Lance Cade vs. “Superstar” Billy Graham w/ “Classy” Freddie Blassie
We start tonight’s show off on the right foot by bringing you some major star power. The man of the hour, the tower of power, he’s too sweet to be sour – “Superstar” Billy Graham goes one-on-one with Lance Cade. Graham challenges Cade to a test of strength and overpowers him to begin the match. He uses his successful challenge to great advantage by kicking Cade in the chest. Graham goes to work on Cade with kicks, punches and chops. He takes him into a corner and tosses some back elbows to the side of Cade’s head. After a cross-corner whip and a running clothesline, Graham gives him a bodyslam and goes for the quick win, but Cade kicks out. Graham continues with the non-scientific attack, alternating between his punch and kick attack and some headlocks. Cade begins to turn the tide when he battles out of a side headlock by backing into the ropes and pushing Graham away. He sends Graham running across the ring and executes a spinebuster to put him on his back. It buys Cade enough time to block Graham’s next attack and counter it with a series of right hands of his own. Cade backs him into the corner and then hurts him with a running shoulder tackle. Cade continues his mode of attack with various slams and suplexes. He goes for a few pinfall attempts, but Graham kicks out of each of them. Cade gets Graham backed up into the ropes, where he tries to give him a running clothesline, but Graham ducks and pulls the top rope down with him, causing Cade to go over the top. Graham goes outside where the brawl ends up seeing both men slammed into various ringside objects. Cade comes out of the exchange in control. However, he falls victim to one of Graham’s great con jobs, as he fakes an injury and then drops Cade with a lariat. After that, Graham gets Cade into his bearhug and doesn’t let go until Cade’s arm has fallen three times forcing the match to end. After the match, Graham grabs the microphone and cuts a short promo warning Christian Cage that if by some miracle he is able to retain his title in his match against Goldust, later tonight, then he’s looking at his next challenger – the ladies’ pet and the men’s regret, “Superstar” Billy Graham!
Official Decision: “Superstar” Billy Graham wins by submission

Pierre Ouellet vs. Owen Hart
Owen Hart faces AGPW’s newest Mountie, Pierre Ouellet, in his debut match. Two weeks ago, Ouellet came to the rescue of The Mountie, who we are now told will be going by his real name, Jacques Rougeau), after he was viciously attacked by Owen Hart. The debuting Mountie, Ouellet, is the overwhelming fan favourite in Québec City. This partisan francophone crowd will never jeer one of their own. Ouellet gets out to a hot start. Everything he does is to maximum impact. His offense consists almost exclusively of a high-impact power moves. He is a very strong, powerful man and it shows. Hart is completely frustrated, so much so that as soon as he gets a chance to exit the ring, he decides to abandon the match. He starts walking away from the ring only to find Jacques Rougeau standing at the entrance, blocking his escape route. This enables Ouellet to sneak up from behind and club Hart with a clothesline from behind. He brings Hart back to the ring where he backs him into a corner. Hart pleads for mercy as a set up to thumb Ouellet in the eye and then drop him with an enzigurri kick. Hart nearly wins the match with that move. Now, Hart takes over on offense. In between his suplexes and crips technical wrestling holds, he sprinkles in some illegal moves that earn him warnings from the referee, but that are not severe enough to receive an immediate disqualification. When Hart tries to go for the sharpshooter, Ouellet uses his leg strength to fight him off. A back-and-forth sequence culminates in Hart going for a cross body block, only for Ouellet to catch him, execute a backbreaker, then put him on his shoulder and execute a running powerslam. He pins, but Hart just manages to kick out. He leaves the ring and this time hops the guardrail and exits through the crowd. Ouellet earns a countout victory. Rougeau joins him in the ring to celebrate. However, the celebration is cut short when Hart returns to the ring with a steel chair in hand and lays out both men with chairshots! He picks up The Mounties’ cattle prod and uses it on both men before leaving the ring to a large amount of heel heat.
