Petey Williams vs. “Superstar” Billy Graham w/ “Classy” Freddie Blassie
Tonight, we open and close the show with the flavours of California. “Superstar” Billy Graham, a native of Paradise Valley, Arizona, who relocated to Los Angeles to find fame and fortune while working out with the likes of Arnold Shwartzenegger, is competing in his first match since defeating “Macho Man” Randy Savage three weeks ago at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL. Here, he takes on one of the more exciting competitors of recent years – Maple Leaf Muscle, expert of the Canadian Destroyer, Petey Williams. Graham throws his much smaller opponent around with ease. However, he makes a mistake by whipping him to the ropes. As soon as Williams gets his legs moving, he turns the tide of the match in his favour. However, his advantage is only fleeting, as Graham catches a diving cross body block and turns it into a fall away slam to get back in the driver’s seat. He parlays that momentum changer into a submission victory after putting Williams in his bearhug. Following the match, Blassie enters the ring with a microphone and he and Graham cut a short promo declaring that they are on a warpath that will lead them straight to the heart of AGPW and the International Heavyweight Championship.
Official Decision: “Superstar” Billy Graham wins by pinfall

Coming Soon to a Wrestling Company Near You!
SoCal Val is joined by AGPW Commissioner Billy Two Rivers, who wishes to comment on the actions of “The Iceman” Dean Malenko following his match at last week’s Dynamite Saturday Night. Two Rivers tells us that he Malenko’s actions were reprehensible. He goes on to state that it is with great regret that AGPW has been forced to fine and suspend Malenko for physically assaulting Lord Alfred Hayes and Jacques Rougeau, the latter of which is absent this week due to the injuries he sustained in that attack. Of course, following this announcement, Cyrus appears on the scene to dispute the hasty decision to suspend Malenko. It is The Network’s position that a fine would be sufficient enough. Two Rivers can’t believe that Cyrus wouldn’t consider the safety of his on-air broadcasting personalities of utmost importance. Cyrus says that he does, however, The Network also believes that this new, more aggressive Dean Malenko could be a real boon for its ratings and thinks it would be a mistake to take him off television now when they have a real chance to capitalize on the elevated interest of the fans, as witnessed by The Network’s social media research from the past week. Two Rivers says that his decision is final and walks away. Cyrus is left standing by fuming.
Jeremy Borash is standing by with “Sensational” Sherri Martel, who shrieks with frustration over the lack of respect she’s receiving from the AGPW fanbase. She’s angry that everyone is talking about Gail Kim, Fabulous Moolah, Awesome Kong and Trish Stratus, especially since the latter two aren’t even members of AGPW. She wants to remind everyone that she’s still the best female wrestler in AGPW, stating the fact that no one has pinned her or made her submit. Borash changes the subject to ask Sherri what she thinks about Moolah’s comments from two weeks ago about AGPW needing a championship title for its women’s division. Sherri is onboard with that idea, saying that it is the only sensible idea that Moolah’s ever had. Then, she says that if AGPW had a women’s title, she would undoubtedly becoming its first women’s champion! And to prove that she’s championship material, Sherri issues an open challenge next week to anyone else who thinks they are championship material so that she can prove that everyone else is but a pretender.

Dean Malenko arrives at the arena, but is instantly turned away by security. He tells them who he is and doesn’t understand why he’s not permitted on site. It is explained to him that he’s not permitted on site because he’s been suspended from the active roster. Malenko says there must be some kind of mistake because this is the first he’s heard of the suspension. He tries to go past security, but extra security officials arrive and they bar him from entry. Malenko looks very displeased as he walks away and calls for a taxi cab for a pick up.
VS.
Rowdy Roddy Piper vs. Suicide
As if you didn’t already know, there were all kinds of shenanigans in this one. Suicide moves quickly to keep Piper off balance in the opening minutes, but Piper eventually turns the tide with a long ringside brawl. After returning the action to the inside of the ring, Piper takes his time to poke fun at Suicide in between and during wrestling moves, much to the pleasure of the audience. An inadvertent referee bump, however, brings Manik to the ring. Piper now has to do battle with two men who look exactly alike. It is difficult to keep track of which one is actually the legal man, but I suppose it doesn’t matter much as Piper does a good job of weathering the storm and staying in control until Tyson Kidd arrives on the scene to help him. Kidd takes one of the two masked fighters out of the ring, but then gets attacked by the Blue Blazer, who comes from the crowd. Then, The Mountie shows up to help the Blue Blazer. Together, they restrain Kidd and cuff him.
Having dealt with the man who we think is his opponent, Piper sees The Mountie and Blue Blazer heading towards the exits with Kidd. He leaves the ring, but is cut off by the other man who might be his opponent. He’s taken back into the ring where he manages to overcome the 2-on-1 odds with a pair of kicks to each man’s crotch. He tosses one of them from the ring and gives the other a bulldog and then pins him for the win. Piper doesn’t stick around long enough to have his hand raised, however, as he leaves the ring in a hurry to try to rescue Kidd before The Mountie and Blue Blazer leave the arena with him.
Official Decision: Rowdy Roddy Piper wins by pinfall
*Commercial Break 3*
Returning from the commercial break, we get footage from during the break (how quaint)! Piper is running towards the arena exits when he sees The Mountie opening a car door. Piper shouts at him to stop. The Mountie hollers back, “Sorry, Piper, but I always get my man!” He gets in the car and speeds off. Piper is, too late. However, as he turns around, shaking his head, he sees the Blue Blazer running in the opposite direction from which the car went. Piper decides to give chase. Then we turn it over to Jeremy Borash, who is standing by with “Marvelous” Marc Mero and Candice Michelle.
Mero tells Borash that he’s not happy with his lack of television time so far in 2014. He says that it is criminal that he hasn’t been getting television and that he cannot begin to imagine what depths the TV ratings have fallen to since he was last on Dynamite Saturday Night. However, Candice Michelle promises us that we can all rest assured that this disturbing trend has come to an end as Mero will be back in action next week when he takes on Chris Candido on Dynamite Saturday Night.

