The scene opens to the bright lights, life-sized replicas of world-famous monuments, thousand-room hotel and casino complexes of the Las Vegas strip. Standing outside the MGM Grand is Agent Alam. He has his phone out and he’s dialing a number. Agent Schwarzenegger picks up on the other end. Alam says he’s been combing the desert, searching all over Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico for weeks now. He can’t find King Cuerno anywhere. He then decided to follow a lead to Vegas to check in Agent VKM, but that turns out to be false. He asks him what he should do. Schwarzenegger tells him to go back to L.A. and get back in the Temple because they are bound to turn up there sooner or later.

Pete Dunne & Will Ospreay vs. Jake Hager & Sammy Guevara
Pete Dunne joined his fellow Brit, Will Ospreay, to take on Jake Hager and Sammy Guevara. Ospreay held a grudge against the Inner Circle and wanted a rematch with Chris Jericho, but Antonio Cueto wouldn’t allow it because Jericho had yet to be eliminated from the Antonio Cueto Luchadores Cup tournament. He would have to settle for trying to get revenge against Hager and Guevara. It was a fun tag team match that saw Guevara execute shooting star presses on Dunne and Ospreay. Hager gave Ospreay a Hager Bomb to try to win, but Dunne broke it up. Dunne gave Guevara the Bitter End to try for the win, but Hager broke it up. Ospreay gave Hager the OsCutter and pinned him, but Guevara broke that up. With moment on the side of Dunne and Ospreay, Santana and Ortiz came out to ringside, which in turn drew Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford out. It didn’t take long for a large 8-man brawl to break out. During the melee, Santana and Ortiz were able to execute Street Sweeper on Dunne. As they were drawn back into the brawl by Dawkins and Ford, Guevara slipped away from the fight to land a shooting star press on Dunne and cover him to get the win for his team.
WINNER : Jake Hager & Sammy Guevara

Eddie Guerrero vs. Dr. Wagner Jr.
Eddie Guerrero vs. Dr. Wagner Jr.
This was a classic lucha libre contest with fast-paced high-flying action throughout. Both of these luchadores were also adept at the mat game and put each other through painful holds at various points in the match. Guerrero applied a reverse Indian deathlock and a Mexican surfboard. Dr. Wagner Jr. put Guerrero in a camel clutch and a bow and arrow submission hold. Each hold wore their opponent down, but none of them managed to get their opponent to submit. Guerrero started building momentum after a brief brawl on the outside. He re-entered the ring with a slingshot senton bomb and picked up the pace with a slingshot suplex, delayed snap side belly-to-belly suplex, some tilt-a-whirl headscissors, a variety of dropkicks, a back body drop and a tornado DDT. After a distraction by the Beautiful Brenda and interference by Famous B, Dr. Wagner Jr. mounted a comeback. He executed some arm drags, dragon screw leg whips, a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a bridging German suplex. When he went for a moonsault, Guerrero rolled out of the way. Wagner landed on his feet and charged at him, but Guerrero sent his face into the middle turnbuckle with a drop toehold, then he sent him into the middle of the ring with a dragon suplex.
After that, Mike Awesome came out to help his Infamous Inc. partner. Before Awesome could execute an Awesome Bomb off the top rope, Dominik Dijakovic showed up and choked Famous B with his own necktie. He lifted him onto his shoulders and threatened to give him Feast Your Eyes. Awesome left Guerrero on the top turnbuckle and got down to try to save his manager, but it was too late. Dijakovic gave him Feast Your Eyes and then ran up the Temple steps. Awesome and Beautiful Brenda checked on Famous B, who was convulsing on the floor. Meanwhile, Dr. Wagner Jr. climbed the turnbuckle and went for a frankensteiner, but Guerrero landed on his feet! He ducked a clothesline, gave Dr. Wagner Jr. an enzuigiri kick and then climbed the turnbuckle and executed the frog splash for the win.
WINNER : Eddie Guerrero

Chris Jericho storms into Antonio Cueto’s office to complain about the massive injustice that happened to him last week and demands that he rectify the situation right about by removing Tetsuya Naito from the Luchadores Cup and putting Jericho in the semifinals. Cueto tells him that the process was fair. He said that he couldn’t cheat the Believers out of a main event and when his opponent was rendered incapable of competing, it created a unique opportunity for someone to become his new opponent. Instead of whining and complaining all the time about the bad things that happen to him – and not much bad has lately, considering he holds the big piece of gold over his shoulder (he says, pointing at the Gift of the Gods belt) – he should find and take advantage of unique opportunities when they present them. This prompts Jericho to complain that they don’t present them often enough, to which Cueto responds by telling him that if he isn’t happy with the unique opportunities offered to him, he should go out and create his own. Jericho has a hissy fit, saying, “Well then maybe I will!” and leaves the office, slamming the door behind him.

