With the first pick in the final round of the draft, the WWE selects Bob Backlund and puts Lord Alfred Hayes into the untouchables pool. This concludes the WWE picks for the draft and the NWA is on the clock.

I don't want to be the bad guy, but I'm calling a veto on Lord Alfred Hayes for Bob Backlund. Lord Alfred Hayes is a career midcarder who is best remembered for being the funny British commentator in WWF in the 1980s. Bob Backlund is a 2-time World Champion, and his first title reign lasted nearly 6 years! That isn't comparable value. Lord Alfred Hayes is not equal or more valuable than Bob Backlund.

To correct the veto, I will put Lord Alfred Hayes out from the untouchable pool and put Paul Orndorff in the pool. Will this be acceptable?

After much consternation [aka "dab rips off the e-nail"] - and with fear of an immediate veto reprisal in the air - BCCW submits the following transaction for approval: With our final pick in the 2017 Mash-Up Wrestling Expansion Draft (effective January 2017 - and not retroactively) BCCW will DROP Ric Flair into the Untouchables pool and ADD THE UNDERTAKER.

WOW. Flair out, Undertaker in. Bold move.
Also, that Orndorff swap. He was no world champ, but he SHOULD have been. Nothing wrong with that move.

I agree. I think Mr. Wonderful is a fair swap.

Lucha Underground selects The Miz and sends Christian to the Untouchables.
Lucha Underground will not use the skipped pick.
That's the end of the draft.
