Batista defeated Fénix by pinfall. Fénix was very impressive and won over the crowd. In fact, he appeared poised to win the match when he got Batista on the mat after a pair of superkicks, but Batista still managed to kick out of the pinfall. A distraction by Sensational Sherri when Fénix went to the corner to go for a high-flying move enabled Batista to get out of the way of a double springboard moonsault and then nail a spear and a Batista Bomb to win the match.

Shinsuke Nakamura defeated La Parka by pinfall. Nakamura worked very stiff with his feet and his legs, while La Parka worked very stiff with a steel chair. Even though La Parka battered Nakamura with a chair after the referee was inadvertently knocked out, Nakamura was able to get back into the match by nailing with a roundhouse kick into the chair. Not long after that, Nakamura laid out La Parka with an inverted exploder suplex and then finished him off with the Bomaye.

Kurt Angle defeated Baron Corbin by pinfall. Angle frustrated Corbin with his technical wrestling abilities, but he eventually dropped the Olympic Gold Medalist with a hard big boot to the face and then brawled his way to the brink of victory scoring a very long two count after giving Angle the Deep Six. However, Angle caught Corbin by surprise by trapping him in an ankle lock, which served as the basis of a comeback that eventually saw Angle give the “Lone Wolf” the Angle Slam.

Pentagon Jr. defeated Psicosis by pinfall in tonight’s main event. They kept a high pace of action throughout this one as both men got plenty of offense in and hit many exciting high risk maneuvers. For example, Psicosis executed a corkscrew plancha and a diving huricanrana from the ring apron to the floor. Meanwhile, Pentagon Jr. nailed Piscosis with a springboard cross body to the outside, as well as an impressive tope con giro (over the top rope suicide senton). In the end, however, it was Pentagon Jr. who secured the victory when he gave Psicosis a package piledriver.
