Johnny Devine vs. Samoa Joe
A hot show opening bout featuring the cocky Canadian, and Bret Michaels from Poison lookalike, Johnny Devine, taking on the Samoan Submission Machine, Samoa Joe, who is coming off of a big victory against the always dangerous “Killer” Karl Krupp. Joe conquered and slayed the deadly beast and seems to be on a role. For his part, Devine puts up a stellar effort. He gets a few offensive outbursts and one near fall following a springboard moonsault DDT! However, it was not enough to derail Joe from his war path. Joe wins the match after an offensive flurry that included several extremely stiff kicks and the Musclebuster!
Official Decision: Samoa Joe wins by pinfall
Jeremy Borash is with Chris Hero and asks him how the loss he suffered at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL has affected his campaign to become famous. Hero looks very unhappy about the question. He is silent for a moment and then responds that his path to superstardom is no less easier than it was before MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL. He’s still on a meteoric rise to top of Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling. To prove that point, he’ll show the entire world that he’s ready to “Primetime” when he defeats Elix Skipper, tonight.

SoCal Val is with Gail Kim to ask her for some comments regarding the attack on her by Awesome Kong at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL. Gail says that she should soon be fully recovered from the injuries she sustained from the attack by Awesome Kong. Despite being injured in a surprise attack by Awesome Kong, Gail says that she is the least of her worries. She knows that Kong packs a heavy punch and can do a load of damage, but she’s between Kong before and she can do it again. However, everyone knows that Kong was just the instrument doing Trish Stratus’ bidding. “Top Shelf” is the one that she really wants to get her revenge on. And seeing as Stratus keeps popping up, unannounced, Gail says that she might just have to take a play out of her book and make an unauthorized, surprise visit to Trish in BCCW.
VS.
Sensational Sherri Martel vs. ODB
This women’s division contest features two of the top contenders in the division battling it out. ODB opens the contest in top form, using her size and power to throw Sherri around the ring, much to the delight of the fans. Sherri struggles to get some separation from the nasty roughneck. As the one-sided offensive attack continues, it starts to look like ODB will steamroll over her to victory. However, the luckiest break Sherri could have asked for was to receive a clothesline that sends her out to the floor. Sherri gets a chance to recuperate on the outside and then prolongs her recovery time by rolling into the ring and right back out to break up the count. She does this about three times before ODB can get past the official to exit the ring and try to put an end to Sherri’s stalling technique. She hops down to the floor, right into Sherri’s trap. Sherri immediately tackles her, slamming her back and head into the ringsteps. From there, Sherri does a bit more damage on the outside and takes ODB back into the ring where she continues the assault with a liberal amount of dirty maneuvers thrown into the mix. ODB gets a brief comeback, but Sherri avoids receiving the Bam by getting off of ODB’s shoulder and pulling her down into a falling double-knee backbreaker! Sherri follows that up with her top rope frog splash and pins for the win in this highly competitive contest.
Official Decision: Sensational Sherri wins by pinfall

Tyson Kidd comes down to the ring and grabs a microphone. He recaps what happened at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL, where Blue Blazer colluded with someone disguised as a RCMP officer to cheat to win against his friend Lance Storm and then kidnapped him. Kidd is here to demand answers. He wants to know where Lance Storm is and he wants to know now! He demands that the Blue Blazer comes to the ring to tell him.
When you make demands, you get results. Here’s the Blue Blazer. He comes out and tells him that Lance Storm is in custody now, waiting to stand trial for a litany of crimes. Kidd doesn’t quite understand and asks for clarification. The Blue Blazer says that Lance Storm is a known thief who has been charged with dozens of counts of grand theft, which is why, at the conclusion of his match at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL, the Blue Blazer turned him over to the authorities, where he is now being held and waits to stand trial. The Blue Blazer says that he will be a key witness for the crown and that his testimony will surely deliver a guilty verdict. Kidd expresses his disbelief and accuses the Blue Blazer of being a certifiable lunatic who has committed the crime of kidnap with the help of a phony RCMP officer. The Blue Blazer doesn’t take kindly to those accusations and says that Storm isn’t the only lowlife criminal hailing from Calgary. It seems that the town is crawling with a seedy underbelly of criminal behaviour because he sees another criminal standing before him. Kidd takes offense and says that he’s heard enough. He drops the microphone and attacks. The Blue Blazer acts quickly, though, and takes Kidd down with a spinning heel kick. Kidd gets up and the Blue Blazer nails him with an enzigurri kick, after which he applies the sharpshooter!
While he’s in the hold, The Mountie makes his way to the ring with his caddle prod stunner and some handcuffs. As the Blue Blazer continues to keep Kidd in the sharpshooter, The Mountie begins to get Kidd’s hands behind his back to try to cuff him. He only gets one cuff locked in place when all hell breaks loose upon the arrival of Rowdy Roddy Piper! He clears the ring of AGPW’s answer to Batman and Commissioner Gordon, saving Kidd from being imprisoned and joining Lance Storm on thief’s row, or so we can only presume.

