the recesses of the Temple, we go into the room where Matanza Cueto is held captive inside of a cell. There, Antonio Cueto walks in, carrying with him the Gauntlet of the Gods. He speaks to Matanza, saying that the time has come for Matanza to fulfill his destiny. Next week, he will show all the Believers that he has been blessed with the powers of a god. And to show thanks to the one who has made him more powerful than anyone could ever imagine, he must thank the lord by offering him the greatest gift of all.