KABUKI WARRIORS VS. AUTHORS OF PAIN
Asuka & Kairi Sane vs. Akam & Rezar
The Mash-Up Wrestling Women’s World Champion and her Ultima Lucha Cuatro challenger requested and received a match against Truth Martini’s Authors of Pain. While significantly smaller than the powerful superheavyweight duo of Akam and Rezar, Asuka and Kairi Sane came ready to fight and showed that they were not significantly outmatched. These friends were motivated. They weathered an early storm of powerful maneuvers from the Authors of Pain and took control of the match with some smart double teaming.
When Akam threatened to break Kairi in half with a move off the top rope, Asuka attacked him from behind. Akam got hung up in a tree of woe and Sane dropped him into the mat with a Marine Spike while Asuka prevented Razar from saving his partner by giving him a running dropkick and then a running hip attack in the corner. When it looked like Akam was in trouble of getting pinned after receiving a double-knee facebuster from Asuka, Rezar ran in to make the save. He gave both luchadoras powerbombs and went back to the ring apron to be prepared for the tag. When he was tagged in, he began to throw his weight around. Akam and Rezar made frequent tags and isolated the Women’s World Champion.
A few minutes later, the Authors of Pain were ready to put the Kabuki Warriors. They set them up for a Super Collider but once Rezar lifted Asuka in the air, she spat mist in his face, allowing her to break free. Akam came forward but Asuka gave him a running crossbody, and with Kairi up in a powerbomb position it was like he received a crossbody-seated senton combo. With Rezar incapacitated, Asuka was able to hit a combo of vicious kicks on Akam, which she followed with a nasty spinning back fist and then a hard spin kick. She tagged in Kairi, who climbed to the top and executed the Insane Elbow and pinned him for the 1-2-3!
WINNER : The Kabuki Warriors
After the match ended, Braun Strowman hit the ring and attacked both Kabuki Warriors. He gave them both running powerslams. Before anything more could be done to harm them, Awesome Kong and Shayna Baszler showed up and said that declaring war on the Amazonas was a big mistake that they’ll soon regret. Then, they were joined by Rhea Ripley. The three luchadoras rushed to the ring. A massive brawl took place in and around the ring and just when you thought one trio was going to get the better of the other, the tide would turn. Much to the chagrin of Truth Martini, the Army of Truth was overwhelmed by the odds when Asuka and Kairi Sane recuperated and joined the fight. He called on his acolytes to retreat, and as they did, they were soundly heckled by the Believers for it.

