Rey Mysterio Jr. and Ultimo Dragon come to the ring to air out a complaint directed towards Edge and Christian for coming out to the ring during last week’s main event. We get a video recap of Mysterio pinning Bret Hart to earn the upset win, only to then be attacked by Hart’s partner, Chris Jericho. Edge and Christian ran down, presumably to help Mysterio and Ultimo Dragon to deal with Hart and Jericho, who have become their bitter enemies. Edge mistakenly speared Mysterio, which led to a chain of events where both teams were decimated. Mysterio gets on the microphone and blames Edge and Christian for everything bad that happened to them in last week’s show.
Edge and Christian come down to the ring and they take offense to Mysterio’s allegations. They apologize for any wrongdoing. They appear to have smoothed things over. Finally, they ask for forgiveness and seek handshakes to seal the deal.
Not so fast! Before they can get their forgiveness, Bret “The Hitman” Hart and Chris Jericho enter the arena to warn Mysterio and Ultimo Dragon not to trust Edge and Christian. They recount their long history of getting screwed over by them this year, going back to when Christian broke up Vitamin C and stole Jericho’s new girlfriend, Trish Stratus, away from him to when Edge and Christian screwed Bret Hart out of the International Heavyweight Champion, and everything in between. Mysterio and Ultimo Dragon become reluctant to shake their hands. Then, to create even more tension, Hart and Jericho suggest that if Edge and Christian really wanted to make amends for what happened last week, they would offer to give their spot in the North American Tag Team title match, tonight, to Mysterio and Ultimo Dragon. This sparked a heated conversation inside of the ring. As the tone gets loud and angrier, some shoving starts to take place, but nobody comes to blows, as the ring fills with officials, who separate the two teams. Edge and Christian are challenging Ted DiBiase and Alberto El Patron for the North American Tag Team Titles in tonight’s main event! Stay tuned!

First Match: The Acadian Giant battles Johnny Devine in what is a relatively easy match for the 7-foot fan favourite. The Acadian Giant makes light work of Devine until he slams him so hard with a fallaway slam that Devine ends up on the floor. When Devine gets up off of the floor and returns the ring just in time to beat the referee’s count, he has a kendo stick in hand. He tries to use it on The Acadian Giant, but he absorbs the blow against his ribs, and clutches it with his arm. Then, he pulls Devine in for a massive chokeslam and pins him for the win. Devine was unable to do any damage, but the Canadian Earthquake was able to. He came into the ring unseen by the Acadian Giant and attacked him from behind. A huge atomic drop for the Giant, followed by a running body splash in the corner and then a pair of Earthquake Splashes leaves the Acadian Giant looking small. Earthquake looks down at him and tells him to stay out of his business or else the next time, it’ll be worse.

Second Match: This is the sixth match in Cesaro and Dean Malenko’s best of seven series. This an important match for both men. Cesaro needs to win it to force a “Game Seven,” while a win for Malenko would set himself up to be the first challenger for the International Heavyweight Championship in 2016. There is a sense of urgency for Cesaro. He needs to be aggressive, but not so much so that he makes any critical mistakes. Malenko appears more at ease, comfortable knowing that he has the advantage in this contest. With that in mind, Malenko lets Cesaro come to him and simply reacts to Cesaro’s attempts to engage him. Malenko often defends and brushes Cesaro aside. He’s slowly rattling the calm, cool and collected Swiss Superman. Malenko eventually catches Cesaro making a mistake as Cesaro goes for a clothesline. Malenko ducks it and pulls him in for a 2-count, nearly winning the match. Cesaro laughs and claps for him, but then Malenko dropkicks him in the head and goes for the cover. 1…2.. kick out! Now, Malenko gets the first advantage of the mat. He works on Cesaro until an Irish whip is countered. Cesaro goes for a clothesline, but Malenko clings to the ropes. Then, he charges at Cesaro and attempts a titl-a-whirl headscissors, but Cesaro turns it into a backbreaker. Now, Cesaro assumes control of the match and goes to work on Malenko with European uppercuts and rolling gutwrench suplexes, among other things. When Cesaro goes for a knockout blow with a Very European Uppercut, Malenko miraculously counters it into a Japanese armdrag. A few counters later and Malenko executes a running tornado DDT! He pins, but Cesaro kicks out! Malenko puts him on the top turnbuckle and goes for a frankensteiner, but Cesaro holds onto the top rope, then he nails Malenko with a diving European uppercut. After that, he gives him the Cesaro Swing and, upon putting him down, transitions it into a sharpshooter. Malenko attempts to crawl to the ropes and nearly reaches them, but Cesaro pulls him back into the centre of the ring, where Malenko can do nothing but tap out in order to spare his health for the next one. Cesaro avoids elimination and forces a seventh and final match in the series, which we will get at War on the East Coast!

