Live from Madison Square Garden in New York, New York On Sunday, July 24, 2022 WWE Commentary Team: Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone and Wade Barrett WWE Ring Announcer: Howard Finkel WWE Backstage Reporter: Mean Gene Okerlund *** Becky Lynch defeated Aja Kong, Bayley, Io Shirai, Lita, Nyla Rose, and Rhea Ripley to win the Money in the Bank ladder match at 18:24. Lita and Bayley were close to winning the match, but Lita knocked Bayley off a ladder and gave her a Litasault off the ladder to take her out. When she got up, Lynch gave her a Manhandle Slam and quickly went up the ladder to retrieve the MITB briefcase. “The Redeemer” Miro defeated Kevin Owens by submission at 9:38 when he locked him in Game Over. FTR defeated The Hart Foundation by pinfall at 16:27 to retain the UWA Universal Tag Team Championships and the WWE Tag Team Championships when Dash Wheeler pinned Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart after he and Dax Harood executed the Mind Breaker on him. WALTER defeated AJ Styles by pinfall at 14:11 to retain the WWE United States Championship after giving him the splash off the top rope. Ricky Steamboat defeated Daniel Bryan, Kenny Omega, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels, and Umaga to win the Money in the Bank ladder match at 23:33. Bryan and Umaga were fighting on top of a ladder when Omega tipped it over, sending them both crashing through a pile of stacked tables outside the ring. Orton gave Omega a RKO off a ladder to take him out. HBK hit him with Sweet Chin Music and started up the ladder, but the Macho Man pushed over the ladder, sending HBK into the ropes and out of the ring. Savage went up the ladder, but Steamboat climbed up the other side. After exchanging punches and chops, Steamboat was able to knock Savage to the mat and retrieve the briefcase. Roman Reigns defeated Keith Lee by pinfall at 12:56 after he gave him a spear. Reigns was the beneficiary of copious amounts of interference by the Usos following a ref bump, which turned the tide of the match in the favour of the Tribal Chief. Brock Lesnar defeated Scorpio Sky and “All Ego” Ethan Page of the Men of the Year by pinfall at 10:13 to win this handicap match after he gave both men a F-5 and pinned them both at the same time. Bianca Belair defeated Shayna Baszler by pinfall at 15:07 to retain the WWE Women’s Championship after she escaped the Karifuda Clutch and executed the Kiss of Death on her. Triple H and Adam Cole defeated The Undertaker and Sting by pinfall at 20:43 to retain the WWE World Championship and WWE Intercontinental Championship, respectively. Sting had Triple H in the Scorpion Death Lock when Adam Cole entered the ring and gave him a superkick. He lined up Sting for a Boom! knee strike, but The Undertaker gave him a running big boot followed by a chokeslam. Triple H tried to attack The Undertaker but got a chokeslam as well. The Undertaker scooped up Cole and gave him a Tombstone piledriver. Heenan distracted the referee to prevent him from counting the pinfall. Meanwhile, Triple H left the ring to get his trusty sledgehammer. He came in the ring to hit The Undertaker, but Sting wrestled the sledgehammer away from him. When he tried to hit Triple H with it, the World Champion ducked, and Sting struck The Undertaker by mistake. Triple H gave Sting a low blow and the Pedigree, then he pinned him for the win.

He's bbbbaaacccckkkk!!!! Very good show. Enjoyed the win by Becky. Steamboat is still one of the best. Nothing like Brock destroying 2 guys to make me smile. Reigns & his tribe can go leap off a bridge as far as I care. Hated seeing Undertaker & Sting lose. And when is one of the women going to take that ponytail of Belair's, tie it in the ropes & beat the hell out of her while she is tied up.

Loved the show. Interested in seeing what is next for the Heenan group. Steamboat v. HHH could be interesting if that's a direction you're going.
Also not sure where you are headed with Miro...but a possible match against WALTER could be wild.

Lynch felt like a clear winner in the women's ladder match. Any of the guys could have taken their ladder match, except Umaga who feels a bit out of place with those other wrestlers.
I agree with Seth, Steamboat vs. Triple H and Miro vs. WALTER are good feud ideas.
I also hated to see Sting and UT lose, but I get going that way.
All the right people went over here. Real solid show consdering the issues you had. Great to have you back.
