The Empire CrumblesFinally we get the pay-off to all the long-standing administrative side-angles. Everything from the crooked referee treatment (that allowed Danny Davis & Taryn Terrell to become officials) to the various lawsuits from The Firm & Eve Torres comes to ahead tonight when BCCW VP Sheldon Goldberg is *forced* to ORDER THE RESIGNATION OF BCCW COMMISSIONER WILLIAM MULDOON. Commissioner William Muldoon is relieved of his duties!!This is a sad, sad day in BCCW history. In what most people are claiming to be a set-up, William Muldoon has been fingered as the "inside guy" responsible for the companies sabotage. Large payoffs were traced to Muldoon by prosecutors (see THE FIRM: Wild Red Berry, David Otunga & special adviser Damien Sandow who always plays a big part in these segments) and allegations of corruption & sexual harassment persist. It is under great duress, and with great hesitation & regret, that William Muldoon "The Solid Man" is forced to accept these conditions. His "badge & gun" are symbolically handed to VP Sheldon Goldberg & security escorts him from the building.

Mash-Up Minutes: Reports from the Atlantic Canadian Region MONCTON, NB -- This is just a quick reminder of the AGPW television schedule for the next four weekends. The 3-hour PRIMETIME LIVE special was scheduled for Saturday, October 26. There are no television broadcasts schedules for the next weekend. AGPW will be off the air. It returns on Saturday, November 9 with a special 3-hour broadcast. Then, AGPW will go back to 2-hour weekly broadcasts starting on Saturday, November 16. The out of character update on AGPW shows is that I wanted to give everyone a heads up that PRIMETIME LIVE may not be finished for a few more days. It is about 66% completed (if I was doing a normal AGPW on ASN episode, I'd have 8 my segments finished and ready to be published). Please have patience and I apologize about that delay in publishing the show. Part of the reason I've scheduled a week off between big shows is that I will be very pressed for time over the next few weeks. This weekend and the two following weekends, I have a billion games of ultimate frisbee to play as the 2013 ultimate frisbee is coming to an end. The calendar packs in a ton of games on the last few weeks and so I'm up to my head in games and training for them (I play in a fairly competitive league in South Korea). There is no winter league here, so my calendar opens up a lot again after the November 9/10 weekend. At that time, I'll be able to back into a regular rhythm of writing and posting fantasy wrestling shows on schedule. Thank you all for your understanding.

BREAKING NEWS
WCW IS BACK IN BUSINESS!
After a long absence. We have it on great authority to announce that Eric Bischoff has reclaimed what is his. Ted Turner is actually the reason WCW was not airing as he told Eric that he didn't feel like being apart of the wrestling business anymore, and he decided to instead venture into other businesses. What the hold up was on Eric's part. We have heard that he finally got the finances to buy World Championship Wrestling from Ted Turner. So Eric is now the owner, and operator of WCW, and Ted Turner is free to go to do whatever he wants.
We have heard that some talent was not happy about this transition, and Eric knows exactly who they are, and he is looking to move them in the upcoming weeks. So keep a look out, cause WCW Monday Night Nitro is COMING THIS MONDAY NIGHT!!!!!

Mash-Up Minutes: Reports from the Atlantic Canadian Region MONCTON, NB -- November has been a month of major expansion for Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling. Most notably, the organization has expanded its reach with the debut of a national television broadcast, the new weekly Dynamite Saturday Night. It has also expanded its touring region as it embarks on its first major foray into Québec. Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling officials say that ticket sales are strong (it helps that all of the company’s championships are currently held by men hailing from Québec). Moreover, November has seen many big debuts on the Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling talent roster. Already this month, we’ve seen the arrivals of Mash-Up World Heavyweight Champion, Hollywood Hulk Hogan (said to be working in the region until the beginning of the new year), “Superstar” Billy Graham, “Classy” Freddie Blassie, Gail Kim, Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels, Frank Kazarian, and the return of “Primetime” Elix Skipper. To close out the month of big debuts, Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling is promising one more big name debut on its final episode of Dynamite Saturday Night, this weekend. Rumour has it that it may be the biggest addition to the roster yet! Also, breaking news coming out of Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling’s head offices is that it plans to announce that the company’s first pay-per-view spectacular will be held on Sunday, December 29, in Montréal. Although it will be the first time AGPW visits Montréal, the company expects a strong gate with ticket sales driven largely on the strength of the Montréal Mafia (and Yvon “Le Lion” Robert, in particular), which holds all of the company’s championships. It also believes that the additional promise of a title defense by Mash-Up World Heavyweight Champion Hollywood Hulk Hogan will guarantee a big turn out. We’ll have more news for you when it becomes available. Keep your eyes peeled! Originally Posted November 30, 2013