Official Decision: Pierre Ouellet wins by countout

“Macho Man” Randy Savage comes to the ring and receives a somewhat mixed reaction from the crowd, although it is more positive than not. Savage may have turned some fans against him for the way in which he acted during his feud with Mash-Up World Champion “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, including forming a partnership of convenience with the “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, an increased willingness to violate the AGPW rule book (especially in his match against Austin), and for the way in which he has treated and neglected Miss Elizabeth as of late. Two weeks ago, Elizabeth revealed that Savage has refused to see or speak to her since he left the Moncton Coliseum following his match against Austin, way back on May 31. Now he is here to address the various rumours concerning his mysterious disappearance, which have ranged from him suffering from great depression, completely losing his sanity, and an untimely death. He says that while it is true that he wasn’t and still isn’t happy about not winning the Mash-Up World Heavyweight Championship, he has never been depressed, nor has he lost his sanity, and that he is standing in the ring right now on live television is proof enough that he’s not dead. However, he goes on to say that he might as well be dead in the eyes of the fans. Afterall, they are dead to him. This earns a chorus of boos.
Savage continues, saying that the AGPW audiences – the fans of his current home territory – who once cheered him so loudly, suddenly turned their backs on him en mass the moment Steve Austin first stepped foot in this territory and gave him a Stone Cold Stunner because he dared to defend the honour of AGPW. He confronted a man who doesn’t give a shit about anyone or anything, including all of them, and all it got him was throbbing headache. And that headache grew larger and larger after every encounter with the Texas Rattlesnake. The fans made it crystal clear that they were on his side. Being on his side meant that they wanted him to spill the Macho Man’s blood. Wanting that, of course, makes you an enemy of the Macho Man! And what about Miss Elizabeth? She was supposed to stand by his side through thick and thin. However, she kept trying to stop him from defending his honour. But a man has to do the right thing to maintain his honour and a man without honour is no better than a Texas Rattlesnake or any one of the turncoat fans filling this arena’s seats!
Savage probably would have continued to spew his venom, but he was interrupted by the lovely Miss Elizabeth, who came to the ring to plead with him to stop what he’s doing. She tells him that it is extremely hateful and hurtful, not only to her, but to everyone. She says that he’s better than this. He responds by telling her than he’s better than she is because he stuck up for himself and what he believes in. He accuses her of wanting him to compromise his ideals and to be a man without conviction, but he simply can’t do that. And if she can’t accept that, then she can go ahead and leave the ring because he wants nothing to with her and anybody that would urge the “Macho Man” to let a piece of garbage like “Stone Cold” Steve Austin get the better of him! He will never let that happen because he is the “Macho Man” Randy Savage – the best wrestler in the world; the cream of the crop; and king of the ring!
As “Pomp and Circumstance” begins to play, Miss Elizabeth leaves the ring in a hurry, sobbing uncontrollably and humiliated by the way she was treated. Meanwhile, the Macho Man stands in the ring, flipping off and trading barbs with the fans at ringside as he gets pelted with trash. The “Macho Man” has let the madness consume him and turned to the dark side.

“Killer” Karl Krupp vs. Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho has it rough for the second opponent he has ever faced in an AGPW ring. He has to square off with “Killer” Karl Krupp, a dangerous brawler that can win this match at any given moment with a single move – the dreaded Iron Claw. Jericho evades Krupp early on by using his speed to run around the ring and he also creates his offense from the running game, using spinning heel kicks, forearm smashes, dropkicks and a lionsault to make it appear as though he will make short work of Krupp. However, after kicking out of the post-lionsault pinfall attempt, Krupp floors a running Jericho with a running clothesline! Krupp uses that thunderous clothesline to take over on offense, using a variety of power moves, punches, chops and clubbing forearms to do damage to Jericho. Krupp, unsurprisingly, gets frustrated that he cannot pin Jericho for the win. He switches his strategy by trying to apply the Iron claw after every bodyslam and suplex that he executes, but Jericho has enough presence of mind to prevent Krupp from applying the hold either by rolling away or kicking Krupp. Jericho finally gets the advantage back after rolling away from another Iron claw attempt, then sliding through Krupp’s legs to avoid his oncoming attack. When Krupp turns around, Jericho has already made it to his feet and he catches Krupp by surprise with the Codebreaker! Jericho pins him and gets the 3-count for the win. Following the match, “The Acadian Giant” Kurrgan enters the ring and wraps his large right hand around Jericho’s throat. However, before he can chokeslam him, Jericho kicks him in the crotch and then slides out of the ring to avoid retaliation from Krupp.