Chris Hero vs. The Hurricane w/ Mighty Molly
A surprise treat for every watching tonight – we get Chris Hero versus The Hurricane in singles action. It’s a fantastic matchup that pits two of the best 220 pound wrestlers in the world. The action is fast and furious to start. During the middle portion of the match, there are some submission holds used by both wrestlers as they try to pick apart each other’s body parts. However, the pace picks up after both men trade some stiff chops and kicks. The action spills to the outside after Chris Hero gives The Hurricane a Japanese arm drag then charges at him only to be bodydropped to the floor. Then, The Hurricane takes him out with a somersault plancha! The Hurricane rolls Hero back into the ring and climbs onto the ring apron. He waits for Hero to get up and tries for a springboard clothesline, but receives a dropkick in mid-air! As Hurricane is getting up, Hero gives him the Super Hero’s Welcome and pins for a close 2-count! Hero brings Hurricane to his feet and goes for a whip. The Hurricane reverses it and goes for the Hurri-kick. Hero ducks it, puts the breaks on, spins and goes for a Hangman’s Elbow. Hurricane ducks it and grabs Hero for a Hurrichokeslam. However, Hero blocks with a few elbows to the side of the head and then lays him out with a Hangman’s Elbow! He covers for the 3-count and the win!
Official Decision: Chris Hero wins by pinfall

Dino Bravo w/ Frenchy Martin vs. Eric Young
As was the case last week with his tag team partner, Mad Dog Vachon, Dino Bravo makes a rare appearances in singles competition, tonight. Here, he faces a man who fit in perfectly in the mental ward – Eric Young. Bravo is flustered early on by Young’s unpredictability. He fakes a test of strength, runs around the ring getting the fans hyped up and is difficult to catch in grapples. Bravo is losing his cool and when he finally thinks he has the perfect chance to stop Young, Bravo gets a half-a-dozen arm drags, sending him all over the ring. Bravo has to escape to regain his composure. He has a meeting of the minds with his manager, Frenchy Martin, to discuss a name game plan. It doesn’t go well as Young continues with a very effective attack, letting Bravo come to him and simply reacting. However, the match turns around in Bravo’s favour when he reverses a whip attempt. He follows Young into the corner. Young stops himself from hitting the turnbuckle and tries to lift himself backwards over Bravo, but gets caught on Bravo’s shoulder. Then, Canada’s Strongest Man performs a running powerslam. From that point on, Bravo takes control and wears Young down. A brief late match rally by Young gets squashed and he ends up submitting while trapped in a long airplane spin!
Official Decision: Dino Bravo wins by submission
The rest of the Montréal Mafia comes out to the ring to congratulate Bravo for his victory. However, that’s hardly the only reason they are here. They’ve come to the ring to reiterate that they are the most dominant force in AGPW and that they are to be feared by all others. They reign supreme and stand tall atop the mountain with all of the gold and riches that AGPW has to offer in their very hands. They wish to remind us that two weeks ago, they warned a group of outsiders that were they to get greedy and lust after the very riches that belong to the Montréal Mafia they would get stamped out. These are not idle threats. They finish with this simple message: if you want to make a play for what belongs to us, then we will crush you!