VS.
Elix Skipper vs. Chris Hero
Here’s an exciting fast-paced matchup between two human highlight reel type of performers. Both men are adept at striking. Hero concusses with his kicks and K.O.’s with his elbows. He always know how to take to the air. Elix Skipper is known as “Primetime,” coined because of his exciting aerial offense. Skipper also has a background in kickboxing and knows how to stun an opponent with an array of kicks. These guys put on a stiff kick clinic and take to the air without hesitation. The match spills out of the ring. An exciting and action packed 10-plus minute bout comes to a screeching halt when Skipper avoids a Hangman’s Elbow and drops Hero with a roundhouse right. He picks up Hero and sets up for the Play of the Day, but Hero gets out of the set up and then drops Skipper with his Hangman’s Elbow to get the win.
Official Decision: Chris Hero wins by pinfall
Jeremy Borash is standing by backstage. He gives us breaking news to tell us that the Junkyard Dog is no longer a member of Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling. Now, with him is Bo Dallas. Borash asks him about his future plans in AGPW now that his long time tag team partner has left the company. Dallas says that he is sad to see his long-time partner leave the company. He thanks JYD for all he’s taught him and says that he wishes him the best of luck in the next chapter of his career. Going forward, Dallas isn’t looking for a new partner to replace JYD. He plans on embarking on a solo career and he just hopes that all of those fans who were so fond of him and the JYD will continue to support him in this new chapter of his career in Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling. He promises that as long as the fans “don’t stop BOlieving” in him, he won’t let them down.

Bad Influence w/ “Classy” Freddie Blassie vs. Petey Williams & Eric Young
This one is an exciting tag team bout that harkens back to the glory days of TNA wrestling and its revolutionary X-division style of wrestling. There are four excellent grapplers who are very adept at fast, exciting, high energy wrestling. It’s a back and forth mishmash of spots and smooth technical wrestling. Everyone looks good in this match, but looking good isn’t enough to make a winner. After 10-minutes of excellent, total non-stop action, Bad Influence emerges victorious – and without the help of their Californiacation cohorts “Classy” Freddy Blassie or “Superstar” Billy Graham. A match ending sequence sees a flurry of finishers, with the last man to hit his finisher being the difference maker. Eric Young gives Christopher Daniels the Youngblood Neckbreaker, but his pinfall is broken up by Kazarian, who gives him Fade to Black. His pinfall attempt gets broke up by Petey Williams, who nails the Canadian Destroyer on him, but Daniels recovers in time to break up that pinfall attempt and give Williams the Angel’s Wings. He gets the 3-count before Young can break it up.
Official Decision: Bad Influence wins by pinfall
After the match, “Classy” Freddie Blassie enters the ring to put over Bad Influence for their win and then moves onto talking up Hollywood Hulk Hogan and “Superstar” Billy Graham for their wins at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL. He belittles Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling for the paltry effort it put forward that night, not only from the pencil neck geeks – “Macho Man” Randy Savage and Christian Cage – who competed against representatives of the Illuminati, but from the rest of the company as well. He says that the performances from the rest of AGPW failed to impress him, which means that he doesn’t expect anyone on the current roster to receive an invite to join the hottest, most talked about, and most influential movement in professional wrestling today – the Illuminati’s very own Californiacation. What’s more is that he says that if you are determined not to be good enough to join Californiacation, then you will soon find your way out the door because Californiacation is taking AGPW by storm! Finally, he promises that even if it doesn’t grow from within AGPW, Californiacation’s numbers will soon grow and the gold will soon flow. Count on it!

