Nigel Mcguinness without a doubt my man. I always loved that name and the hair as well. One of my personal favorites.

Join Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling this Saturday, December 14, for another great episode of Dynamite Saturday Night! Three featured matches have been announced for this show. ODB will make her AGPW wrestling debut in a match against the legendary, Sensational Sherri Martel. There couldn't be a tougher draw for ODB in her first match in AGPW. How will she fair? Find out this weekend! Plus, Samoa Joe jumps straight into the fire when he faces "The Acadian Giant" Kurrgan in one-on-one action. No word yet on whether "Killer" Karl Krupp will be banned from ringside. Can Joe bring the Giant off of his feet? Can the Samoan Submission Machine lock him in the Coquina Clutch and force him to tap? Or will the tallest monster in AGPW force Samoan Joe to writhe in pain after he puts him in the Kurrgan Claw? The only way to know for sure is to watch it, this weekend! Finally, in a main event that is too good to be true, Christian Cage will face "Superstar" Billy Graham, with the stipulation that if Cage can defeat Graham, he will get a shot at Hollywood Hulk Hogan and the Mash-Up World Heavyweight Championship at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉALAll of that and more will be happening this week on Dynamite Saturday Night - Don't Miss It!

Mash-Up Minutes: Reports from the Atlantic Canadian Region MONCTON, NB -- This reporter has learned that Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling's final big sell for MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL, the company's first venture into pay-per-view will be at the December 21st edition of Dynamite Saturday Night. There is an episode of Dynamite Saturday Night scheduled for the night before the pay-per-view, however it will mostly consist of hype videos to preview the following night's event, as well as matches featuring wrestlers who will not be on the following night's card. Moreover, there may be one or two matches that get bumped off of the final card due to time constraints. If that were to occur, my sources tell me that those matches would take place at the December 28th edition of Dynamite Saturday Night, which will also emanate from Le Centre Bell (The Bell Centre). This reporter has also learned that AGPW plans to announce a weekly 1-hour online exclusive show featuring bonus matches that will not air on Dynamite Saturday Night. This show will be taped at the same location as Dynamite Saturday Night, each week. A working title for this webcast is said to be called "AGPW: Extra Explosives" and it is believed that tapins will begin in January. Expect a press release to be coming in the near future. WCW Monday Nitro will be delayed this week. TNT will instead be running a replay of Clash of the Champions. You can expect a new Monday Night Nitro Next Monday Night Live!
Since it's close to Christmas I am going to my girlfriend's family about 6 hours away. So I won't be able to post anything this week. I will have Nitro done next Monday though.
Keep on Mashin'

Mash-Up Minutes: Reports from the Atlantic Canadian Region MONCTON, NB -- There will be some changes to the Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling television broadcast team moving forward. AGPW has promoted Jeremy Borash to a new position as the head of their social media department. To give him a lighter work load on television broadcasts, he will be moving out of the play-by-play commentary team and into a role as a backstage interviewer. Joining Ed Whalen at the commentary table will be new AGPW hire, Lord Alfred Hayes. Moreover, AGPW will be adding a second commentary team. Whereas Canada is an officially bilingual country (English and French), AGPW is making a move to make their television products accessible in both official languages. Marc Blondin is moving away from the backstage interviewer role and will be joined by Raymond Rougeau on all future television broadcasts, beginning this weekend at Dynamite Saturday Night on Saturday, December 28, 2013. At SuperClash 2.1, the revitalized American Wrestling Association will be crowning a new Heavyweight champion. Both men have battled through the competition in order to receive these shot at the most important title in wrestling today. Will it be the massive Big Van Vader? Or will be the technician, Daniel Bryan? There is only one way to find out!

Also, I'm new around these parts, so I;ll ask - are we doing a Royal Rumble?

Joey Styles: SuperClash 2.1 looks like it's going to be a stellar card, and matches have been trickling in. Two exciting bouts have been announced already - Big Van Vader versus Daniel Bryan for the AWA Heavyweight championship is your main event, and also, Verne Gagne faces Ken Shamrock in a steel cage! What else can -
Josh Mathews: I have breaking news! The Miracle Violence Connection is demanding a rematch against the BlueBloods... and apparently, the British champs have agreed, but only if it's under Freebird rules! Will Gordy and Williams accept the challenge?
____________________________________
Styles: This just in! THe BlueBloods will be defending their AWA Tag-Team titles against the Miracle Violence Connection under Freebird rules! The ink is dry, and we-
Mathews: Hold it, Joey. Upon further inspection, it looks like Williams and Gordy - especially Gordy - should have read that fine-print. When the BlueBloods agreed to the Freebird stipulation, they didn't mean any two members of the Monarchy could defend the straps at SuperClash 2.1. They actually meant that they would be using three members of the Monarchy in that match. In other words, it's a three-on-two handicap title match.
Styles: Oh my God!

