Dark Matches.
1. 6 Woman Tag Team Match. (1-20). Tegan Nox, Mschif & Sky Blue beat Anna Jay, AJ Lee & Taeler Hendrix. Nox hit shinning wizard on Hendrix.
2. Single Match. (1-20). Ultimo Dragon time limit draw with X-Pac.
3. Challenge Match. (1-20). Dick Murdoch won by dq. over Ole Anderson.
The Mardi Gras Mayhem Pay-Per-View kicks off with announcers Gordon Solie & Rick Stewart at the announcer's desk with interviewer Charly Caruso & new ring announcer Kayla Braxton. Everyone is dressed in festive Mardi Gras colors. Solie welcomes the fans to the PPV. They immediately go to the ring for the first match of the PPV.
1. 4 Man Tag Team Match. (1-15). The British Lords (Les Thornton & Tony Charles) defeated the 'Wild Eyed Southern Boys (Steve Armstrong & Tracy Smotherns) in a brutal match. (13:02). Thornton with a single leg crab submission on Smotherns who had his back worked on by the British Lords during the match.
Caruso interview Wendi Richter and United States Champion Kana (who is wearing her mask). Richter says she expects a tough match from the champion. Kana says she will see her in the ring then leaves. Wendi adds she will be happy to oblige her.
2. $10,000 Challenge by Prof. Dale Lewis. (1-15). (Lewis puts up $10,000 to anyone that can pin him or make him submit in under 10 minutes). Prof. Dale Lewis vs. Tom Pritchard. However 'the Living Legend' Larry Zbyszko enters the ring telling Lewis & the referee that Tom Pritchard is unable to wrestle & he is talking Pritchard's place. (10:00). Lewis keeps his money & wins the match by disqualification when Zbyszko refuses to stop choking Lewis.
Caruso interview Mr. Wrestling 1# & II# on their upcoming match with Dick Slater & Bob Orton Jr. They suspect James J. Dillon wants his team to make a statement. However, the Wrestling's want a shot at the United States or World Tag Team Belts so they are putting out their best effort.
3. NWA United States Women's Title Match. (1-30) (Champ): Kana (in Muta white face paint) retained the title by count out over (Chall): Wendi Richter. (12:51). The champ used the running hip attack to knock the challenger through the ropes in the corner. Wendi landed on the time keeper table, hitting her back on a vacant steel chair & was unable to re-enter the ring before the 10-count was up. Before the match turned, Richter had grounded Kana pretty well with her power and size advantage.
Caruso interview with UWA World's Heavyweight Champion 'Lionheart' Chris Jericho on his title defense against NWA World's Heavyweight Champion Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine. Jerocho knows Valentine is coming after him & he is ready take it & dish it right back to the challenger & his manager.
4. Four Man Challenge Match. (1-30). Mr. Wrestling 1# & 2# defeated DIllon Dynasty ('DIrty' Dick Slater & 'Ace' Bob Orton Jr.) w/mgr. James J. DIllon when II# pinned Orton Jr. DIllon's team was dominating the popular masked men with a lot of double-teaming until a mishap occurred. JJ handed Slater a bag with powder. Orton Jr. had II# in a full nelson. When Slater went to throw the powder, the masked man pulled up his legs & kicked the powder in Slater's face. II# fell to the mat as Bob went to check on the blinded Dick. Slater defensively slugged Orton Jr. because he could not see who grabbed him. II# rolled on top of Orton Jr. while 1# kept Dillon out of the ring. (16:34).
After the Wrestling's left the ring, Dillon began chewing Slater out. Orton Jr stood by looking perplexed while Slater wipped the powder out of his eyes. Suddenly, DIck slugged JJ then Orton Jr. when he tried to stop Slater. United States Heavyweight Champion Bob Roop got into the ring & tackled Slater. Quickly it become a 3 on 1 beatdown before DIllon, Roop & Orton Jr. left the ring for the dressing room. Help from the back came to help a bleeding Slater to the back.
Caruso interview with a smiling Don Muraco on his match up mext with Roop & manager Dillon. Muraco says he is going to prove a point to both men & that is the Magnificent One is the best wrestler in the business. Don says after beating those two, he will get his United States Heavyweight Title Match.
We go back to the desk with Solie & Stewart with comments on the first four matches before going to the 10-minute break with highlights from last night's NWA card from Jackson, Mississippi.