Samoa Joe vs. Magnus w/ Maryse Ouellet
A highly competitive contest in the middle of our show pits the Samoan Submission Machine against the Modern Day Gladiator. This is a back and forth contest, but one in which it always seems as though Joe is one step ahead of Magnus, even when Magnus has the offensive advantage. The match stays inside of the ring. Maryse watches on with particular interest in Joe. As the match appears to be building towards a finish, with Joe giving Magnus a snapmare, chop to the back of the neck, shoot kick to the chest and jumping knee drop for a close two count, Antonio Cesaro casually walks down to ringside. Maryse goes to him and appears to be giving him instructions. Meanwhile, inside of the ring, Magnus reverses a whip. He charges into the corner, but Joe moves out of the way, out to the ring apron and hits Magnus with the CSS enzigurri! Joe comes back into the ring and pins, but there is no count as Maryse distracts the referee. Cesaro enters the ring and Joe tries to fight him off. He goes for a running clothesline, but Cesaro ducks it. Joe comes back off of the ropes and Cesaro gives him the Very European Uppercut! Joe looks like he’s out cold. Magnus gets up, climbs the turnbuckle and hits a diving elbow drop. The referee is there for the count 1…2… kick out! Magnus has a look of disbelief on his face. He argues with the referee over the count. Meanwhile, Maryse has a large smile on her face. When Magnus goes back to pick up Joe, he suddenly gets pulled into the Coquina Clutch! Magnus can’t handle the move and submits! Joe remains undefeated despite Cesaro’s intereference.
Official Decision: Samoa Joe wins by submission
After the match, Maryse enters the ring clapping her hands. She congratulates Joe on his win, tells him how impressed she was, and explains that she meant no harm by ordering Cesaro to strike him. She had to see for herself if the hype was more than just white noise. Maryse tells Joe that she is the premiere manager of international talent in professional wrestling and says that she can take Joe to the top of AGPW and beyond. She extends an invitation to Joe to become her client. Joe says nothing and appears ready to leave the ring, but Cesaro blocks his path, just long enough for Maryse to grab him by the wrist, so he’ll turn around. She puts a business card in his hand and tells him to think about it. Joe takes the card, collects his towel, and leaves, without having said a single word.

“Classy” Freddie Blassie meets up with Cyrus backstage. Blassie asked for this time to pitch him a wonderful idea that he knows will surely pop the ratings for next week. Having said the magic word, Cyrus is now all ears. Blassie thinks Cyrus should get Commissioner Billy Two Rivers on board to book a #1 contender’s match next week. Cyrus thinks that’s a great idea because wrestling fans love that sort of stuff. Blassie tells him that he is just glad to help. He also advises him, as someone who has been around the business for multiple decades, that the best way to really maximize your viewership is to advertise the bout featuring the most bankable SUPERSTARS in the business. He tells him that he needs the most talented, strongest, charismatic and bombastic SUPERSTARS in the business to headline that main event and he’ll be guaranteed big ratings. Cyrus agrees and thanks Blassie for the tips and assures him that he will get in touch with The Network to force Blassie’s great idea onto next week’s card.

Gail Kim & ODB vs. Canadian Ninjas
The Canadian Ninjas go into action against Gail Kim and ODB, a team that appears to have been thrown together for no other reason other than to get both women into a match on this evening. The Canadian Ninjas are a well-oiled tag team, exhibiting great teamwork and plenty of double team moves. Kim plays the role of Ricky Morton, but eventually makes the hot tag and ODB brings them back into the bout after cleaning both Perez and Matthews’ clocks. However, when ODB sets up to finish off Perez with the Bam, Matthews hits her with a superkick that causes Perez to fall on top of ODB. Kim just manages to break it up. The referee loses control with all four women in the ring. Perez is dumped out of the ring and ODB gets Mtthews with a Bronco Muncher before tagging in Kim to finish her off with Eat Defeat. After the match, Kim looks into a camera and tells Trish Stratus that she’s not through with her yet.
Official Decision: Gail Kim & ODB win by submission
We go backstage where our camera crew finds Rowdy Roddy Piper. He finds Owen Hart in street clothes and with his ring gear bag slung over his shoulder. Piper asks him where the hell he’s been. Hart says that he just got to the arena. He tells him that there was a weather related flight delay that caused him to get out of Calgary several hours late. Hart asks him what’s going on. Piper tells him that The Mountie and Blue Blazer got to Tyson Kidd and that The Mountie made off with Kidd and that he spent quite a bit of time chasing the Blue Blazer around the arena until he lost him. Hart asks him if they are still in the arena, to which Piper replies that he’s pretty sure they’re both gone. Hart says that they need to come up with a plan to free Storm and Kidd and that they’ll have to put that plan into action as soon as possible. Piper and Hart go into the dressing room to talk about how they’re going to get Storm and Kidd back.

