WOW! Impressive win by Sting over the Undertaker. Stunned to see Piper going over Samoa Joe. I was really wanting Savage to go over Preparation H but alas it wasn't meant to be. I am glad to see Becky Lynch going over Lita. Sorry but I never could warm up to the Dudley Boyz. I expected Belair & Cole to come out on top. I was torn on the Daniel Bryan-WALTER match as either could win and I'd be good with it. Another super show Slade.

Very surprised to see Sting win the title back so quick and clean as a whistle too with the Tombstone. I've got to think we've got a big gimmick tie breaker coming up.
Surprised by Piper going over Joe. By being the last UWA champ, Joe feels like more a commodity. Of course, Piper could use the win and he's got a dog collar match history that possibly gave him the edge. Good brutal bout.
Triple H vs. Savage went exactly how that match probably would in real life. I could picture that one perfectly in the my head as I read it.
I think the standard now is to have more than two teams in a TLC, but I could have done without the Usos. This was the spot-a-thon it should have been and good call to keep the Dudleys after they just won the belts.
Cole vs. Owens was find sports entertainment. I think Heenan and Owens could do some good business together.
Everything was fine, just didn't grab me like the above I commented on. Good post Wrestlemania show as you sort out where to go next.

Piper also won a shot at the current UWA Champ, so giving him a win against the former champion gives him a big boost as he prepares to challenge Nick Aldis for the title. Besides, I already had Joe get a rematch at Royal Rumble, so it didn't make much sense putting him over here.
Funny enough, I thought about making the TLC just the Dudleys vs. Bucks. However, as you said, a lot of TLC matches have more than two teams, and I figured I could get a bit more mileage out of the Elite vs. Bloodline by throwing the Usos into the mix.
I didn't properly promote the show. My goal was to book a show that wouldn't require much in the way of promotion (for example, detailed post-WrestleMania RAW and Smackdown episodes). I want to get back to the current timeline, so putting out the show with some rematches and some other one-off title defenses was a good way to show that WWE has still been active since WrestleMania weekend.

I thought I commented on this already - no idea why I was so slow on the draw, especially how damn good it is.
You started the show with a banger (Bryan vs. WALTER) and kept the action at a high pace. I was a little surprised that Triple H went over Savage, as I feel like the Macho Man was/is due to really put a beating on him; maybe I missed a show somewhere, but it seems like HHH has dominated this feud. I was also surprised that Piper went over Joe in such a violent match, but knowing the lineup of your next big show, building up Piper makes sense.
The third surprise was the Sting win. Glad he finally got his moment in the WWE (thanks for nothing, Wrestlemania 31) here, and it makes for a great moment at the end of a great two-day event.

Really looking forward to seeing WALTER get the big push he is. Could easily see him contending for the big belt next Mania.
Like others, was surprised by Sting winning here...but setting up for the unification, Sting v. HHH is a pretty nice match with some good irl history.

The third surprise was the Sting win. Glad he finally got his moment in the WWE (thanks for nothing, Wrestlemania 31) here, and it makes for a great moment at the end of a great two-day event. This was a stand alone event that took place a month after the 2-day WrestleMania. The Undertaker defeated Sting at the end of of the second day of WrestleMania. Sting just won the re-match to regain the title.

Ah, I got the shows mixed up in my head when I was commenting. What I should have said was, I was surprised by the belt changing hands a couple of times in such a short time!
