Oct. 27 NWA Halloween Monster Mash PPV at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina
Dark Matches
Ladies Single Match. Taryn Terrell beat Emma with Northern Lights Suplex. (7:43). Terrell didn't waist time in this match, working on Emma from the beginning to the quick end.
Single Match. Karl Gotch suffered a rare loss to Shane Douglas.(9:13). Douglas usages 2 back-to-back belly-to-back suplex's for the 1-2-3, although it appeared Gotch got the arm up on the third count.
4 Man Tag Team Match. The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) defeated Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelly & Chris Sabin) in a fast-paced match. (13:21). Rogers pinned Sabin for the win.

Joey Styles (dressed as the Devil) welcomes the fans to the Spectrum Center live in Charlotte, North Carolina. Eden Stiles (dressed as DC's Wonder Woman) will do the in ring introductions. Fans ringside & in the arena are dressed as characters for Halloween from Michael Myers to Harley Quinn to Star Wars.
First Match. Ladies Single Match. Kairi Dojo pinned Mandy Rose with an elbow drop off the top rope. (11:02). Rose is improving but Dojo was too fast for her.
Second Match. Single Match. 'Gorgeous' Jimmy Garvin w/valet Precious beat 'Mr. Wrestling' Tim Woods with an inside cradle. (12:09). Precious continues to be a distraction to Garvin's opponents & screamed like a banshee at Woods throughout the match.
Third Match. Single Match. Undefeated Mitsuhara Misawa w/mgr. 'Playboy' Gary Hart beat Bob Roop with the Emerald Fusion in a real see-saw contest between two great wrestlers. (12:52).
Fourth Match. Four Man Tag Team Match. 'Magnum' Terry Allen & Ron Simmons fell to the Dangerous Duo (Dick Slater & Bob Orton Jr.) w/mgr. 'Playboy' Gary Hart by count out. (16:22). Simmons was counted out after being thrown over the top rope by Orton Jr. while the referee was distracted separating Slater & Allen.
Fifth Match. NWA World's Women's Title Match. (Champ): Gail Kim rallied to beat (Chall): Cherry Bomb with the Happy Ending (Japanese stranglehold neckbreaker). (14:17). Prematch challenge by Taryn Terrell to meet the winner of the match. Cherry Bomb did not wrestle as her character Allie does in TNA. She went after Kim at the bell & had several near pin falls. The champ picked up the tempo & used her speed to count a height & weight advantage by the challenger. The challenger was visibly upset but the champ came over to shake hands & share a huge before leaving the ring.
Sixth Match. $25,000 Bounty Match made by manager 'Playboy' Gary Hart on 'Cowboy' Bill Watts. No Disq! One fall to a finish anywhere in the building. 'Cowboy' Bill Watts vs. Bounty Hunter the 'Original' Sheik accompanied by manager 'Playboy' Gary Hart. (5:35). Hart entered the ring first to distract Watts. The Sheik attacked the Cowboy from behind for the early advantage. The Sheik got the pencil out & bloodied the Cowboy. However the Brass Knuckles Champ wasn't lying down. Bill got the pencil from the Sheik & opened him up with it. Hart got into it physically with Watts. The Sheik then unloaded a big fireball that hit the Cowboy in the face. Sheik covered for the 1-2-3 as the Brass Knuckles Champ fell out of the ring to the floor as help rushed down to assist him. Hart & the Sheik had extra security come down to get them back to the dressing room.
Seventh Match. NWA World's Junior Heavyweight Championship Match. Guest Referee: Karl Gotch.(Champion): Danny Hodge was beaten by (Chall): 'Gentleman' Chris Adams for the belt under controversial circumstances involving manager 'Playboy' Gary Hart. (17:03). A clean wrestling match with Adams getting frustrated near the end as Hodge had a counter for the challenger's offense. The hated manager came down at the end to distract referee Karl Gotch. Adams used a foreign object thrown to him by Hart & knocked out Hodge. Chris grabbed the belt & bailed from the ring joining Hart before Gotch could check him for the object. Allen & Roop came down to check on Hodge.
Eighth Match. NWA World's Tag Team Championship Match.(Challengers): Jack & Jerry Brisco defeated (Champions): 'Original' Midnight Express (Dennis Condrey & Randy Rose) to recapture the World Tag Team Belts. (15:15). Rose submitted to Jerry Brisco's figure four leglock while Jack had Dennis trapped in his corner. The match was dominated by the Briscos. The champs got their cheap shots in as well as double-teaming but the challengers were not going to be denied & stayed on top of the challengers.
Ninth Match. NWA World's Heavyweight Championship Match. No Disqualification Rule Waived! (Champion); 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin pinned (Chall): 'Dirty' Dick Murdoch in a blood fest with the Stone Cold Stunner on a steel chair.(13:13). Murdoch was late as the referee was counting up to 8. The challenger hit the ring from behind Austin with a steel chair & nailed him in the back with it. The brawl was on as Austin got busted open first then Murdoch. Both men attempted quick pins on the other. 'Dirty' Dick appeared to have the match won after hitting a brain buster on 'the Rattlesnake' on top of the steel chair. The champ tapped the challenger on the shoulder during the attempted pin. Murdoch got up thinking he had won. The official waived him off - No. Austin made it up & nailed Murdoch with the Stunner on top of the steel chair for the victory. Steve Austin is still NWA World's Heavyweight Champion. Ringside, a couple of sexy dressed she devils throws cans of cold beer to Austin who pops them for a quick guzzle.
Back at the desk, Joey & Eden are joined by some Halloween characters to thank the fans for tuning in & remind them to tune in to ESPN on Saturday for the aftermath of tonight's matches.