5. 1 vs. 2 Match. (2-30). If Muraco pins Roop & Dillon, he gets a title shot 5. 1 vs. 2 Match. Don Muraco defeated Bob Roop first then James J. Dillon quickly with the Hawaiian Hammer. (9:01).
Caruso interview with NWA World's Women's Champion Mandy Rose on her title shot at UWA Women's World's Champion Jade Cargill after the intermission. Rose says her experience is going to be the deciding factor that leads her to taking Cargill's title tonight.

Highlights are from two matches taped Friday night at the Fairgrounds Coliseum in Jackson, MIss. NWA World's Junior Heavyweight Champ 'Crippler' Chris Benoit went to a draw with Ultimo Dragon in a non-title match. Followed by a Lights Out Team Match with 'Cowboy' Bill Watts & Danny Hodge beating the Great Kabuki & manager 'Playboy' Gary Hart in a wild fight.
We begin the second half of the PPV.
6. UWA World's Women's Title Match. (New Champ): Jade Gargill retained belt over (Chall): NWA Women's World's Champion Mandy Rose with the Jaded (a modified front slam). (11:21). Rose took an early advantage by attacking the champion with her NWA belt befoore the bell rang. The challenger tried for early pins but the champion proved too strong. A series of powerslams set up Rose for Cargill's finisher.
Caruso interview UWA World's Tag Team Title Match. (Champs): FTR Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler on their upcoming match with Gary Hart's Asian Assassins. The champs says all the pressure is on Hart's stooges to beat them.
7. NWA United States Tag Team Title Match. (Champs): Jack & Gerald Brisco retained belts by disqualification over (Challs): 'Bruiser' Brody & Stan 'Lariat' Hansen. Brody & Hansen were pounding the Brisco's at will. Until Jack clipped Hansen's right leg & the champs went to work on it in their corner. One brother held Stan's leg on the bottom rope, tagged the other brother who leaped over the top rope & landed on the leg before the 3-count to break. Brody had enough, charged across the ring to shove the referee down & attacking both Briscos. The referee had no choice but to disqualify the challangers. (13:32).
Caruso interviews Cargill on retaining her title over Rose tonight. The champ says Rose gave a good effort but not enough to beat Jade Cargill.
8. UWA World's Tag Team Title Match. (Champs): FTR Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler retained the belts over (Challs): the Asian Assassins Kenta Kobashi & Mitsuharu Misawa w/mgr. 'Playboy' Gary Hart after executing the Mindbender on Misawa for the victory. (14:03). The champs used their speed to counter the challengers power but the brutal chops & kicks took their toll on FTR. FTR managed to break up Kobashi & Misawa's pins attempts before driving Kobashi through the ropes to the floor. They doubled up on Misawa while Hart tried to get Kobashi up & back into the ring. The champs got the pin fall before Kobashi could break up the pin.
Caruso interview with Brody & a limping Hansen on the Briscos. Brody & Hansen say it is not over between the. Brody & Hansen credit the Brisco's for being tougher than they look. It's not over until they say so.
9. UWA World's Heavyweight Title Match. (Champ): 'Lionheart' Chris Jericho retained the title over (Chall): NWA World's Heavyweight Champion Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine w/mgr. James J. Dillon with the Walls of Jericho. (15:55). With Dillon constantly distracting Jericho & the referee, Valentine worked over Jericho's left leg, setting him up for the figure-four leglock. After Greg locked it in, Chris tried to reverse it but couldn't. Suddenly, the bell rang! Valentine released the hold thinking he had won the belt. The referee said no! Greg & JJ saw it was a bandaged Slater who came down to ring the bell. They were furious & went to the ropes to yell at Slater from the ring. Jericho was up & limping some. Dick pulled JJ to the floor then & posted him. Valentine jumped to the floor to get nailed by Slater. Dick shoved Greg into the ring apron. Then he did it again, but harder this time. Valentine was favoring his back now & Slater was enjoying himself.
Orton Jr. & Roop ran down to help Dillon up. Dick grabbed Greg by the tights & rolled him back into the ring. Jericho was waiting. The champ pulled the challenger to the middle of the ring to apply the Walls of Jericho. The referee, who had been checking on the Chris during this time, ruled the challenger had passed out in the ring & awarded the match to Jericho. JJ, Roop & Orton Jr. went to Valentine's aid while Slater had disappeared back to the dressing room.
In the final moments, Gordon & Rick are joined by Charly & Kayla to run down the card. Solie follows up with he is wondering how far this Slater vs. the Dillon Dynasty is going to play out. Tune in next week for more NWA Championship Wrestling.
