After missing Battlebowl, Paul Ellering has parted ways with the Road Warriors. How will this affect the team, after a tough disqualification loss to the Heroes of the Republic?
More fallout from Battlebowl - Jim Cornette is taking his various complaints all the way to MLW owner George Steinbrenner, and has asked to air them on the next Friday Night Heat.

Huge news from the GWA!!!!
The WWE has the Royal Rumble, BCCW has Slaughtahouse Stampede, MLW has Battle Bowl, Lucha Underground has Aztec Warfare and now the GWA has Thunder Bowl!!!! 2 big matches, 30 men and 15 women battling it out for a shot at the GWA Championship at the ppv that is replacing last years GWA Mania Event ...... Endgame!!!! GWA is trying to make Endgame their big show of the year to cap off their seasons. There is a chance that Bischoff will invite a superstar to compete in Thunder Bowl and the rules of the match will be announced at a later date but expect it be more of a Rumble format and not a large Battle Royal.

At last night's MLW house show action in Fort Myers, the Main Event Machine lost to the Briscoe Brothers by forfeit - though Paul Orndorff was willing to fight in a handicap patch, Eli Drake no-showed the event. Allegedly, Drake has not spoken to his partner since Battlebowl.

Rumors have swirled in MLW over the past couple of weeks that ever since Battlebowl, there has been tension between several pairs of teammates. Having experienced different partnerships during the pay-per-view, many seem to be wondering if they would be better served with a different tag-team partner.
Last night during MLW house show action in Sarasota, Florida, apparently one of those alliances came to a bitter end. After losing to America's Most Wanted, Dave Batista blamed the defeat on his partner, and powerbombed Gorgeous George multiple times before leaving the ring in disgust. Beauty and the Beast is no more.

Breaking news: at last night's MLW house show in Fort Myers, Florida, an impromptu match between the Revival, and Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson, took place - in the parking lot!
The Horsemen were not even booked to be on the card, but accompanied the World Tag-Team champions, Curt Hennig and Brian Pillman, to the event. Apparently aware of this, Dawson and Wilder jumped them when they got out of their car, but were quickly overwhelmed in a four-on-two brawl before MLW officials eventually broke it up. Neither the Horseman, nor the Revival, were allowed to wrestle that night, and were fined an undisclosed amount.

Breaking news: tonight's main event match in Port St. Lucie has been changed. MLW World Tag-Team champions Curt Hennig and Brian Pillman were scheduled to defend those titles against Edge and Christian; instead, a six-man match will take place, featuring Hennig, Tully Blanchard, and Arn Anderson versus Edge, Christian, and Road Warrior Animal.

Breaking news: Commissioner Chuck Norris will be addressing the audience live to start the next episode of Friday Night Heat. Though Norris prefers the "heard and not seen" approach, this announcement is apparently big enough that he will address the MLW audience in person.

After a week off of GWA Television Warzone will come back this week starting the road to ThunderBowl which is the event that will decide the number one contenders for the GWA World Championship and GWA Women's Championship at the Endgame Event signaling the end of Season 1 of the GWA!!!
We already know that AJ Styles will be defending the GWA Championship against Adam Cole at ThunderBowl but Bischoff and Corbin has decided that instead of Asuka defending her Championship at the event that so every Woman Superstar in the GWA get a chance to participate in the Woman's ThunderBowl match that Asuka will get her rematch for the MUW Championship Match against Charlotte at the show because of how things ended during their first match at Faction Wars!!!!

Breaking News!!!!
Kevin Owens has walked out of World Championship Wrestling. Kevin wasn't happy about his recent spot on the card after defeating Chris Jericho. He felt he should have been towards the Main Event and be challenging Kenny Omega or be in the US Title picture, but when he was told that he was going to the Television Title picture and have a feud with Mustafa Ali. Owens sensed it was a demotion and not a promotion. So he sent feelers out to other promotions. Word coming out is that GWA and WCW struck a deal but WWE though at the last minute came in at the last minute and gave an offer that could not be refused.Word coming out is that Kevin had speakings with other promotions but WWE gave the best offer and WCW took them up on that offer. Kevin Owens will not be featured on any upcoming episodes of Nitro and his spot in the Television Championship tournament will be given to a different competitor.

Breaking news: due to injuries sustained by Brian Pillman, the MLW World Tag-Team championship has been declared vacant, and the belts will be awarded to new champions on next week's MLW Friday Night Heat!
It will be the biggest show in FNH history, as president George Steinbrenner will be airing Friday Night Heat commercial-free. The belts will be rewarded to the winners of a ten-team gauntlet match; five teams have qualified as participants thus far:
- Money Inc. - America's Most Wanted - Edge and Christian - The Briscoe Brothers
In addition, Commissioner Chuck Norris has stipulated that the former titleholders earned the right to enter a team into the gauntlet, and will enter the gauntlet last. That team will be comprised of Curt Hennig and Rick Rude.

Breaking news: another team has qualified for the MLW World Tag-Team championship gauntlet. In what was considered by all who saw it an instant classic, Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson defeated Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith in a 30-minute thriller in Daytona Beach, Florida. This would seem to give the Horsemen not one but two chances to retain the gold on next week's Friday Night Heat.