Official Decision: Chris Jericho wins by pinfall

Women’s Championship Match
Trish Stratus w/ Awesome Kong & “Classy” Freddie Blassie vs. Taylor Wilde
Trish Stratus w/ Awesome Kong & “Classy” Freddie Blassie vs. Taylor Wilde
This is a battle of two beautiful blonde wrestlers from the centre of the universe (Toronto). They come together in this one to give us an excellent match. The pace is quick to start. Wilde prefers to work fast and brings the fight to Stratus. Although she is not currently not a top contender in the division, she’s only one big win away from getting back into the top echelon. She’s a formidable opponent who represents a real threat to win the title. However, after a hot opening, Stratus knocks Wilde down to the mat with a big thrust kick and then gives her a pair of snap suplexes before slowing things down by shifting to the mat game. Stratus has trouble putting Wilde away. She makes several pinfall attempts, all of which are kicked out of at the count of two. When Stratus goes for the Stratusphere, Wilde holds onto the top rope to block the move. Then she takes Stratus down with a diving, swinging headscissors takedown. Then, she executes a running tornado DDT and covers for a long 2-count. Wilde lays into Stratus with some chops, gives her a kick to the mid-section and executes a northern lights suplex. Stratus gets a shoulder up just in time to break up the pinfall. Stratus crawls out to the floor to escape Wilde’s onslaught. Wilde climbs the turnbuckle and goes for a plancha, but Status is warned about the oncoming move by Blassie and she moves out of the way. Wilde hits the floor and looks like she won’t be getting up. Stratus bypasses her on her way back into the ring and tells the referee to count her out. Wilde gets up at the count of eight, so Stratus heads to the ropes to exit the ring. The referee is forced to hold her back and the distraction allows Awesome Kong to stop Wilde from getting back into the ring. She puts Wilde back down on the floor with a big side belly-to-belly suplex! Then, she rolls Wilde into the ring, where Stratus picks her up, gives her the Chick Kick and then pins her for the win.
Official Decision: Trish Stratus wins by pinfall
*Commercial Break 5*
Jeremy Borash is standing by with the lovely Miss Elizabeth, who looks incredibly sad at the moment. Borash wants a word from her regarding the Macho Man’s very distasteful speech and treatment of her, earlier tonight. Elizabeth says that she doesn’t know what to say. She’s too shocked and hurt at the moment to even think clearly. All she says is that she never could believable that the Macho Man would ever do something like this to her.
Suddenly, arriving on the scene, uninvited to the party is Sensational Sherri, who takes this opportunity to bully the vulnerable Miss Elizabeth. She tells her that a real woman stands by and supports her man and encourages him to fight for what he believes in. She accuses Elizabeth of not being supportive enough of the Macho Man, which is why it is no small surprised that Savage is kicking her to the curb.
And now, Chris Jericho hits the scene. Sherri’s smile turns into a frown. She demands to know what he is doing there. Jericho says that he was at the catering table getting a snack when his head started to spin as he was overcome by the horrible, most vile stench of cheap perform known to existence and decided he had to follow the scent to find the culprit so that he could tell her to do everyone a favour by going to take a long, cold shower! Sherri screams at the top of lungs.
And now, “Macho Man” Randy Savage is on the scene. He isn’t concerned about Jericho or Sherri. He looks directly at Elizabeth and starts demanding to know what she is still doing in the building. He raises his voice as he says that he told her to get out of his sight, which means that she needs to leave the building and never come back! Jericho interjects and tells him that’s no way to talk to a lady. Savage turns his head on a dime and becomes agitated at Jericho. Was he just talking to the Macho Man, Savage asks? Sherri says she walked onto the scene to find Jericho trying to lift Elizabeth’s spirits by talking all kinds of smack about him. Savage has heard enough and attacks Jericho. As they brawl, Elizabeth pleads for the Macho Man to stop, while Sherri gets pleasure from watching the interview set get torn to pieces as Savage tries to break Jericho in half. We cut to commercial as Savage is being dragged away by half a dozen arena security personnel.