Rusev makes an Open Challenge to America – who will answer it?
Rusev and his manager Prince Nana come to the ring for the Rusev US Open Challenge. He makes an open challenge to any American in the building to come defend the honour of this pathetic country by trying to beat him right now, right here, on American soil! Prince Nana predicts that no one will answer the challenge because no one is as mighty as the “Bulgarian Brute.” Rusev insults America and Americans in general, calling them all pathetic, cowardly losers as he calls on any “American scum” to come down to the ring to face him.
Big Show = Americans (in general)
Kurt Angle is here! Rusev, Prince Nana, and everyone in the building is shocked! Angle gives a shout out to Buffalo and defends the United States, calling America the greatest country in the world. Angle espouses the virtues of the three I’s – Intensity, Integrity and Intelligence. He swears by them and goes on to say that they are the pillars of what America was built on and they are the pillars of his foundation as a professional wrestler and as a citizen of the United States of America! Angle lets it be known that today is his birthday – née : December 9, 1968 – and there is nothing more he would like for his birthday present than to throw his singlet straps over his shoulders and defend the country he loves against this Bulgarian Brute! Rusev is absolutely incensed that the only Olympic gold medalist in professional wrestling history is standing in the ring ready to wrestle him. Prince Nana tries to make an excuse for why the Rusev US Open Challenge is not open to him and Rusev decides that he will not fight Angle, which gets major heel heat.
Rusev and Prince Nana begin to leave and Angle says, one last time, “America, you are the greatest country in the world! Oh, it’s true, it’s DAMN true!” Then, his music hits and he climbs on the turnbuckle and poses for the crowd. When he does this, Rusev rushes back to the ring. The moment Angle gets down from the turnbuckle and turns around, Rusev nails him with a jumping side kick! He picks him up and gives him a swinging side slam and then puts him in The Accolade! It takes several AGPW officials to pry Rusev off of Angle.
Coming back from the commercial break, before the next match begins, Commissioner Billy Two Rivers finds Angle being looked at by a trainer and apologizes to him. Angle says that he wants to get his hands on Rusev, to which Two Rivers says that he can’t let him do that without him signing an AGPW contract. Angle tells him to sends the papers to his lawyer and he’ll return them to him immediately. Two Rivers says he’s got a deal and he’ll schedule his debut match against Rusev on American soil at War on the East Coast!
Kurt Angle has come to AGPW!

Third Match: Pentagon Jr. takes on the jobber extraordinaire Barry Horowitz, who appears in AGPW for a special one off appearance. Realistically, he has no chance of staying on with the company beyond this match, as defeating Pentagon Jr. is his only sure way of not ending up on the shelf following the match. Pentagon Jr. injured both Sho Funaki and Taka Michinoku, last month, after defeating them. Tonight, he does the same thing to Barry Horowitz. He gives him the Pentagon Driver and pins him for the win, then he grabs a microphone to remind everyone in the audience that he has no fear and that he must make an offering to his master. As a consequence, Barry Horowitz is sacrificed. Pentagon Jr. destroys his arm and it ain’t pretty!

Fourth Match: Madison Rayne of the Beautiful People comes to the ring for her debut match. Before her opponent is announced, she cuts a promo boasting about her victory is inevitable because like everything in life, beautiful people always win. However, she’s getting no free pass tonight because her opponent is Sexy Star! The high flying action takes center stage for this women’s division match as both women take it to the air. When Rayne executes a few arm drags in a row, she transitions to a side headlock takedown and then a figure four headscissors. She showboats by doing push-ups while driving Star’s head into the mat. Rayne makes fun of Star and trash talks her for hiding her ugly face behind a mask. When she tries to remove Star’s mask, the luchadora gives her a jawbreaker off the top of her head and then starts her comeback with arm drags, dragon leg whips, various headscissors takedowns and a springboard clothesline. Sexy Star goes for a splash and misses, which gives Rayne a chance to come back. She tries to set up for the Rayne Drop, but Star breaks free and executes a swinging fisherman suplex to get the win. After the match, Angelina Love and Velvet Sky come to the ring and threaten to attack Sexy Star, but she wisely backs out of the ring and escapes through the crowd.