LUCHA UNDERGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH
Prince Puma vs. Hulk Hogan
LUCHA UNDERGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH
Prince Puma vs. Hulk Hogan
In recent weeks, Prince Puma has defended the Lucha Underground Championship against both Roman Reigns and John Cena. Now, he will defend it against Hulk Hogan. Sure of himself, he offered them all a title shot not to interfere with the Luchadores Cup tournament. He has won the first two matches. Now, he’s going for the clean sweep of the Pinnacle of Sports Entertainment. However, Hulk Hogan is arguably the toughest competitor of them all, and he may become a double champion. Hogan is joined at ringside by his PSE brethren. Puma is joined at ringside by Eddie Guerrero, who will challenge whichever competitor leaves the Temple tonight as the Lucha Underground Champion.
It's a slow start to begin with Puma and Hogan locking up. One gets the other in a side headlock and take the other down. Not to be out down, the other pulls off the same trick. They do this again with arm drags and hip tosses, rear waistlock takedowns, and atomic drops. Although Puma is the champion, Hogan is surprised that Puma can match his every move. The next lock up leads to Hogan getting Puma into a side headlock. Puma backs into the ropes and sends him running. Hogan with a shoulder bodyblock to drop Puma, and then runs into the ropes. Puma flips over, Hogan hops over him, Puma jumps up and lands a picture-perfect dropkick to the side of the head. Now, Puma runs to the ropes and comes back with some tilt-a-whirl headscissors. Hogan exits the ring. Puma runs the ropes. Cena and Reigns converge on Hogan and pull him back, away from the ring, so Puma does a moonsault back into the center of the ring, making a clean landing on the Ancient Aztec Crest.
Coming back into the ring, Hogan wants to lock up again. This time, he thumbs Puma in the eye and then rakes his back. He rakes it again and again and again, until he has Puma trapped in the corner, where he climbs to the middle rope and punches away at Puma’s head. Cena and Reigns try to cheerlead a count to ten, but the Believers aren’t having it, and the rain boos down upon the ring. Hogan gives Puma a vertical suplex out of the corner and then a leaping knee drop before going for the first pin of the match, which Puma kicks out of at one. Hogan applies a rear chinlock and grounds him with it. Eventually, Puma gets back to his feet and lands some elbows to break the hold, but when he tries to run, Hogan manages to get a grip on his mask and snap him back down onto the mat, then sits down on him and fires multiple right hands at the champion. Hogan is in the driver’s seat and he knows it. He cups his ear and the Believers give him a visceral response, so he eggs them on by cupping his ear in every direction and then flexing, just to piss them off even more.
That proved to be a bad idea because the champion was able to recover and then take the challenger down to one knee with an enzuigiri kick. Puma then ran to the ropes and dropkicked Hogan in the back of the head. He turned him over and went for the cover, but Hogan kicked out and then went out to the floor. This time, though, Puma leapt over the top rope and took him down with an over-the-top-rope corckscrew moonsault dive. Puma landed on his feet and raised his arms to fire up the Believers, but he was then hit with a massive spear by Reigns! Latino Heat came over to fight with Reigns, and Cena came over to attack him. Guerrero struggled to deal with a 2-on-1 situation. Cena and Reigns battled with him around ringside, then brawled away from ringside, down a corridor and out of view.
Meanwhile, Hogan picked up Puma and sent him back into the ring and pinned him for a 2-count. Hogan blew our minds by busting out a series of rolling gutwrench suplexes and then made the pin for another 2-count. Then, he switched tactics by applying a camel clutch on the champion. When Puma appeared to be powering out of it, Hogan would let go and give him a seated senton to his lowerback and then re-apply the hold. This repeated itself thrice. On the fourth attempt, Puma quickly flipped over and raised his knees. Hogan would be feeling that one for days.
Puma pulled Hogan into a small package for a 2-count. Next, he gave him a superkick to stagger him, then a springboard European uppercut and made another pinfall attempt for two. Puma allowed Hogan to get up and charged at him, Hogan went for a clothesline, but Puma did a somersault evasion, into a handspring headscissors takedown and then gave him a running, standing shooting star press. The ensuing pinfall attempt again only got a 2-count. He picked up Hogan and gave him a norther lights suplex. He rolled through and attempted to deadlift Hogan, but he was too large, and he managed to pull the champion down into a small package of his own. 1…2… kick out! That one was close.
Back to their feet, Hogan blocked a superkick attempt and dropped Puma with a clothesline. Then another and another and then he scooped him up for a bodyslam and went for the running leg drop, but Puma rolled out of the way. When Hogan got back up, Puma took him down with a hurricanrana and then a springboard tornado DDT. He went back out to the ring apron and executed a springboard 450-degree splash! 1…2… kick out! And Hogan sat up immediately. Puma tried to punch and kick at him, but it was no use. He was HULKING UP! Hogan with the block, punch! Block, punch! Punch! Punch! Punch! Whip into the ropes and big boot, but Puma ducks it. Hogan turns around and receives a dropkick that sends him into the ropes. Puma clotheslines him to the floor.
Reigns is back and he’s handing Hogan some brass knuckles in plain view of the referee, who jumps out of the ring to argue with them and demand Hogan give him the knucks. Meanwhile, Cena gets in the ring, gives Puma a spin-out powerbomb and the Five-Knuckle Shuffle. Hogan gladly gives the knuckles to the referee, hops into the ring, bounces off the ropes and lands the running leg drop. It’s all over! 1…2… shoulder up! Hogan can’t believe it. Reigns can’t believe it. Cena can’t believe it. I don’t even think the Believers believe it. Hogan argues with the referee and then decides to untie a turnbuckle pad. While the referee is dealing with him, Reigns comes into the ring and waits for a spear. Puma gets up and gets taken right back down. Reigns pops up and raises his arms, showing that the Big Dog owns his yard.
But then, he’s taken down with a springboard crossbody by Mil Mascaras! Cena tries to attack him, but Dos Caras is there to intercept with a missile dropkick. Hogan and Mascaras trade punches but neither man will sell for the other. Mascaras turns Hogan around with a headbutt and he gets flung into the ropes with a drop toehold by Rey Mysterio Jr! Reigns gets dumped to the outside and Dos Caras gives him a topé suicida. Cena ends up on the floor and Mil Mascaras goes to the top rope to take him down with a plancha. Mysterio gives Hogan the 6-1-9! Puma picks him up on his shoulders and executes a Benadryller! Then, he goes to the top rope and executes the 630-degree senton bomb! 1…2…3!
WINNER : Prince Puma
Mysterio, Mil Mascaras and Dos Caras celebrate with Prince Puma. Meanwhile, Hogan, who is royally pissed off, yanks the house mic out of the hands of Melissa Santos and claims that Puma doesn’t deserve to be the champion, that he didn’t beat him, and that Mysterio cost him the Lucha Underground Champion. He promises to end the careers of Mysterio and his new friends, and then he’s going to personally kill Rey Mysterio.
Mysterio says that if he wants to try, he’ll have to put the Trios Championships on the line. Anton Cueto comes out of his office and says he’s heard enough. He wants to see Mil Mascaras and Dos Caras competing in his Temple and Ultima Lucha Cuatro is a great time for their debuts, and to this blood feud between Mysterio and the PSE. Therefore, at Ultima Lucha Cuatro it is going to be Hulk Hogan, John Cena and Roman Reigns versus Rey Mysterio Jr., Mil Mascaras and Dos Caras. The winners will be Lucha Underground Trios Champions. The losers will be banished from the Temple forever!
