"Gangs of BCCW"
BCCW Tag Team Champion TRUSTBUSTERS (Lou Thesz & Jack Swagger)
When the "Broken City Throwdown" was only about one thing - "honor" - Lou Thesz was one of the first to answer the call. As Undisputed champion it was his duty. His title defense in an old-fashioned 2 out of 3 falls match at "RESPECT THE SHOOTERS AND HOOKERS" earned his place in the history books. His victory was so resounding, that his opponent that night Jack Swagger humbly asked for the privilege to train with Thesz and his coaches (including Masahiko Kimura). The Shooters Club in BCCW was born. At the following PPV "CITY of CHAMPIONS", Thesz & Swagger officially united under the name "Trustbusters" - an old fashioned term for men who took it to the heart and throat of the system. The newly-christened Trustbusters battled Gold Dust Trio Inc reps Ed "Strangler" Lewis and Desmond Wolfe in a 5-star classic. The match came down to the wire, but Trustbusters earned a DQ victory after a heinous post-match assault by Strangler and Wolfe. This set the two men on a course of revenge - and against doctors orders - Lou Thesz stepped back into the ring at "KNOW the LEDGE" to defend his Undisputed title against Desmond Wolfe. He lost the title that night, but it only solidified his course of action. The Trustbusters came back at "AFTERMATH" to win the first set of BCCW Tag Team championships in company history. They've reigned atop the Tag Team division ever since. They represent pro wrestling in its most purest, uncomplicated form. Since competing in BCCW they've proven their style triumphant over the hardcore antics of the Cannibal Cartel, and the street-savvy swagger of the BLK MOBB. Now they look forward to "GANG RULZ", where the next challengers to their throne will be determined.
BCCW and the Trustbusters present...
[glow=red,2,300]"THE MARCIANO CUP"[/glow] (Trustbusters Invitational)
Recently, the BCCW tag team champion Trustbusters (Lou Thesz & Jack Swagger) made a blockbuster announcement: they are funding and sponsoring a 16-team All Fantasy tag team tournament to be held as a warm-up prelude show to the next BCCW ppv "GANG RULZ"!!! In the vein and tradition of such events as the Crockett cup and Asylum Alliance tourney, the Trustbusters have invited 16 of the greatest teams in BCCW history (which in turn means "wrestling history") to compete in a two-night tournament to determine tag team supremacy. Named after one of Brockton MA's greatest warriors - Rocky Marciano - the "MARCIANO CUP" will celebrate tag team excellence.
With the battle for the hearts, minds and soul of BCCW still being waged, the Trustbusters made a preemptive strike with this announcement. This automatically usurps the murmuring and whisperings of a "King of the Death Match" tourney that The Grand Wizard was supposedly masterminding in the wake of the title's vacancy. Instead of promoting anarchy, chaos and violence, the Trustbusters are promoting the purity and sanctity of their art with this tournament. Not only will the 16 teams be amongst the best ever (past, present and future) and collect $250K for the victory - they will automatically become #1 contenders and the next challengers to the Trustbusters titles. This is huge news, folks. Already speculation is running rampant about who the 16 teams will be. These are the names we have confirmed:
___________________________________________________________
BLK MOBB (Ruckus & Sabian)
They've toured the American indy scene under the name BLKOUT for years. But Ruckus and Sabian are East Coast Broken City BLK MOBB disciples through and through. They made their names in BCCW right from the start, taking out Hall-of-Fame legends the Rock-N-Roll Express at "RESPECT THE SHOOTERS & HOOKERS". They represented at "CITY of CHAMPIONS" in the Money-in-the-Bank invitational, kickstarting a racially-charged blood feud with the Fabulous Freebirds in the process. BLK MOBB would clash with the Freebirds at "KNOW the LEDGE" and "BEHIND the WALLS", splitting a pair of matches. Their reputation cemented, BLK Mobb continued to hover at the top of the burgeoning BCCW tag team scene. They competed in a TLC match at "GRAND CONJUNCTION" and entered into a feud with The Public Enemy, vowing to eradicate those poseurs from BCCW forever. They nearly succeeded, defeating Public Enemy at "AFTERMATH" and "DOUBLE DOWN" consecutively. This earned them a title shot against the Trustbusters at "ORIGINS of VIOLENCE". In what was perhaps the greatest performance of their career, BLK MOBB lost the match to the champions - but earned immeasurable locker room respect. In what was a career built on lies and disrespect, BLK MOBB felt the True School aura from the Trustbusters and it changed their lives. They have seemingly seen the light and embraced the role of BCCW fan favorite. But that will still never change their swag or indomitable aerial style.