Mash-Up Wrestling’s World Heavyweight Champion, “Nature Boy” Ric Flair makes an unannounced appearance. He is styling and profiling as he makes his way down to the ring. Flair gets on the microphone to promote his big World Heavyweight Title bout against Samoa Joe at War on the East Coast. Flair is putting up his title, while the Samoan Submission Machine also puts up the AGPW International Heavyweight Championship. All of the gold will be on the line in Boston, MA, USA on December 20. In addition to bringing out his World Heavyweight Championship title belt, the Nature Boy has an advent calendar with the first eight chocolates missing. He says that he isn’t keeping it to mark down the days until Christmas. No, he’s using it mark down the days until he gets to take the International Heavyweight Championship off of Samoa Joe and, tonight, right here in Buffalo, he’s going to open the ninth door pocket and eat that chocolate. Woooo!
Bring on the Samoan Submission Machine, who has his game face on. The International Heavyweight Champion seems unimpressed by all of Flair’s grandstanding. He enters the ring and asks Flair if he’s here to do anything worth the fans’ time or if he is just going to stand in the ring and continue to act like an idiot. Flair gets hot under the collar and tells Joe that everything he does is worth the fans’ time. They hang on Slick Rick’s every word and if Joe knew what was good for him, then he would, too. Flair reminds Joe that the title belt he has in hands means that he’s only second best, while the title belt that Ric Flair carries in his hands means that the Nature Boy is the man. And when you get to be the man, you get to be custom made from head to toe with custom made designer suits, the finest Swiss watches money can buy and fine Italian leather shoes that cost more than Joe’s house! He has all of this because he steps in the ring and defends his title all over the world for 60 minutes every night and there is no way that Samoa Joe can keep up with the Nature Boy! Joe says that all of Flair’s words are entertaining, but ultimately meaningless. Joe points out that a year ago, he defeated Ric Flair in Boston, MA at War on the East Coast and he’ll do it again this year. Joe’s been on a roll this year and no one is going to stop him from winning the biggest prize in the game. Flair tells him that any member of the Mount Rushmore of Wrestling could take him down. Joe says that if anyone of Flair’s cronies were here, he would tell them to their faces that he’s going to kill them and then do just that. Flair tells Joe to give it a try and points behind him. Gino Hernandez and Adam Cole and standing right there!
The dirtiest player in the game takes this opportunity to give Joe a low blow from behind. Now, the three-on-one beat down is underway. Flair and Hernandez hold Joe up by his arms, but Joe shrugs them off. Cole goes for a superkick. Joe sidesteps it and gives him a St. Joe Slam. Next, he gives Hernandez a Samoan drop, but then Flair takes him out with a chop block and then puts Joe in a figure four leglock. He keeps it locked in until security comes to the ring. He lets go and the Mount Rushmore of Wrestling celebrates. Flair takes a microphone and tells Joe that he’ll be in Toronto next week and tells him that if he wants to get an early taste of what Mount Rushmore is all about, then he should go find two tag team partners and meet in the ring for a 6-man tag team match.
Next week, the Mount Rushmore of Wrestling – Ric Flair, Gino Hernandez and Adam Cole – will take on Samoa Joe and two partners of his choice. Who will his partners be? Tune in next week to find out!

Fifth Match: On November 4, “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase and Alberto El Patron defended their titles against Edge and Christian. On that night, the titles nearly changed hands. Christian gave DiBiase the Unprettier and Edge hit El Patron with a spear. However, before Christian could make the cover, Bret Hart and Chris Jericho interfered in the match, thus preventing their bitter enemies from getting the titles. Edge and Christian have quietly being seeking a rematch and DiBiase and El Patron’s lawyers were holding up this request through legal channels. Finally, the rematch is happening. Much as it did a month ago, this one clocks in at around 15-minutes into it turns into a giant fiasco. El Patron heads towards his corner to make the tag, but Christian grabs him from behind and tries to go for the Unprettier. El Patron shoves him away and he collides with the referee. Then, El Patron gives him a backstabber. With the referee down, DiBiase comes in for some illegal double teaming. Of course, that draws Edge in and he takes the fight to both men in the ring. Edge manages to take DiBiase out of the ring, but then he gets a step-up enzuigiri from El Patron and then ends up in the cross armbreaker. Christian breaks it up, but climbing to the top turnbuckle and executing a frog splash!
He hooks the leg, but while the referee tries to crawl over, Bret Hart and Chris Jericho run-in, remove the referee from the ring and start taking the fight to Edge and Christian. Rey Mysterio Jr. and Ultimo Dragon come out and gets involved. They appear to be helping Edge and Christian, but again, Edge lines up Hart for a spear, but ends up hitting Ultimo Dragon when Hart steps out of the way! Eventually, Mysterio, Ultimo Dragon, Edge and Christian find themselves in a familiar position – all on the mat, with Hart and Jericho left standing. Hart puts Edge in the sharpshooter and Jericho puts Christian in the Walls of Jericho! When they both finally let go, they get a microphone and say that since they have become partners, they will always get the better of Edge and Christian, as well as Mysterio and Ultimo Dragon, or anyone else that wants to mess with them because together they are the best in the world at what they do. They always were and always will be. Just as they finish saying their piece, they are both attacked from behind with title belt shots to the head from DiBiase and El Patron. They grab the microphone to announce a correction: the current North American Tag Team Champions are the best in the world at what they do. That’s why they’ve held the titles longer than any other team in AGPW history. The proof is in the gold and in the champions’ purse. To put a cap on everything, Commissioner Billy Two Rivers appears and spoils their celebration by announcing that all four of the teams in the ring will compete in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs match at War on the East Coast! The winning team will be the best in the world at what they do and will have proof when they retrieve the North American Tag Team Titles from the hook suspended above the ring.
