NWA Championship Wrestling was taped March 1 to air March 4.
The show kicks off with action highlights of the NWA champions in action before going to the desk with the announcing team of Gordon Solie & Rick Stewart. Joining them is interviewer Charly Caruso and ring announcer Kayla Braxton. Gordon & Rick welcome the fans back for another exciting 2 hours of NWA Championship Wrestling. Commissioner Jim Barnett is out followed by manager James J. Dillon with NWA World's Heavyweight Champion Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine. Dillon states he does feel Mr. Valentine should be defending the title against Ken Shamrock. The Commissioner informs Mr. Dillon the match is signed because Mr. Shamrock has a guarantee return title match you both signed months ago. Dillon follows up that he wants to make sure Mr. Shamrock is ready to wrestle so he has an opponent scheduled today for him. Barnett interrupts reminding Mr. Dillon that Mr. Shamrock agreed to the match & he is ready to do. JJ & Greg smile saying that's all the assurance they needed. All three depart.
Stewart says the next Pay-Per-View is scheduled for Saturday, March 18, from the United Center in Chicago, Ill. The PPV is called Chaos in Chicago. They go for the first commercial break of the first hour.
