Dragon Kid, Jinsei Shinzaki and Kushida defeats Masaaki Mochizuki, Koji Kanemoto and Shinjiro Otani after Kushida pins Kanemoto with the Back to the Future. Mochizuki, Kanemoto, and Otani tried to keep things on the outside and make this a brawl, but the speed and heart of their opponents was too much for them tonight. Kushida would finally manage to catch Kanemoto slipping and getting cocky, avoiding a Moonsault after showboating from "The Dark Messiah" to grab him and deliver the Small Package Driver to get the pinfall!
Chigusa Nagayo & Lioness Asuka defeat Kyoko Inoue & Dynamite Kansai after Asuka pins Inoue after a Spike Inverted Sit-Out Piledriver. This was a huge four way debut tag team match, as the legendary team of Nagayo and Asuka, known as the Crush Gals, made a huge entrance to wild cheers in a surprise entrance, but Inoue and Kansai both have big followings and received great fanfare. Inoue and Kansai have been enemies in the past, however, having been on opposites sides of the AJW and JWP wars of the '90s, so their union was tentative and you could see it breaking down near the end of the match. The tag team prowess of Nagayo and Lioness proved to be too much, as they started to string together big time double team moves, ending with a devastating finisher on Inoue to get the pinfall! After the match, Kansai beats down Inoue and hits her with the Splash Mountain Bomb, obviously upset about losing her debut thanks to Inoue being pinned.
Sonoko Kato & Meiko Satomura defeat Ayumi Kurihara & Io Shirai after Kato puts her feet on the ropes pinning Kurihara to get the pinfall. Kurihara and Shirai kept the pressure on the brawling, more mat based competitors in Kato and Satomura, but the experienced duo were able to figure out their foes and find openings to get an advantage. Satomura would manage to shove Shirai off the top turnbuckle and wipe her out on the outside before locking her in a Crippler Crossface on the outside, tearing at the shoulder that was damaged on the fall! Back in the ring, Kurihara would deliver a big Missile Dropkick to Kato, and looked to end her nemesis with the Uranage Suplex, only to have Kato break out and roll her up with a Prawn Hold, grabbing the bottom rope to help hold her down for the three! Big boos for Kato and Satomura, but nobody can deny they were effective tonight.
Great Sasuke defeats Shuji Kondo after delivering a massive Thunder Fire Powerbomb to get the three count! Sasuke is a hugely popular star, while Kondo is very imposing with his short but stalky, very powerful stature and repertoire. These two have been at odds since nearly the beginning of the company, and this was a show down that's been boiling over for awhile. Kondo would try to break the spirit of Sasuke, slamming him down, choking him, and beating him up around the ring, showboating to the fans and posing to show his power! Sasuke would battle back, blocking blows from Kondo and delivering chops to the throat, before hitting a big spin kick to take the bigger man off of his balance and send him rolling out of the ring! From there, Sasuke would head up top and deliver a Ryder Kick, getting a big pop from the fans! Sasuke would send Kondo back into the ring and head up top, where he would come off with his Senton Bomb, and everybody thought he had it, but NO! Kondo would show his freak strength, actually lifting and tossing Sasuke off of him and yelling out like a beast! Sasuke would continue the attack, chopping at Kondo's neck and kicking him with Martial Arts kicks! Sasuke would run off of the ropes, but Kondo was close behind and lifted him, planting him with a Lifting Spear! Kondo would roll off and to the buckles, posing and telling Sasuke to get up! Sasuke would get up and Kondo would rush him, trying to hit a King Kong Lariat, but Sasuke would drop to his back and avoid the blow, kipping back up to his feet and then kicking Kondo in the jaw! From there, Sasuke delivers a spin kick to the midsection and then shows his power, hoisting Kondo up and delivering his Crucifix Bomb he calls the Thunder Fire, and he pulls over both his legs for the pin attempt, and he gets the win! All of the little ninjas out there rejoice as their hero leaves Indestructible as a huge success!
