Today's show was taped Tuesday, February 22 in St. Louis, Missouri. (Airs Saturday Feb. 25 on ESPN).
The show kicks off with action highlights of the all of the NWA champions in action before going to the desk with the announcing team of Gordon Solie & Rick Stewart. Joining them is interviewer Charly Caruso and new ring announcer Kayla Braxton. Gordon & Rick brief talk about what happened last Saturday in New Orleans at the PPV. The UWA World Champions, Chris Jericho, FTR & Jade Cargill successfully defended their titles.
Out comes a serious looking James J. Dillon with NWA World's Heavyweight Champion Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine, United States Heavyweight Champion Bob Roop & Bob Orton Jr. JJ tells Gordon forget about Dick Slater as he has been FIRED from the Dynasty. Mr. Slater is fixing to pay a big price for disrespecting us. Dillon challenged Slater to a tag team match in the second hour. Find a partner if anyone is stupid to team with you against Roop & Orton Jr. And forget airing any clips of Mr. Valetine from last week's PPV because he has filed an injunction preventing the NWA from airing it. Solie thanks Mr. Dillon as they leave the set.
Stewart says the next Pay-Per-View is scheduled for Saturday, March 18, from the United Center in Chicago, Ill. The PPV is called Chaos in Chicago. They go for the first commercial break of the first hour.
