1) Cut to the in-studio announce team for the evening:
Gordon Solie & Matt Striker
Welcome to XPW TV! Welcome to the last episode before "A Cold Day In Hell"! Finally, WELCOME to the geographic center of Massachusetts - Rutland MA - for this, our final hype show before "Cold Day". Tonight, Cannibal Cartel captain Vic Grimes has ordered a winner-take-all gang fight for the upcoming PPV, and will face Atsushi Onita in a show-stealing Death Match. Thumbtack Jack and Doink Rebourne will be in action, Skandor Akbar steps into an XPW Remixed ring for the first time, Primo Carnera and the MIZ have arrived and the XPW Television Championship will be defended tonight when reigning champion "Rockstar" Joey Kaos takes on Alex Riley!!! Oh my, all that and so much more! Stay tuned as we throw it down to ringside!

1) "VICIOUS" VIC GRIMES versus ATSUSHI ONITA
(No ropes-barbed wire Death Match)
versus
Blame guts, ego, insanity or narcotics for these men accepting such a challenge on the road to "A Cold Day In Hell". The fact is, Grimes and crew are hellbent on driving the last obstacle in their path out of XPW Remixed forever. I refer of course to the crusaders of the former East Coast trend-setting ECW, Terry Funk & Sabu. They have been joined by the Japanese delegates of hardcore, Atushi Onita and the King of the Death Match champion Jun Kasai. The maniacal drug dealer Vic Grimes wants that belt, but to get it he must go through the legend Onita first. This match sets the tone of XPW's East Coast foray, with a sense of barbarism and anarchy unseen in any of the other so-called "big leagues". Grimes and Onita keep it stiff, hard-hitting and daring with enough color to keep it from being Rated PG (but ALLOT less juice than usual). The barbed wire ropes only come into play a few times (once when Onita's face gets ground into the strands, and another when Grimes gets pitched literally right through them to the arena floor) and steel chairs are the only weapons that come into play. End comes with a thunderous top rope power bomb from Grimes to Onita through a burning table (something the crowd was chanting for heavily). With thick plumes of black smoke streaking skyward from the burning wreckage, a wild-eyed Vic Grimes celebrates his victory.
Winner: "VICIOUS" VIC GRIMES

** Backstage promo from The Grand Wizard. Tonight, he is surrounded by the Original Sheik and Abdullah the Butcher, and his cocky, braggadocios speech exhibits his confidence (not only that, the door is chained locked and dozens of armed security guards stand ready). His man Abdullah the Butcher has been ordered to destroy the traitor Pogo the Clown at "A Cold Day In Hell". The Grand Wizard always stands by his man, even in the face of homicidal lunatics like Pogo. So to protect TGW at "A Cold Day In Hell", he will be coaching from within the safe confines of a steel shark cage! That way Pogo the Clown will NEVER be able to get his filthy hands on the managerial genius, and the Madman from the Sudan Abdullah the Butcher will carve the fat clown up and eat him at his rib shack in Atlanta!!! **

2a) IN THE MIDDLE OF MONEY MASSACHUSETTS
Damien Steele makes his entrance (wearing wrestling gear) to big jeers and cat calls. The cocky, long-haired Commissioner of XPW Remixed carries himself with an entitled swagger that's instantly and strongly dis-likable. Damien Steele has the house mic and cuts another heel promo, degrading MA, the East Coast, Rutland etc... Shoots on the WWF for their archaic business model and propensity to blackball or stymie any talent that doesn't fit their preconceived cookie-cutter mold. Unlike XPW Remixed, where Commissioner Damien Steele has vowed to "make" the next big wrestling superstar. His journey has taken him throughout the East Coast, facing a wide variety of highly-trained, dangerous local talent along the way (yeah right). He finds himself tonight in some anonymous, nondescript piss-hole town that's only claim to fame is being the geographical center of Massachusetts. Just like the geographical center of the human body is the butt hole, Rutland and everything in it ain't shit. Steele is going to show you what real talent is tonight, when he takes on the local "Wrestling Champion" of Rutland - and that's the REAL DEAL!!!
2b) DAMIEN STEELE versus UNNAMED JOBBER
versus
Another complete squash, with Steele running through his move set while only stopping to primp, flex and preen before the booing audience. He finishes the match emphatically with the "Deal Breaker" before taking the mic once more post match to end the segment. His open challenge remains - step up to the plate with him in Brockton at "A Cold Day In Hell" and try to hit a home-run. Damien Steele promises to "make" your career, and that's the REAL DEAL!!!
Winner: DAMIEN STEELE
** CUT **
Backstage promo from B-Boy on his upcoming TV Title #1 Contenders match at "A Cold Day In Hell" against Eddie Gilbert. B-Boy debuted in XPW Remixed with much momentum, but it was stalled out by a vindictive "Hot Stuff" who has promised to derail the B-Boy hype train at "A Cold Day In Hell".
"CZW" = XPW Remixed
"Drake Younger" = Eddie Gilbert
"January 30th" = "A Cold Day In Hell"