Hiroshi Tanahashi defeats Munenori Sawa in a very spirited back and forth contest that saw Tanahashi clinch the win with a Dragon Suplex Hold! Tanahashi looks very cocky and confident early, as he is the clear favorite in this match, but Sawa makes him pay for his arrogance, taking down the bigger man and showing his technical skill, working over his knee and blasting him with open hand slaps and shoot kicks. Tanahashi is looking hurt, but he manages to battle back and deliver a Sling Blade for a two count! Tanahashi hits a Dragon Suplex Hold, but Sawa shows heart in kicking out. Sawa leaves the ring and Tanahashi flies out through the ropes with a missile like Tope! Sawa and Tanahashi end up ont he apron, and Sawa catches Tanahashi with a high roundhouse kick, followed by an Exploder Suplex on the apron, smashing Tanahashi on the back of his head! Back in the ring, Sawa delivers a Shining Wizard for a two count! Sawa measures up Tanahashi and tries for his Wind-Up Punch, but Tanahashi ducks it and delivers a Bridging German Supex, but only for a two count! Back up, Tanahashi swings for Sawa, but Sawa ducks it. Sawa tries for a kick, but Tanahashi catches it and takes him over with a Dragon Screw! Tanahashi holds it and lifts him back up... HALF HATCH SUPLEX! Tanahashi holds him down, but Sawa still kicks out! Tanahashi manages to catch Sawa with another Sling Blade and then points to the top rope, getting the fans on their feet! Tanahashi heads up to the top and tries for the High Fly Flow, but Sawa twists on the mat and catches him in a Triangle Choke! Tanahashi shows his strength, lifting Sawa off of the mat and slamming him down hard to break the hold! Tanahashi stumbles in the corner, trying to recover, but Sawa shows his heart and screams out, running and catching Tanahashi with a Dropkick, smashing him into the buckles! Sawa is back up, slapping his chest and motioning to the fans who are chanting his name, believing he might do it! Tanahashi stumbles off of the mat and Sawa connects with his Wind Up Punch, stunning Tanahashi and sending him into the ropes! Sawa grabs Tanahashi and looks to be going for the Octopus Hold, but Tanahashi breaks out and delivers a High Angle German Suplex, smashing Sawa on the back of his head, but Tanahashi rolls through instead of holding him down and lifts him up... he modifies the hold and hits a High Speed Dragon Suplex Hold! Sawa is out of it, and Tanahashi is able to hold him down for the three count as the fans go nuts! After the match, the "DANGER!" video begins to play, which has been hyped the last few weeks, and then "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Metallica plays over the speakers... from the back walks TOSHIAKI KAWADA wearing a leather jacket and his "DANGEROUS K" black and yellow t-shirt!
Aja Kong, Mariko Yoshida, and Manami Toyota defeat Bull Nakano, Yoshiko Tamura, and Akira Hokuto w/ Kensuke Sasaki after Manami Toyota hit the Japanese Ocean Suplex on Tamura to get the victory. Nakano, Tamura, and Hokuto were not about to play nice in this one, but they found that the monster Kong, as well as her protege Yoshida and one of her greatest contemporaries and rivals, Toyota, were more than game for a straight up fight, as the battle for female supremacy in ISPW rages on. Sasaki would make his presense felt in this one, grabbing the foot of Toyota at one point and getting on the apron to distract Kong at another, which forced the referee to eject him from ringside! Tamura would try to avoid getting pinned many times, retreating to the outside of the ring in showdowns with Kong and Yoshida, but she couldn't hide forever. Tamura eventually got caught in the ring with Toyota while Kong was brawling with Nakano on the outside and Hokuto and Yoshida were fighting in the corner, Hokuto trying to strangle Yoshida with a tape she unraveled from her wrist! Toyota would manage to dropkick Hokuto and send her out of the ring, but Tamura would follow up and axe handle Toyota to the mat, before trying to attack Yoshida. Yoshida would catch Tamura with a Capture Suplex, knocking her for a loop, before rushing and jumping through the ropes in a Tope that was more of a tackle to Hokuto trying to get back into the ring, blasting her with closed fists on the outside. Tamura would stagger up and walk backwards towards the center of the ring, Toyota caught her, twisting her arms in front of her and pulling her over with the cross arm German Suplex with she calls the Japanese Ocean Suplex, holding the self proclaimed "Boss Bitch" down for the three count! The fans rejoice, as they hate Tamura and were ecstatic to see their hero Toyota get the win over her!
