Kurt Angle defeated Fénix by pinfall to win one of the Seven Ancient Aztec Medallions. Angle used his pure grappling skills to keep Fénix from taking flight early in the match. However, when he when for an overhead belly-to-belly suplex, Fénix landed on his feet, ran to the ropes, and then executes a tornado DDT to take control. After that, Fénix took to the air with a diving hurricanrana, a tope con hilo, and a diving double knee drop to Angle’s chest. Despite all of his high risk offense, Fénix couldn’t keep Angle down for a 3-count. After a long 2-count, Fénix waited for Angle to get up and went for a superkick. Angle caught his foot and turned it into an ankle lock. While Fénix didn’t submit, Angle took control and gave Fénix a multitude of suplexes. Some back-and-forth offense saw both men come close to winning, but in the end, Angle countered some tilt-a-whirl headscissors into a backbreaker and then executed an Angle Slam to finally end the match.

PJ Black defeated Matt Sydal by pinfall. This was a very entertaining match that saw both luchadores take several high-risk moves to try to get the win over his opponent. Sydal looked like he was poised to win the match when he countered an Irish whip into the ropes and took down Black with a jumping roundhouse kick and then went to the turnbuckle to go for the Shooting Sydal Press. However, Black got his knees up. He capitalized by executing a bridging German suplex, but Sydal kicked out. After exchanging some more high-flying moves, Sydal and Black exchanged quick pinfall attempts, ending with Black getting Sydal in a school-boy roll-up and keeping his shoulders down for a 3-count by grabbing a handful of tights.

In a stunning upset, Son of Havoc defeated Big Ryck & The Crew by pinfall. This was a classic case of Son of Havoc being dominated for long stretches of the match, but battling back with short underdog rallies. Big Ryck grew frustrated with his team’s unability to put Son of Havoc away, so he took advantage of Dario Cueto’s direction to the referee to exercise leniency by bringing weapons into the match. However, when he did that, the One Man Band showed up to help Son of Havoc. The match turned into a 3-on-2 battle. Slater’s involvement in the match was just what Son of Havoc needed to counteract Big Ryck and The Crew’s use of weapons. In the end, Son of Havoc performed a shooting star press DDT on Big Ryck into a pile of steel chairs to get the win.

Samoa Joe defeated Tyler Breeze by pinfall, retained his right to a shot at the Mash-Up World Heavyweight Championship at Ultima Lucha. You might think that this match was a cake walk for the Samoan Submission Machine. However, that was not the case. Joe got an early advantage, but Breeze gained control when he clung to the ropes to avoid a single-leg dropkick and then gave Joe a superkick to knock him off his feet. Breeze took liberties with the rules to help him maintain control. However, he could not keep Samoa Joe down and out forever. When Breeze had him stuck in the corner, he went for a charging attack, but ended up getting a St. Joe Slam that knocked the wind right out of his sails.
Later on, Joe put Breeze in the Coquina Clutch, but he broke it with a mule kick. The referee disqualified Breeze, but that decision was overturned by Dario Cueto. He came out of his office and announced that a match of such importance cannot end on account of technicalities. Understanding that the Believers want to see a clear winner, he demanded the match to continue under no disqualification rules. As a consequence, Breeze brought a chair into the ring and hit Joe with it more than once before tossing it on the mat and giving Joe the Unprettier on it.
It looked like Breeze would win the match, but Eddie Guerrero showed up and broke up the pinfall. Guerrero and Breeze got into a fist fight before Guerrero gave Breeze a folding powerbomb. After that, Guerrero left. When both luchadores got back to their feet, Joe looked pissed and laid into Breeze with some hard chops and jabs before moving onto some power moves that looked really painful. Finally, Joe showed mercy on Breeze by planting him into the mat with a Muscle Buster and pinning him for the win.

Dario Cueto walks Big Ryck and the Crew down a flight of stairs, all the while talking about how disappointed he is in their inability to do something as easy as defeating Son of Havoc when they are a trio and he is just one man. There are excuses made, but Cueto doesn’t want to hear any of them. Down a hallway, on the left, Cueto opens a door and tells them to come in with him. There is a figure brooding in the dark, behind prison cell bars. Whoever or whatever it is makes loud noises. Mr. Cisco asks what that is. Cueto says he wants to introduce them to his brother and tells them to decide which one of them will become most acquainted with him. He looks at the Crew and they grab Big Ryck. He feels betrayed. Cueto says, they picked correctly and then tells Ryck that he has given him golden opportunity after golden opportunity, and every time he has failed, so his leadership is not needed anymore. Cueto turns a key to the cell door and opens it. The Crew throw Big Ryck into the cell. Cueto locks the door up and all we hear are the sounds of screaming and deadly violence as the show ends.