Tag team wrestling takes center stage on an all new episode of Dynamite Saturday Night this upcoming Saturday, December 7, when the AGPW North American Tag Team Championships, Dino Bravo & Mad Dog Vachon of the Montréal Mafia, defend their titles against "The Iceman" Dean Malenko & Leo Burke in a Lethal Lockdown Match! Plus, there will be a 12-team battle royal to determine the #1 contender for the North American Tag Team Titles, with the winning team getting its shot at the gold at MAYHEM IN MONTRÉAL. Also, Hollywood Hulk Hogan will be on hand to defend the Mash-Up Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship versus a mystery opponent! And we'll see Samoa Joe's first match in AGPW! All of that and more will be happening this week on Dynamite Saturday Night - Don't Miss It!Originally Posted December 3, 2013

Me: Welcome to the new, and improved, and progressive, American Wrestling Association. Let me get right to the point. I firmly believe in giving everybody a fair shake, and an equal opportunity to be the best. To that end, everyone will have the opportunity to be a champion. The AWA doesn’t just hand out titles – the wrestlers go out and earn them.
Beginning at our first pay-per-view, Bi-Coastal Brawl, three different tournaments will get underway. In a few short weeks, we will crown a World Heavyweight Champion, an Intercontinental Champion, a Television Champion, and World Tag-Team Champions.
What’s that? You need more information before you’ll go out and spend that hard-earned cash? I don’t blame you. Maybe the first-round match-ups in the World Tag and the Television tournaments will help convince you – not coincidentally, these matches will be held in Boston as the first half of our pay-per-view.
The Bluebloods (Doug Williams and William Regal) vs. the Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson)
The Natural Born Thrillers (Sean O’Haire and Mark Jindrak) vs. the Samoan Strike Team (Haku and Samu)
The Rock and Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson) vs. Badd Company (Paul Diamond and Pat Tanaka)
Last but not least, a three-way dance, between the Varsity Club (Mike Rotunda and Jack Swagger), FlexForce (Paul Orndorff and Chris Masters), and the Miracle Violence Connection (Steve Williams and Terry Gordy).
As for the AWA Television title, we admit to be impressed by the early incarnation of the TNA X-Division. Expect the same type of action here, and any time the TV champ is on the air, he will be defending that title. Here are the first round match-ups.
Nunzio vs. the Great Muta
Brian Kendrick vs. Jushin Liger
Art Barr vs. Jamie Noble
Ken Shamrock vs. Verne Gagne

Me: The first round of the AWA World Heavyweight Championship tournament will start in San Francisco later that night, as the second half of Bi-Coastal Brawl. There are 15 men in contention for this prestigious title, but only 14 men will be in competition. A first-round bye was given, by random chance, to a man who – even without the bye –would have to be considered a favorite in the tournament. That man’s name is Harley Race.
There will be tremendous pressure on each and every man to win his opening match. If he wins, he moves on to the next round, one step closer to the AWA World Heavyweight title. If he loses, he is out of this tournament, and placed into the AWA Intercontinental Championship bracket. While I’m sure these men will be disappointed initially, he should soon realize that wearing any championship in the AWA is a honor, and holding this title automatically makes him a top contender for the World strap. If you buy this pay-per-view, you will see these first-round matchups. In no particular order, they are:
Stan Hansen vs. Tully Blanchard
Magnum T.A. vs. Ethan Carter III
Drew McIntyre vs. Jake Roberts
Big Van Vader vs. Mark Henry
Daniel Bryan vs. Desmond Wolfe*
Bruiser Brody vs. Edge
Adam Cole vs. Michael Elgin
*What name do you prefer? Desmond Wolfe, or Nigel McGuinness?