After the match, Hokuto and Nakano attacked their opponents with chairs and it was clear there is still unfinished business!
STEEL CAGE MATCH
#1 CONTENDERSHIP TO THE MASH UP WRESTLING WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Katsuyori Shibata defeats CIMA in a wild contest after escaping the cage! Crazy MAX would try to get involved in the contest, but Great Sasuke, Jinsei Shinzaki, and Dragon Kid would get involved on the outside, making for a huge brawl, as Shibata and CIMA battled back and forth on the inside of the ring, showing their true prowess without any outside interference. Shibata would try to beat down CIMA with his striking and technical ability, but CIMA shows that he is also a great technical wrestler and very resilient, as he had many reversals for whatever Shibata tried to throw his way and was able to maximize with his extensive, high impact arsenal, which had the fans actually split at one point, as each man tried to give the other their best shot. Shibata would try to keep CIMA down with a Penalty Kick, but CIMA would manage to get back up and climb, catching him on the cage and Back Suplexing him to the ground in a big way! Shibata would try to escape once more later in the match, but CIMA would catch him while standing on the top turnbuckle and pull him down, delivering an AMAZING Schwein off the buckles, crushing Shibata, but he was also too beaten down to be effective. CIMA would try to climb the cage not long after, though, and Shibata would catch him and toss him off the cage, back down! CIMA, running on instinct, would get back to his feet, causing Shibata to fly off the cage wall and delivering a brutal Single Leg Missile Dropkick that flipped CIMA inside out! Crazy MAX would try to threaten Shibata each time he tried to exit, making for a tense situation, even with the help on the outside. CIMA would manage to grab Shibata once again and pull him down to the top turnbuckle, delivering his Venus leaping palm strike to knock him silly before hitting the Iconoclasm! Exhausted, CIMA knew he needed to put one final kill blow on Shibata, so he headed to the top rope. CIMA then climb a little higher on the corner of the cage, sitting on the top of it. From there, CIMA launches himself off and tried for his Mad Splash, but he took too much time! Shibata got his knees up to block! CIMA is devastated, holding his ribs and rolling on the canvas! Shibata pulls himself up on the ropes, fist clinches and he slaps his knee and puts his hands together, signalling for lights out for CIMA! CIMA gets up and lounges towards Shibata in desperation, but Shibata blocks and ducks, lifting CIMA onto his shoulders to deliver a Go 2 Sleep! CIMA looks out of it, but Shibata is not done, as he stalks CIMA around the ring, waiting for him to show signs of life as Crazy MAX screams on the outside for CIMA to get up and fight! CIMA, in an absolute daze, running on nothing, places a hand on the mat and tries to pull himself up to a knee, but falls over to a seated position, sitting in the middle of the ring. Shibata gives him a thumbs down and runs, delivering a brutal Penalty Kick that knocks him out completely! The fans cheer as CIMA lays motionless, eyes closed on the mat and Shibata begins to climb the top of the cage. From there, Shibata looks down as Crazy MAX, Dragon Kid, Shinzaki, and Sasuke all jockey for position, trying to hold back the others, but Shibata doesn't care and aims for the closest enemy target, and ends up wiping out just about everybody as he would dive off the cage with a flying kick, and from there, he manages to make his feet touch the ground and win the contest!
Kondo and Mochizuki retreat and try to enter the cage to help up CIMA, as Shibata celebrates with his comrades as he now eyes a shot at Seth Rollins' championship at the next supershow!