Fifth,
We aren't doing a massive Royal Rumble. WWEfan is doing the Royal Rumble for the WWE. I won't be doing one. However, if you want to have a variation of that kind of battle royal in the AWA, I think you are at liberty to do it any time that it suits you.

Thanks for clearing that up, Slade. Now:
Joey Styles: Looks like we have another match scheduled for SuperClash 2.1! A fantastic match ended in controversy on AWA Throwdown, and it looks like they're going to do it all over again. It's Scott Hall vs. Edge in a no-DQ contest!

Josh Mathews: And one more match is being announced right before the weekend, and it's a doozy. AWA Television champion, the Great Muta, will defend his title against not one, but two men - the man who took him to a draw last week, Adrian Nevile, as well as the man who faced Muta in the title tournament finals last month - Art Barr!

Another left-field monster run. Another Mash-Up innovation. The next evolution of Fantasy Drafting is upon us... FEBRUARY 1stWe begin The "Untouchable Characters Workshop", in honor of founding father UCW. In the wake of recent disasters in the Memphis area, along with the financial wranglings of JBL Enterprises (and rumored involvement of the Illuminati) UCW has been forced to close its doors. But where one window slams shut, another opens a crack for the light to seep in. So begins the era of the Untouchables.Starting February 1st the new wave of fantasy drafting will take place, and the UCW roster goes up for whole sale. Talents will be available on a *PER-SWAP BASIS* only! Those talents of equivalent (or *greater* value) will be sequestered in a special section of the Free Agent list labeled UNTOUCHABLES. There they will remain until we revisit the draft procedure all over again 30 days later, with a fresh batch of talent to cycle through every time. UCW continues to live on forever in Mash-Up Wrestling lore.LIST of TALENTS AVAILABLE FOR DISPERSAL on FEBRUARY 1st Abyss AJ Styles Andre the Giant Bam Bam Bigelow Batista Big Bossman Big E Langston Billy Kidman Brock Lesnar Booker T Chris Jericho Carlito Diamond Dallas Page(DDP) D-Lo Brown Farooq Hardcore Holly Hunico JBL Jay Lethal Jimmy Yang Juvented Guerrero Kane Kenny King Kevin Nash Konnan Mick Foley MVP Mr.Kennedy Psychosis Raven Rodney Mack Santino Marella Seth Rollins Steve Blackman Sonny Siaki Super Crazy Tazz X-Pac Tag Teams: Beer Money / Americas Most Wanted (James Storm / Chris Harris / Robert Roode) New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg & Billy Gunn) Steiner Bros (Scott Steiner & Rick Steiner) World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas) The Hardy Boyz (Matt & Jeff Hardy) Female talent/Managers AJ Lee Beth Phoenix Dawn Marie Jazz Father James Mitchell Teddy Long Pat Patterson 1) fifthhorseman 2) slade 3) perfectly straightedge 4) WWEFan 5) MSDOn February 1st, we roll the dice and let the games begin!! Joey Styles: The American Wrestling Association does not rest, not even on weekends! Late last night, a SuperClash 2.1 match was signed between the Young Bucks and the AWA's newest tag team, Strike Force, in what is guaranteed to be a high-flying contest.
And today - well, what an announcement! AWA Intercontinental champion Bruiser Brody gets a rare night off to enjoy his recent title win, but the men who want that belt do not. Six men will battle in a 30-minute scramble match, and the man who scores the last pinfall or submission will be crowned the number-one contender to Brody's title. As if those stakes aren't high enough, this is an elimination scramble match - meaning that if or when any man gets defeated, he must leave the match!

Josh Mathews: The new week brings two new matches, the final two set for this year's SuperClash!
In a truly old-school matchup, the legendary Harley Race squares off against Stan "the Lariat" Hansen!
And in a decidedly different style of contest, Brian Kendrick battles Jushin "Thunder" Liger!
