VS.
The Stampeders vs. The Brain Busters
This week’s show begins with a hotly contested tag team match between two of the top teams in AGPW. On one side of the ring, you have the Stampeders – Lance Storm and Tyson Kidd – a pair of gifted athletes hailing from Calgary, Alberta. On the other side of the ring, you have the Brain Busters – Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard – a pair of old-school Southern grapplers who were more athletic and entertaining than most of their peers. The match motors along with a quick and steady pace. Their offensive output is fairly even and there is a feeling that either team can win, right up until Kidd climbs the turnbuckle to attempt a high impact, high risk maneuver. He goes for the blockbuster, but Anderson moves out of the way and then knocks Storm off of the apron with a hard forearm to the face. Taking advantage of Kidd’s missed high flying maneuver, Anderson runs him over with a hard running clothesline, tags Blanchard in and they give him a spike piledriver to win the match. Once the match has ended, they take a microphone and declare themselves the top of the mountain in the tag team division and say that they want one thing only, and that is to win the North American Tag Team Titles from Tazaro.
Official Decision: The Brain Busters win by pinfall at 9:42
After the Brain Busters have left the ring, while Storm is helping Kidd regain consciousness, the trio of Boston strongmen – Frank Scarpa, Tommaso Ciampa and Frank Sexton – hop the guardrail, enter the ring and administer and attack on the Stampeders. This brings Owen Hart out to the ring and he receives a chorus of cheers from the fans as he scatters the strongmen by giving them all shots with a kendo stick. Hart grabs a microphone and issues an open challenge to anyone of the three of them to a match, right here, right now, in Moncton, the heart and home town of AGPW! Ciampa accepts the challenge and we get an impromptu unsanctioned inter-promotional match between Owen Hart and Tommaso Ciampa!
*Commercial Break 1*
VS.
Owen Hart vs. Tommaso Ciampa
This unsanctioned match starts up during the commercial break and continues for a good long while thereafter. It incorporates some elements of technical wrestling and a whole lot of back-and-forth hard hitting action as both men try to suplex the hell out of each other. While Hart and Ciampa give the fans an excellent inside of the ring, Frank Scarpa, Frank Sexton, Lance Storm and Tyson Kidd all remain at ringside and they are like a powder keg waiting to explode. At one point during the match, Hart gets tossed from the ring where Scarpa and Sexton beat on him to a poor reception from the fans. Later, Ciampa gets back body dropped over the top rope where Storm and Kidd put the boots to him to thunderous ovation. Surprisingly, in neither case, does that powder keg explode. It finally does when when both men end up out on the floor and the two sides slowly move closer and closer to the action until words and exchanged and then a pier six brawl opens up. Still, Hart and Ciampa are able to continue the match inside of the ring for about another minute. It reaches its conclusion when Hart ducks a discus lariat attempt and then knocks Ciampa out with a leg-feed enzuigiri kick! He covers Ciampa for the win. After the match, Hart, Storm and Kidd celebrate in the ring, while a Canadian flag is waved and the fans chant ‘Canada! Canada!’
Official Decision: Owen Hart wins by pinfall at 9:15
*Commercial Break 2*
René Duprée comes out to the ring to one of the poorest homecoming receptions that anyone has ever heard. He takes a microphone and cuts a promo about how ungrateful is hometown is for treating him as they do despite that he is a living legend and the greatest thing to ever come out of Moncton. Then, he tells everyone that because of the way they treat him when he comes to town, he will never bring another AGPW back to Moncton after he has assumed control of the company, which he promises will happen when “Superstar” Billy Graham defeats Bret “The Hitman” Hart at WAR ON THE EAST COAST (on December 28 in Boston, MA, USA)!
Emile Duprée comes out and receives a warm reception from the crowd. He has a short and simple message for his son. Since he doesn’t plan on bringing AGPW back to Moncton once he has control of the company, it is important that René give his hometown one final match to remember him by. And because he is the greatest thing to ever come out of Moncton, he figured why not have that match be against the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be – Bret “The Hitman” Hart – in tonight’s main event! And, by the way, René’s friends from Californiacation will be banned from ringside, so as to not risk ruining what will surely be René’s final wrestling appearance in front of his hometown!
Jeremy Borash is standing by with the North American Tag Team Champions, Taz and Cesaro, collectively known as Tazaro. They take this time to respond to declaration by the Brain Busters that their lone goal is to defeat Tazaro and win the North American Tag Team Titles. In response, they tell the Brain Busters to win if they can, but survive only if they let them (in 5 different languages). Tazaro will face the Brain Busters at WAR ON THE EAST COAST (on December 28 in Boston, MA, USA)!

VS.
