So with doing the cap at 40 or 60 if your promotion is over the cap limit. You will have to release superstars to reach that number.

I'm thinking 40 for in ring competitors and like 8 to 10 other types like commentary, interviewers, valets, whatever would be good to me. 45 in ring would be maybe the top end and 10 other. That's my ring in the hat on the subject. I voted 40, though, as I don't know who's using 60 guys consistently every month.

Yeah the 60 cap would include everything.
A 40 cap is what we are now.
So basically it would be adding nobody and staying where we are now. That’s why I put that there cause it basically meant just keeping it where it is now. It’s not changing anyway the cap works. It’s just changing how many slots we can use. That’s basically what this poll was about.

I personally like 60... Juggling the men's women's and a tag team division with 40 is difficult in my opinion I think 60 is the perfect amount. Also think about this if we have it as 40 almost every promotion will have to drop stars just to be at 40 lol

I voted no cap, but 60 would be my second choice, all personnel (wrestlers and non-wrestlers) combined.
I think that the rule of thumb for roster size should be simple: don't be a dick. (And I'm not accusing ANYBODY of that, trust me.) If you can run a fed with a small roster, go for it. If 50 people on your roster fits with your plans, do it. And if you can manage a larger roster of male and female wrestlers, officials, managers, valets, authority figures... well, God bless you. Just don't hoard talent for the sake of hoarding talent, that's all. Utilize what you have; if you've had someone on the bench for a couple of months because creative doesn't have anything for them, wish them well in their future endeavors.
