Trios Championship Match
The Super Friends vs. The Rabbit Tribe
Fénix, Drago & Aero Star vs. Paul London, Mala Suerte & Saltador
The Super Friends defeated The Rabbit Tribe by pinfall to win this Trios Championship Title rematch. The Rabbit Tribe were attempting to win back the Championship Titles they won at Ultima Lucha Dos against the team that beat them in the Lucha Underground 3 season premiere. The action was pretty quick and as soon as one luchador bailed out of the ring, another one was in to take over. It was a classic lucha was plenty of arm drags, leg whips, and headscissor takedowns. Not only that, but there were luchadors flying off the ropes and over the ropes. Of course, It wouldn’t be a true trios contest without luchadores flying over the ropes one after the other until one final high risk maneuver takes out the entire pack. This time, it was the slow and less athletically gifted Mala Suerte who ran from one corner of the ring to the other, then slowly climbed the turnbuckles and performed a somersault senton off the top rope into the pile on the ground. However, in spite of The Rabbit Tribe’s best efforts, they were unable to win back the titles. The Super Friends were too talented and their team work was excellent. Only for a brief moment did it look like they were in danger of losing as Paul London was lining up Aero Star for a superkick, but then Saltador ran into him and bumping him clear out of the ring after his Irish whip attempt was reversed by Fénix. Saltador then received a Fire Driver from Fénix and Aero Star when to the top rope and landed an imploding 450 splash to pin him for the win.

Mascarita Sagrada vs. Mr. Cisco
Mascarita Sagrada vs. Mr. Cisco
Mascarita Sagrada defeated Mr. Cisco by pinfall to win this singles contest. Mascarita Sagrada was the overwhelming fan favourite and he proved difficult for Mr. Cisco to keep down for very long as he ran around the ring with great speed, hitting him with dropkicks and taking him down with variations of headscissors. Mr. Cisco had to cheat to get the advantage, and his partner in crime, Cortez Castro aided greatly in that regard. Cheeseburger showed up to counterbalance Castro’s influence in the match, but he was pummeled with Castro’s kendo stick. It was not until Paul London showed up to superkick the crap out of Castro that the action was only about the two actual participants of the match, and when it became only about them, Mascarita Sagrada grabbed the momentum and ran away with it. After executing a tornado DDT, he kept Mr. Cisco down for the 3-count with a frog splash.

The Rabbit Tribe are sitting in the locker room and they look dejected after their loss earlier tonight. Suddenly, Mascarita Sagrada and Cheeseburger walk through the locker room. Cheeseburger congratulates Mascarita Sagrada as they do. The Rabbit Tribe see them passing by and congratulate Mascarita Sagrada, again referring to him as the White Rabbit. Mascarita Sagrada thanks them but tells them again, emphatically, that he is not the White Rabbit and so they should stop following him around as he has no great wisdom to impart upon them. After they leave, Paul London tells his teammates that the White Rabbit must deny it because they are failures and he does not wish to give his wisdom to a group of failures. He wonders what they must do to prove they are worthy. Saltador ponders the question while Mala Suerte produces a large bong from one of the lockers and says that maybe a hit from this will help them figure it out. London thinks he’s right and takes a big hit, then he leans back against the wall and shuts his eyes.
Next, we see a dream sequence of London walking through a strange place – kind of like when Alice visited Wonderland. He stops when he hears a booming voice ask who is this imposter. London identifies himself and asks to whom he speaks. The voice identifies himself as the White Rabbit. London says he’s been searching for him forever and asks for his wisdom. The White Rabbit says he only gives his wisdom to those who are worthy. He tells London that he could be worthy, but first make the Tribe strong. London doesn’t understand, so the voice tells him that he must eliminate the Tribe’s weaknesses, only then can he learn the ways of the White Rabbit.

Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Psicosis
Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Psicosis
Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Psicosis by pinfall. This match featured more the classic up-tempo lucha libre that you would expect from the likes of Mysterio and Psicosis, who kept the Believers on the edges of their seats as they flew all around the ring, both inside and out. Psicosis’ corckscrew plancha and Mysterio’s springboard seated senton bomb to the outside of the ring were both sights to be seen. Mysterio might as well have been competing in a handicap match as each of his rallies was put out by distractions and interference from Juventud Guerrera and Super Crazy. Despite their constant involvement, Mysterio overcame the odds. He blocked a Psycho Stunner attempt and countered with a Mysterio-rana, which was following by tilt-a-whirl headscissors, a spinning wheel kick, wheelbarrow bulldog, and a missile dropkick that put Piscosis in the ropes. Another attempt to interfere by Super Crazy was thwarted with a drop toehold that got him hung up in the ropes. Mysterio knocked Guerrera off the ring apron before hitting Super Crazy and Psicosis with back-to-back Six-One-Nines. Then, he gave Psicosis the West Coast Pop to get the win, proving that Mysterio really is the biggest little man in the Mash-Up Wrestling Universe.
Post-match: While Mysterio had his hand raised in victory, he was viciously attacked by “Macho King” Randy Savage, who slid into the ring from behind and hit him from behind with his royal sceptre. Savage then knocked him down with a driving blow to the forehead and sat down on him and punched him repeatedly. The referee tried to stop the attack, but he was shoved away. After a bodyslam, Savage went to the top rope and delivered his patented diving elbow drop. To add insult to injury, Sensational Queen Sherri climbed to the top rope and delivered a frog splash on him. Matt Striker and Vampiro were baffled as Savage and Sherri left without explaining their motivation behind the attack. All Savage would say on his way out was that he was the undisputed king of lucha libre.

Triple Threat Lucha
Ultimo Dragon vs. Awesome Kong vs. Prince Puma
Triple Threat Lucha
Ultimo Dragon vs. Awesome Kong vs. Prince Puma
Awesome Kong defeated Ultimo Dragon and Prince Puma by pinfall to win this triple threat lucha match and earn the opportunity to challenge Samoa Joe for the Lucha Underground Championship next week. The match earned multiple “This is awesome!” you one might expect to occur in a match from a trio of luchadores of this calibre. Ultimo Dragon and Prince Puma dug deep in their arsenal of high-flying and death-defying maneuvers in an effort to win this opportunity. Their big risks were counteracted by the awesome power of Awesome Kong, who threw her weight around and clobbered her opponents with no remorse. While Ultimo Dragon dazzled the fans as always with his Asai moonsault, and Prince Puma popped them with a running over-the-top-rope corkscrew moonsault dive, it was Awesome Kong that got the biggest pop of the night, and earned a huge “Holy Shit!” when she countered a diving crossbody by Prince Puma from the top turnbuckle to the outside into a snap powerslam onto the Temple floor!
You could tell that they all really wanted this opportunity, and it really could have gone either way. Ultimo Dragon executed the Asai DDT on Awesome Kong, but Puma broke up the pinfall attempt. Puma landed the 630-degree diving senton bomb on Ultimo Dragon and pinned him to the count of two before he was pulled out of the ring by Mr. America and dropped with a hard clothesline. Mr. America continued his assault on Puma, giving him a back rake and whipping him hard into the wooden seats at ringside. With Puma removed from the equation, Awesome Kong went to the top rope, but Ultimo Dragon got up and delivered some rope-assisted enzuigiri kicks. He tried to climb up the turnbuckles, but Kong shoved him away, so he ran to the ropes and did a springboard up into a Dragonsteiner attempt, but Kong used her power to block, hold and lift him back up for a super Awesome Bomb! 1…2…3!

It is dark inside Dario Cueto’s office. The door slowly creaks open and someone dressed in black enters. A small flashlight turns out as the silhouette of a woman is seen rummaging threw drawers in search of something. The finds a large briefcase that captures her interest. She shakes it and then tries to open it. She takes out a screwdriver busts through the lock combinations to open it up. She pulls out what appears to be a large gauntlet. She looks it over and tries it on. A bolt of electricity shoots through the gauntlet and she opens and closes her fingers. Suddenly, the light turns on.
Cortez Castro and Mr. Cisco are at the door and they’ve caught Nikki Cross red-handed. They try to attack, however, Cross appears to be extra powerful. She hits Mr. Cisco hard in the stomach and he doubles over in pain. Castro tries to choke her out from behind with his kendo stick, but she shakes him off and smashes a bottle of tequila over his head. Mr. Cisco gets up and she slams him down on Cueto’s desk and puts him in a chokehold. As she is in control, she demands to know where Dario’s key is. Mr. Cisco doesn’t know. Cross doesn’t like the response and begins to choke him with greater force. He panics and pleads for mercy, but she shows him none.
Castro hits Cross over the head with the kendo stick, which only succeeds in getting her to let go of his partner. Cross wallops Castro with a hard right hand and throws him through the office window. Mr. Cisco tries to choke her from behind with the telephone cord, but she gets her hand on the telephone and hits him in the head with the stationary part of the old dial phone. Once released from the chokehold, she grabs the phone again and drives it down hard into Mr. Cisco’s head a few times. She suddenly stops and surveys the damage. She drops the phone from her hand and raises her arm to look at the gauntlet again, which she is still wearing. Then, she laughs hysterically and runs out of the office.