3) THUMBTACK JACK (w/ Doink ReBourne)
versus
DANNY HAVOC
(Danny Havoc's XPW debut!!!)
versus
Danny Havoc's debut in XPW Remixed tonight, and he gets the jobber entrance (already in the ring to start the segment). The dark, demented duo of Thumbtack Jack and Doink Rebourne enter next - Thumbtack Jack with his dark cloak and all-white mask... Doink Rebourne with the purple trench coat and spiked bat. Stylistically, both wrestlers have that slight, indy-ish build but the aggression displayed by Thumbtack Jack makes him seem stronger. It helps that Danny Havoc can bump like a champion, folding his body upon impact and bouncing off the mat like a basketball. Thumbtack Jack has the early advantage, until a slight momentum swing finds the underdog Danny Havoc take over with a scintillating suicide dive over the top rope to Jack on the floor. Havoc builds upon his momentum and gets the crowd going behind him, until Doink Rebourne interferes with a sledgehammer-like shot from his spiked bat to Danny Havoc's back. The impaled youngster is then easy pickings for a Thumbtack Jack brain buster onto a steel chair, followed by his frog splash/elbow drop for the pin.
Winner: THUMBTACK JACK
Post match, the destruction is still not complete. Doink Rebourne orders his apprentice to set-up two steel chairs seat-to-seat and power bomb the already defeated Danny Havoc upon them. Then, they strip young Danny Havoc of his bloodied tank-top and tie him to the ring ropes. Doink ReBourne and Thumbtack Jack then proceed to lash and torture the young wrestler while the crowd watches on in stunned silence. Just then, the house lights blink out pitching the arena into the darkness. When they return, that same mysterious logo has appeared on the ring mat - but this time, standing upon the logo is none other than the returning MESSIAH!!!
Messiah flares to life in the face of a shocked Thumbtack Jack and Doink ReBourne. The evil clown quickly flees the ring, leaving his apprentice Thumbtack Jack to take the full brunt of Messiah's vengeance. "Fall From Grace" (Inverted Death Valley Driver) propels Thumbtack Jack out of the ring for good. Messiah on the mic, challenges the apprentice Thumbtack Jack to Death Match revenge at "A Cold Day In Hell". Doink ReBourne thought the Messiah had been destroyed, but he won't stop coming until Doink ReBourne and his evil cult of brainwashed followers has been driven from XPW Remixed forever - or the Messiah dies trying. He is ready to be a Martyr, and at "A Cold Day In Hell" he will make a sacrifice in the name of Divine Justice!!!
** CUT **
** White Trash World skit, with a skivvy cameraman tagging along with MadMan Pondo and Jessica Darlin in their rusty pick-up truck (with the confederate flags waving) as they drive down Legion Parkway in Brockton MA hurling all kinds of racial epitaphs and ignorant/corny insults and jokes out the window to the natives. They're still looking for New Jack, but every black guy with a doo-rag looks the same to them. So they wind up pulling over to harass and assault some homeless man who is living in a dumpster. The long-haired, ratty homeless bum gets press slammed onto a shopping cart by the demented man/beast MadMan Pondo - all while Jessica Darlin cheers on her man in her annoying Southern-fried lilt. MadMan Pondo finishes the sketch by cutting a close-up promo into the camera on New Jack, daring him to show up in Brockton at "A Cold Day In Hell" and catch a dog-whipping. **

