MUW: WCW Worldwide Wrestling-6/21/2019

Mark Lowrance welcomes everyone to WCW Worldwide Wrestling. He announces that in the main event today, Lou Thesz defends the television title against Mr. Wrestling Tim Woods. Also, The Cruiserweight Title is on the line as Nevile defends against Chuck Taylor, as well as Nigel McGuinness, The Freebirds and the return of the American Dream Dusty Rhodes in action as well.
Mark brings out Mr. Paul Nitro, Owner and President of WCW and he announces that the first major pay-per-view for WCW will be the Great American Bash, which will be held on Sunday August 18th on pay-per-view from the Omni in Atlanta, Ga. Tune in to Worldwide and Saturday Night for announcements about the matches for the pay-per-view in the coming weeks.
1st Match: Dusty Rhodes beat Jose Luis Riveras in 4:00 with the bionic elbow drop.

2nd Match: The Freebirds (Buddy Roberts and Terry Gordy) w/Michael PS Hayes beat Brian Costello/Mario Mancini in 6:23 when Gordy beat Mancini with the pieldriver

3rd Match: Nigel McGuiness beat Dr.X in 7:04 with the spinning lariat

4th Match: WCW Cruiserweight Title Match: Neville beat Chuck Taylor in 12:12 with the 450 splash. After the match, Neville spat on Taylor and that brought in Too Cold Scorpio and they fight all over ringside before the break

Main Event: WCW World Television Title Match- Lou Thesz and Mr. Wrestling Tim Woods went to a 15 minute draw as Woods had Thesz with the sleeperhold at the count of 2 before the bell rang.