SoCal Val is with Fabulous Moolah to ask Moolah what is next for her here in AGPW. Moolah tells Val that her focus is one thing and one thing only – showing each and every one of the younger, egotistical hot-headed girls in Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling that the greatest women’s wrestler of all-time is the Fabulous Moolah. She says that like fine wine, she gets better with age. And, she believes that the best way to prove to all of the other female wrestling in AGPW, as well as all of the fans in Canada and around the world, that what she says is the truth, Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling needs to create a Women’s Championship sooner rather than later. And, when it does, she says that she’ll become the champion and rule with the title until the day she retires.
VS.
Natalya Neidhart vs. Rosita
This is a short match that sees Natalya in control from bell-to-bell. Rosita struggles to get any moves in edgewise. Natalya looks dominant here and wins it in short order after a Nattie by Nature clothesline and the sharpshooter. After the match, Natalya grabs a microphone and cuts a brief promo stating that Sensational Sherri is still on her radar and she that she won’t let her quietly get away with avoiding a real confrontation inside of the ring.
Official Decision: Natalya Neidhart wins by submission
Jeremy Borash is standing by with Leo Burke to get his comments on the results of his triple threat match at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL with International Heavyweight Champion Yvon “Le Lion” Robert and “The Iceman” Dean Malenko. Burke tells us that he was very pleased with his effort and thought that the title was within his grasp. He even thought that he might’ve won the match after pulling Malenko into a bridging German suplex for a 3-count. However, he now realizes that he made a crucial mistake by not getting his own shoulders up. And now, he says, he doesn’t know what he will do next other than to continue to win wrestling matches in an effort to work his way back to the top of the contender’s list for the International Heavyweight Championship.
Suddenly, Dean Malenko shows up and tells Burke that he knows what he’ll be doing next. He accuses Burke of being an idiot for pulling him into a double bridging German suplex and costing them both the International Heavyweight Championship. Had he not done that, he’d have broken up the pin and then gone on to regain the title later in that match. Having cost him the title, Malenko says that he wants to settle the score with Leo Burke once and for all. Next week, Malenko and Burke will face each other in a Submission Match. Don’t miss it!

Coming Soon to a Wrestling Company Near You!
Jeremy Borash is joined by AGPW Commissioner Billy Two Rivers to ask whether he believes that AGPW’s first pay-per-view, MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL was a successful event. Two Rivers responds that he believes that it was mostly a successful event. However, he states that he has a few concerns regarding outside interference. Borash asks him for specifics and he notes that he was particularly troubled by yet another surprise appearance by Trish Stratus, who brought Awesome Kong along with her this time, which resulted in an injury sustained by one of AGPW’s top female wrestlers, Gail Kim. Moreover, he was displeased with the conduct of the Californiacation faction and intends on closely monitoring the behaviour of its members to ensure that competitive integrity is preserved in their future matches. At this point, Cyrus hits the scene, to argue with him and urge him not to act rashly. From the point of view of The Network, “Top Shelf” Trish Stratus and Awesome Kong, although not employed by AGPW, and Californiacation are all good for ratings. And what’s good for ratings is good for the finances of The Network and AGPW. Two Rivers argues that Californiacation’s behaviour is not good for ratings or business when its actions result in the absence of some of the company’s best wrestlers. Cyrus understands that he’s talking about “Macho Man” Randy Savage and Christian Cage, but wants to assure the Commissioner that The Network’s television ratings analytics department predict that he’ll see no drop in the ratings because Savage and Cage aren’t on the show, proving that the fans love the bright lights of Hollywood. It’s Californiacation that brings the viewers in and The Network wants more of it.

International Heavyweight Championship Match
Yvon “Le Lion” Robert w/ Frenchy Martin vs. Chris Candido
Yvon “Le Lion” Robert w/ Frenchy Martin vs. Chris Candido
After an impressive showing at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL, Chris Candido finally finds himself with a chance to win the International Heavyweight Championship. This is his first shot at the gold since he was a finalist in the tournament that would ultimately name Dean Malenko as AGPW’s first International Heavyweight Champion. Yvon “Le Lion” Robert is also coming off an impressive showing at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL, where he defeated both Malenko and Leo Burke, cleanly, to retain the title, proving that he is the mayor of Montréal and the king of the jungle that is Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling. Technical wrestler rules the day here. Both men are very capable technicians and trades holds for several minutes. As the action picks up, Candido finds himself taking the lead. However, he makes a major misstep going for the New Jersey Jam far too soon. Robert avoids it and makes a comeback. Slowly and methodically, he chips away at Candido. However, he too makes a critical error that turns the tide back in Candido’s favour. Robert goes for a Lou Thesz Press, which Candido counters with an inverted atomic drop. After building his momentum back up and getting a near victory after a successful New Jersey Jam, Candido decides that it is time to go big or go home. He goes to the corner and sets up for the Blonde Bombshell, but Robert resists, fights back and executes a big superplex! He follows that up with his patented roll-through arm trap headscissors, which forces Candido to submit. Le Lion continues his winning ways!
Official Decision: Yvon “Le Lion” Robert wins by submission
After the match, Robert and Frenchy Martin are joined in the ring by the rest of the Montréal Mafia. Together, they reassert their dominance of this territory. They give lip service to certain outsiders who don’t belong in these parts and warn them that as long as they act smart and don’t cross paths with the Mafia, Robert will allow them to live to see another day. However, if they get greedy and lust after those things that belong to the Mafia – eg. AGPW championship gold – they can’t expect to get stamped out. This is the first and only warning they will receive. Martin closes the promo by telling these so-called outsiders to choose wisely.