Cesaro vs. Rusev w/ Maryse Ouellet
Cesaro comes to the ring first. Two weeks ago, he challenged Rusev to a match. Now, he’s here to find out if Rusev and Maryse Ouellet will accept the challenge. Sure enough, they enter the arena and Maryse announces that the Bulgarian Brute backs down from no challenge. So, the match is on. Rusev enters the ring and as soon as the bell rings, he stomps each foot on the mat like a sumo wrestler and then charges at Cesaro. He moves out of the way and Rusev slams into the turnbuckle. Cesaro keeps him corner, hitting him with a series of European uppercuts and kicks to put Rusev down on his butt. The referee forces Cesaro out of the corner. As soon as Rusev is up, Cesaro continues his attack. However, as soon as he goes for the cross-corner whip, it is reversed. Cesaro hits the corner so hard that he falls flat on his face! Rusev goes over and headbutts him a few times before picking him up, throwing him onto his shoulders and quickly falling down in a Samoan drop! Rusev pins him, but Cesaro kicks out. Rusev picks him up and sets up for a swinging side slam, but Cesaro throws a series of elbows to the side of Rusev’s head. He runs to the ropes and comes back, knocking the big man down with a leaping European uppercut. When Rusev gets up, Cesaro takes him over the top rope with a running clothesline.
Maryse goes to check on the big man and to calm him down as he appears very angry. While this happens, she argues with the referee to break up his count, which buys Magnus enough time to enter the ring and run over Cesaro with a running big boot to the face! Rusev comes back into the ring and together with Magnus they inflict further punishment on Cesaro. Of course, the referee calls for the disqualification but it does nothing to spare Cesaro of the vicious beatdown he receives from both of Maryse’s clients. It is an unusually long and uncomfortable scene as officials run down, but are scared off by Rusev. This scene ends with Cesaro being placed in the Accolade. This is the point at which the referees decide to enter the ring and collectively attempt to pull the Bulgarian Brute off of the Swiss Superman. Rusev gets up and flings some of them away. With a stone cold look on his face, Rusev surveys the damage with Magnus and Maryse who are both smiling from ear to ear.
Official Decision: Cesaro wins by disqualification

Christian Cage vs. Goldust w/ “Classy” Freddie Blassie
Tonight’s main event sees Christian Cage put his International Heavyweight Championship title on the line against the bizarre one, Goldust. They begin the match with some back-and-worth exchanges, alternating between some headlocks and armbars, as well as arm drags, hip tosses and clotheslines. After receiving a dropkick, Goldust retreats to the outside. Cage keeps the pressure on him by performing a tope on him. Cage picks up Goldust, but gets a hard uppercut under his jaw and then his face slammed off of the ring apron. Goldust whips Cage into the steel ring steps and then finally rolls Cage back into the ring. Goldust dictates the pace of the action. He is slow and methodical on offense as he is now firmly in control of the match. Goldust does plenty of damage over the next few minutes until he places Cage in the corner as the set up for Shattered Dreams. However, Cage frees up one leg, then swings over and slides through the top two ropes to avoid Goldust’s kick. Standing on the apron, he gives Goldust a couple of punches to the face, then climbs the turnbuckle and takes him down with a diving body press. A pair of spinning heel kicks and a falling reverse DDT later and Goldust barely gets his shoulder up to be out a pinfall attempt. Cage sends Goldust into the corner and charges in, but gets launched over the top rope and the turnbuckle post with a back body drop, ending Cage’s short rally. Knowing he cannot win the title on a countout, Goldust leaves the ring and slams Cage up against the guardrail, then lays into him with some chops before rolling into the ring and back out to reset the referee’s count. Goldust charges at Cage, but gets a boot to the face. Cage leaps onto the guardrail and then off of it to take Goldust down with a hurricanrana! “Classy” Freddie Blassie distracts the referee to interrupt his count as both men were in danger of being counted out. They both barely make it back into the ring to beat out the referee’s count. When they get to their feet, they exchange blows. Cage comes out on top and goes for an Irish whip, but Goldust reverses it and gives him a powerslam! He pins. 1…2… kick out! Goldust picks up Cage and sends him into the corner, following in close behind, and Cage takes him down into a pinning predicament without a corner springboard sunset flip! 1…2… kick out! Cage runs and ducks out of the way of a running clothesline attempt from the bizarre one. He quickly turns and charges at Goldust as he turns back around and drops him into the mat with a spear! Cage crawls over to make the cover, but then sees Blassie getting onto the ring apron. He get up and takes a swing at Blassie, but he hops back down to the floor to avoid it. They have a verbal exchange before Cage goes to make the pin. As he starts to get down, Goldust pulls him into a small package! 1…2… kick out! More puunches are traded before Goldust knees Cage in the mid-section. He grabs him to go for the Final Cut, but Cage gets out of the set up and kicks him in the mid-section. Then, he executes the Unprettier! Cage makes the cover. 1…2…3!
Official Decision: Christian Cage wins by pinfall