Trevor Murdoch w/ Jimmy Hart vs. Rusev w/ Maryse Ouellet
After being on the losing end of a tag team match against the Redneck Wrecking Crew a few weeks ago, Rusev challenges one half of the Rednecks to a singles match in order to prove that the loss was because his partner Magnus was the weak link to the Brute Force tag team. Rusev has retained the managerial services of Maryse Ouellet, who may not have a megaphone like Murdoch’s positivity coach, Jimmy Hart, but is loud enough to give him direct orders at certain points in the match. For the opening few minutes of this match, it’s like a barroom brawl. Murdoch brings the fight to the Bulgarian Brute, but he takes all of the punishment that Murdoch can muster and then gives it back to him tenfold. Rusev makes Murdoch suffer with a number of muay thai kick strikes and high impact power moves. As always, Rusev finishes the match with a deadly swinging side slam and The Accolade submission hold.
Official Decision: Rusev wins by submission at 4:56
Our cameras catch “Classy” Freddie Blassie is a secret backstage meeting with Killer Kowalski. The meeting is so secretive that is conducted under the hush of secrecy. Words cannot be heard and the camera doesn’t see very much as it has spied this meeting through a think crack of a drawn stage curtain. It appears to catch an exchange of a think brown envelope and nothing more. When the camera pans out, we see that notorious headcase and host of a televised travel fishing magazine show, Eric Young, is also spying on this meeting through an opening in the curtain.

w/ VS. w/
Christopher Daniels w/ Kazarian & “Classy” Freddie Blassie vs. Chris Jericho w/ Christian Cage
Here we get a fantasy wrestling dream match that could exist in the Mash-Up Wrestling Universe and that can only be brought to you by AGPW. Christopher Daniels, a charter member of Californiacation is a 2-time AGPW North American Tag Team Champion with his Bad Influence tag team partner, François Kazarian. They have had an excellent run in AGPW this year. Chris Jericho is a fan favourite and one of the very best and most successful Canadian professional wrestlers of all-time. He arrived in AGPW half a year ago and after butting heads with the “Macho King” Randy Savage, he dove head first into a feud Californiacation. His friend and occasional tag team partner, Christian Cage, who joins him at ringside, has been at the forefront of AGPW’s struggles to combat Californiacation since it arrived on the scene. The action is fast and exciting. Both men use the ropes frequently for their attacks. The match takes place inside and out of the ring. When the match spills out to the floor for the third time, Kazarian and Cage aren’t able to stop from getting involved, which gives the referee more trouble than he can handle. He’s unable to get both participants to return to the ring and is forced to call is a double countout. With the match officially ended, “Classy” Freddie Blassie encourages his men to use weapons again Vitamin C. They take up arms, but Jericho and Cage wrestle the steel chairs out of their opponent’s hands and turn them against Bad Influence, culminating in a pair of con-chair-tos for Daniels and Kazarian! Bad Influence has been turned into a bad mess. Vitamin C is not to be messed with! Watch Vitamin C battle Bad Influence in a Losers Leave Town Ultimate X Match at WAR ON THE EAST COAST (on December 28 in Boston, MA, USA)!
Official Decision: Double countout at 8:36
*Commercial Break 5*
Our cameras spot Eric Young informing Emile Duprée that he saw “Classy” Freddie Blassie talking to Killer Kowalski and that he thinks some money was exchanged. Although he may be crazy, Young thinks that Blassie found a way to put the fix in on tonight’s main event. Duprée thanks him for the intelligence report and says that he’s hired a fixer to deal with problems like this. He predicts that the main event will still be contested fairly, as planned.
“Nature Boy” Ric Flair styles and profiles his way down to the ring. He isn’t scheduled to be here tonight, but he decides to come out here to delay the show in protest of Bret Hart being named the #1 contender to the International Heavyweight Championship. He plans on occupying the ring for the rest of the night and threatens to take all of his clothes off on live television if he doesn’t get what Hart has. Ed Whelan enters the ring to try to persuade Flair to end his protest, but he only gets angrier, arguing that he should be the #1 contender to the International Heavyweight Championship and claims that Bret Hart pulled his tights to win the match.
Flair struts all over the ring and drops elbows on his slacks. He’s truly lost it. Then, he cuts an impassioned promo about how there isn’t a man alive who can fill his boots, going on to say that that he’s the true best there is, was and ever will be and tells Whelan that he can say that because there’s nobody in the world who can beat him!
Bring on the Samoan Submission Machine! Samoa Joe comes to the ring and takes issue with the Nature Boy’s words. He tells Flair that the only man in AGPW that nobody in the world can beat is Samoa Joe. Furthermore, he tells Flair that if he disagrees, all he needs to do is face him one-on-one at WAR ON THE EAST COAST (on December 28 in Boston, MA, USA) to prove him wrong! Flair does disagree and promises to slap the taste out of Joe’s mouth so hard that he’ll need a year of dental work to get it back. Joe tells Flair that he’s going to kill him and leave his remains to rot on the streets of Boston, MA.