4) SKANDOR AKBAR versus LOU THESZ
versus
House lights darken, and the glitter of a thousand exotic gems greet us for the wrestling debut of Black Army chief financier Skandor Akbar (escorted by the Princess Jasmine-turned hooker looking Lizzy Borden). He enters to "Arab Money" by Busta Rhymes, and puffing on a fat cigar. He looks nonchalant and is clearly underestimating his opponent tonight. Thesz enters last to "Shipping Up To Boston" by the Dropkick Murphys for the cheap hometown pop. Thesz streaks from the entrance ramp all the way to the ring where he immediately engages in fisticuffs with Akbar as Lizzy Borden flees the ring. Match starts soon thereafter, and it's a seminar for Lou Thesz. Hip tosses, take downs, back body drops and body slams. He even literally rips the keffiyeh off Akbar's head and throws it into the audience to a huge pop. Borden even tries to interfere, but Thesz outsmarts them both resulting in Akbar spearing Borden off the ring apron. But Skandor Akbar takes over after a deliberate low blow and sets about stomping, pounding and choking the former Undisputed wrestling champion. Akbar builds massive heel heat with his disrespectful Middle Eastern antics, but Thesz makes the comeback - taps Akbar out to the STF - then snaps the Afghanistan flag over his knee cap in a fury to end the segment.
Winner (by submission): LOU THESZ
(Post match, Lizzy Borden - the brazen, bold slut that she is - takes it directly to Lou's face; chiding and insulting him. She finally hauls off with a slap across his face, and Thesz is angered! He starts to advance upon Borden, when suddenly he is rushed from behind by the Prince of Darkness himself, Kevin Sullivan. The dastardly little troll smashes Thesz and pummels him to the mat with an assortment of steel chair shots. Akbar and Borden join in on stomping Thesz into the mat, until "Sky High" starts blaring over the sound system - heralding the arrival of a savior. Enter Thesz' teammate on Team Sammartino, MIL MASCARAS!
** Segue to next segment... **

5) KEVIN SULLIVAN (1982) versus
MIL MASCARAS (1975)
versus
Mascaras hits the ring like a hurricane, clearing Skandor Akbar out with a dazzling missile dropkick and taking out Sullivan with a spinning heel kick while Sullivan still held the steel chair. Quick, frenetic exchange with Mascaras running circles around Sullivan and the Prince of Darkness bumping around the ring like a pinball. Mascaras has things well in hand as he scales the top rope to hit his cross body finisher, when from the outside - Lizzy Borden grabs his ankle. This prompts another brawl between Thesz and Akbar outside the ring, and Sullivan winds up crushing Mil Mascaras' head with a steel-denting chair shot. Mascaras tumbles to ringside where he is counted out by the referee. Still "no job" for Mascaras, though Sullivan picks up the victory tonight.

The brawl continues post match, with Damien Demento - Primo Carnera - Ezekiel Jackson - and finally Bruno Sammartino - joining the fray as well. Team Sammartino and the Black Army in full force. With swarms of XPW security interceding, they are finally halted by the barking voice of Buddy Rogers - ordering them to cease fire. From the entrance ramp, the immaculately-attired "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers and Jack Swagger have appeared - mic in hand. Diamond Dynasty swagger as Rogers proceeds to eviscerate both sides on the mic and highlight his own accomplishments (including his Money-in-the-Bank title shot - yet to be cashed in, may I add - at "Night of Champions"). Kevin Sullivan and Lou Thesz retort and the challenge is laid tonight - team captains Sammartino versus Jackson versus Rogers in a triple threat match!!!

Championship graphics and a "Tale of the Tape" for these two competitors. Miz and Riley enter first, with Miz on the mic guaranteeing his boy Alex Riley will take the TV Title tonight and the Miz is on his way to becoming XPW Champion. "Rock Superstar" by Cypress Hill draws a huge pop from the audience, as reigning XPW Television champion Rockstar KAOS enters with his lovely valet Missy Hyatt (circa 1991). Excellent free TV match that spans two commercial breaks. Exciting, back-and-forth, hard-fought encounter between two of the hottest young up-and-coming talents in the game (circa 2001 and 2011 respectively). But this is XPW Remixed, and the napalm-blond Television champion wows and astounds with his solid mat work and daring aerial assault. Even after getting his head split open from a ring post shot by The MIZ outside the ring. KAOS reverses an Alex Riley TKO-attempt into a thrilling elevated diamond cutter, before finishing with his frog splash (taking a few moments to jaw with the MIZ first while perched on the top rope) - all while still wearing the TV Championship around his waist. KAOS gets a huge crowd pop upon the final count.
Winner (and STILL XPW Television Champion): ROCKSTAR KAOS
(Post match, a dueling mic segment erupts between the MIZ, Missy Hyatt and "Rockstar" Joey Kaos. Looks like The Miz's World Title aspirations are on a slight detour, as he instead challenges KAOS to a Television championship match at "A Cold Day In Hell". The MIZ promised to take all the gold when he came here to XPW Remixed, and will get the job done himself at Saturday night's PPV. KAOS eagerly accepts and will prove he's the greatest TV Champion in XPW history when he shuts the MIZ's mouth for good at "A Cold Day In Hell"!)