Bad Influence w/ “Classy” Freddie Blassie vs. Christian Cage & “Macho Man” Randy Savage w/ Miss Elizabeth
Slow start with Cage and Daniels feeling each other out. Chain wrestling sequences abound in the opening minutes of this match. Plenty of holds and counter holds are displayed, even with tags on each side of the ring. We get to see Cage and Daniels trade holds, then Kazarian and Cage, Savage and Kazarian, Daniels and Savage, and back to Cage and Daniels, all the while working the mat. Cage and Daniels pick things up and start running the ropes. This faster pace leads to Cage catching a hurricanrana attempt from Daniels and countering it with a sit-out powerbomb for a 2-count. Cage tags out and Savage goes to work on Daniels. He gives him punches, chops, a rake to the eyes, some suplexes and an inverted atomic drop. Savage tries to pin Daniels a couple of times, but to no success. He tags Cage back into the match. He slows things down by keeping Daniels grounded and targeting his back. After a while, however, Daniels manages to get to his feet and send Cage running. Cage telegraphs his back bodydrop set up with a sunset flip attempt, but Daniels stays on his feet, then sits down and clutches both of Cage’s legs for a 2-count. When they get up, Daniels blocks a right hand and gives him a thrust to the throat followed by a STO. Both guy are down and crawling to their corners. Daniels tags out first, allowing Kazarian enough time to come in and drag Cage back into the centre of the ring and give him a few elbows to the lower back. Kazarian starts giving Cage a varied of suplexes and then a slingshot leg drop. Still, he can’t put Cage away. Kazarian and Daniels make some quick tags so they can frequently executes some double team maneuvers and sequences, but they still can’t put him away. Daniels sends Cage into the corner. He runs in and receives a back kick to the abdomen and then Cage executes a corner springboard sunset flip to get a 2-count. They get up and Christian ducks clothesline, spins Daniels around and executes a falling reverse DDT. He covers for another 2-count. Christian gives him a sit-out inverted suplex slam, then slowly gets up and heads to his corner. Before he gets there, Daniels makes the tag. Kazarian charges over to stop him. He gives Christian a release German suplex, but just before he lifts him, Cage makes the tag. Kazarian covers, but there’s no count. He questions the referee, who indicates that a tag was made. Kazarian turns to look at Savage, who comes flying off the turnbuckle to connect with a double axe handle smash. Daniels enters the ring just as Savage knocks Kazarian over with right hand after right hand to the forehead. Daniels charges over and Savage gives him a big back body drop! Savage takes the flight to both of them. He clotheslines Daniels to the floor and then body drops Kazarian over the top rope. He waits for them to both get up and takes them down with a slingshot plancha. Christian comes to the outside and joins in the fight to help his partner. The ringside brawl goes back and forth before Savage takes Kazarian back into the ring and gives him a bodyslam. He climbs the turnbuckle and signals to the heavens above, but Daniels gets up on the apron and trips him up. He goes back to the floor to continue to fight Cage. Kazarian gets up and gives Savage a frankensteiner. He covers. 1…2… Cage makes the save! Cage and Kazarian trade blows. Daniels tries to take out Cage with a springboard crossbody, but he moves and he hits his partner. Daniels gets up and Cage gives him the Unprettier! He then grabs Daniels and tosses him out of the ring. Kazarian takes Cage over the top rope with a running dropkick. When he gets back to his feet, Kazarian receives a running elbow smash to the forehead from Savage. He picks up Kazarian and gives him an inverted atomic drop and a bodyslam. Savage climbs the turnbuckle and performs the diving elbow drop! He pins. 1…2... Blassie hits Savage across the back of the head with his cane! The referee calls for the bell.
Official Decision: Christian Cage & “Macho Man” Randy Savage win by disqualification
Then, the referee is forced to try to pull Blassie off of Savage because Blassie had flipped Savage over and began to choke him out with his cane. However, the referee is not strong enough to move Blassie. Cage is trying to get in the ring, but he’s stuck having to fight off both Daniels and Kazarian. Blassie isn’t moved until Leo Burke rushes to the ring and pushes Blassie away. He gets up and threatens to swing his cane at Burke, who is stuck in a standoff with the Californiacation manager until Kazarian enters the ring, charging at Burke. He fends off Kazarian with a series of right hands and then a clothesline over the top rope. Daniels rushes at him and he receives an overhead belly-to-belly suplex! Blassie clears out of the ring. The show comes an end with Burke standing on guard and Miss Elizabeth at the side of her fallen man.