And that’s when an incensed Nature Boy, slaps Joe hard, prompting a tussle that requires a bunch of officials to try to break it up. When they pull Flair and Joe apart, Flair makes like he’s going to leave, only to sneak up from behind and low blow Joe! Then he puts Joe in a figure four leg lock! Eventually, the officials restore order and get Flair to release the hold on Joe. Flair leaves all of his clothes behind in the ring and promises to destroy Samoa Joe at WAR ON THE EAST COAST (on December 28 in Boston, MA, USA)!

VS. VS. VS.
Trish Stratus & Awesome Kong vs. AJ Lee & Gail Kim vs. Jazz & Charlotte Flair vs. Fabulous Moolah & Paige
This is a fatal fourway tag team match featuring all eight of the best female wrestlers in the world. Current Women’s Champion Trish Stratus and the gatekeeper to her throne, Awesome Kong, are at a distinct advantage as they are the only two women to have ever teamed together prior to this match (and only here in the Mash-Up Wrestling universe). The other teams, while loaded with talent, are unfamiliar with each other. All the same, the other three pairings of AJ Lee and Gail Kim, Jazz and Charlotte Flair, and Fabulous Moolah and Paige seem to complement each other. Everyone gets an opportunity to compete in this match. There are plenty of tags between partners and between teams. Everyone wants an opportunity to take on Stratus, except for AJ Lee, who wants to help Stratus every chance she gets. Stratus won’t let anyone touch her as she comes into the ring and does a few moves before tagging Kong into the match to destroy whoever is in the ring at the time. Late in the match, the referee loses control as all of the women start entering the ring and attacking each other at a rapid pace. Jazz and Paige end up brawling on the outside of the ring and continue to fight up the entrance aisle and into the back. Fabulous Moolah finally gets her hands on Stratus, much to the delight of the fans, and she starts flinging her around with her Moolah whip, but then she gets chop blocked to the mat and given a shining wizard by AJ Lee, who then urges Stratus to go for the pin. She instead gives Kong a silent instruction to attack, so she clubs AJ from behind with a wicked lariat to the back of her head and neck! Awesome Kong then gives AJ an Awesome Bomb! She gets up and allows Stratus to make the cover while she stands guard. 1…2…3!
Official Decision: Trish Stratus & Awesome Kong win by pinfall at 11:32

René Duprée w/ “Classy” Freddie Blassie vs. Bret “The Hitman” Hart
For René Duprée’s so-called final match in his hometown, his father Emile has chosen to make him face the best there is, best there was and best there ever will be. However, rather than risk being embarrassed in front of his hometown – which supports his opponent – “Classy” Freddie Blassie has made arrangements to keep Duprée from behind laughed out of town. It takes all of about 3-minutes of Duprée being made to look like a fool before the hired mercenary, Killer Kowalski, makes a blatant attack on The Hitman, which officially ends the match.
Official Decision: Bret "The Hitman" Hart wins by disqualification at 3:38
Kowalski tears into The Hitman and puts him down to the mat with his Kowalski Claw. Then, he sets up for a piledriver and Duprée is standing alongside ready to help him spike it, but that’s when…
Big E. Langston rushes to the ring! He must be Emile Duprée’s fixer. He lays out René with a bicycle kick! Meanwhile, Kowalski gives Hart a piledriver. In retaliation, Big E grabs René and waits to lock eyes with Kowalski before pointing at him and annihilating him with the Big Ending! Kowalski shows no fear and neither does Big E. A collision of big men happens right in the middle of the ring. They go back-and-forth until Big E ducking a running clothesline and then clotheslining Kowalski over the ropes and out to the floor! Then, Big E hops out of the ring and continues to battle with Kowalski all of the way out of the arena and into the back.
After recovering from receving the Big Ending from Big E. Langston, René Duprée grabs a microphone to complain about how his father cannot be trusted not to put the fix on the “Superstar” Billy Graham versus Bret “The Hitman” Hart main event at WAR ON THE EAST COAST (on December 28 in Boston, MA, USA)! Clearly, he has hired goons to try to fix the results of the match rather than have a fair contest to determine who will control AGPW at the end of the night. This brings René’s father, and owner of the company, Emile, out to the ring to announce that he’ll give René a chance to seal the fate of AGPW by giving him the opportunity to call the match himself. But, of course, there is just one catch: René has to compete in and win his match at WAR ON THE EAST COAST (on December 28 in Boston, MA, USA) in order to be the official referee of the Graham vs. Hart main event. However, if he loses, then his opponent will be deemed the referee. René accepts the deal and demands to know who is opponent will be. Emile reveals his opponent and it blows the roof off of the Moncton Coliseum. His opponent is Moncton’s true hometown professional wrestling hero, the one and only, Leo Burke!