** Backstage interview segment with XPW Remixed Tag Team champions The Sicilians, Lou Albano and Tony Altomare (seconded by La Coka Nostra). They stand by their decision to hire Bad Breed as a goon squad to take out Cryme Tyme, and are confident La Coka Nostra will finish the job at "A Cold Day in Hell"... IF Cryme Tyme decide to show up. The Sicilians are convinced they proved who the "realest" tag team is in XPW. Sure enough, Cryme Tyme shows up on film to retort - antagonize - and steal another car from The Sicilians armada. Sure looks like they haven't learned their lesson, and they promise to run the gauntlet at "A Cold Day In Hell" and take the XPW Tag Team championships back to Brooklyn with them! **

BRUNO SAMMARTINO versus EZEKIEL JACKSON versus
"NATURE BOY" BUDDY ROGERS
(Triple Threat Match)
versus versus
Abbreviated entrances for all three men, with the XPW Champion Bruno Sammartino entering last. Referee gathers the three men together in the center of the ring for the pre-match instructions, but Buddy Rogers winds up jawing with Ezekiel Jackson - leading to a wild brawl between the 3 men. Ref has no choice but to call for the bell to begin the match. Sammartino leads a wild, crowd-pleasing brawl while Jackson plays the role of unstoppable Terminator from the future and Buddy Rogers lies, cheats and steals his way throughout. Highlight of the match comes when Jackson and Sammartino have their big mid-match showdown - followed by a similar scenario from Jackson and Rogers, that Buddy just answers with a quick thumb to the eye of the big man. All hell breaks loose at the end when Sammartino has Jackson hoisted up in his over-the-shoulder back breaker finisher, only to have Buddy Rogers take him down from behind with an illegal and blatant low blow. Another wild, untamed brawl breaks out between the factions until finally, XPW Remixed President Ed "Strangler" Lewis is forced to intercede!
Winner: NO FINISH
The XPW Remixed President holds court from the entrance ramp. First, the WAR GAMES set-up at "A Cold Day In Hell" requires teams of 4. So far, the Diamond Dynasty only has two players. If Buddy Rogers can't provide a full roster, he won't compete at "A Cold Day In Hell". Buddy Rogers angrily guarantees a full 4-man team at the PPV. Second, WAR GAMES is a match with finality and the never-ending battle between Team Sammartino and the Black Army must cease. Therefore, the losing team at WAR GAMES (the one who suffers the pin fall) will find one of it's members FIRED from XPW Remixed for good! Last, any injuries suffered during the course of the match are NOT the responsibility of XPW Remixed. This is an unsanctioned match! These men are literally taking their own lives and careers in their hands in an effort to rid the sport of the other team. It's do or die time at "A Cold Day In Hell"! It's WAR GAMES!!!

GORDON SOLIE: I don't know what their plans are now (Gold Dust Trio Inc), but as Colin Powell said when they asked him to run for President - I really don't have the "fire in my belly" for much of it. I love to go back and do those matches because I think I could get back to announcing the kind of wrestling that I could enjoy. That's why I'm pulling for Bruno, Thesz, Mascaras and Carnera to pull this one out at "A Cold Day In Hell". Well they will, its just a question of time. I don't sit down to the computer every day by any stretch. I'll get onto a site occasionally and see what MadStepDad is putting out. I didn't even know that XPW Remixed Wrestling existed until someone told me about it and I dialed it in. He is so nice about putting that little disclaimer at the bottom that I decided not to disturb him in using my name. He's doing it with respect...