SHEEPHERDERS
In the annals of deathmatch wrestling, the Sheepherders were "hardcore before hardcore was a brand". They operated in the Pacific Northwest where they earned a reputation as one of the most feared, reviled, destructive and violent tag teams in pro wrestling history. Maniacal, criminally-insane, homicidal and sadomasochistic, the Sheepherders cut a swath through the tag team ranks in route to becoming 2x UWF Tag Team champions - the last in company history before the NWA merger. The Sheepherders are the only team sick and violent enough to answer the Cannibal Cartel's challenge on their own homecourt - the bloodstained BCCW mat. So the Sheepherders came to Broken City for "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE", where they clashed with "Sick" Nick Mondo & Madman Pondo (aka "Cannibal Cartel") in one of the most brutal tag team matches in pro-wrestling history. The Sheepherders may have come up short that night, but the destruction and havoc they wreaked will stay fresh in the minds of BCCW faithful for a long time. Some have feared the violent loss has only unhinged the wild Sheepherders even further, and will set them on a bloody path through the BCCW locker room on their way to the top of the mountain. Nobody knows what these savages will do next.

THE USOS (w/ Tamina)
Jimmy (real name Jonathan Solofa Fatu) and Jey (real name Joshua Samuel Fatu) are the twin sons of Solofa Fatu, better known as Rikishi, and are part of the Anoa'i family. Tamina (real name Sarona Reiher) is the daughter of Jimmy Snuka and sister of Jimmy Reiher, Jr. To truly make their mark in the world of professional wrestling, they know they must travel to the basin of Broken City to compete in the Tag Team Throwdown. An invitiation-only event designed to crown the greatest in tag team wrestling (past, present and future). Representing Carson city, the Wild Samoans, and Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E. nationwide - The Uso's are in Broken City Championship Wrestling to show-n-prove.
RIKISHI: You guys look out for them! They’re in BCCW now. What I told my boys was, ‘You guys have a lot of shoes to fill, but do what you feel comfortable with. Win the fans, win the match.’ They’re seeing why daddy walks through the door limping, don’t want to throw the football, don’t want to play basketball. But they’re going to find out first-hand! CANNIBAL CARTEL
"Sick" Nick Mondo, MadMan Pondo & Trent Acid
More than a group, a tag team, secret society or a gang. The Cannibal Cartel is a way of life. Brutal, barbaric men on the edge - pushed over by the 3rd prong in the Devil's pitchfork: DRUGS. The Cannibal Cartel was founded in BCCW by the "Kilo" Killa Vicious Vic Grimes. He used it as a tool to amass himself a small army of drug-addled slaves dedicated to his cause. They said nobody's snow was purer and whiter than Vic Grime's, and he used that influence to temporarily rid BCCW of his target the MESSIAH. Then he finished off New Jack and took hold of the King of the Death Match title. "Sick" Nick Mondo, Madman Pondo and Trent Acid were Vic Grimes' handchosen servants. They celebrated him, followed him, and suckled from the teat of intoxication he dangled before them like a carrot on a string. The threesome of Mondo, Pondo & Acid debuted in BCCW way back at "KNOW the LEDGE" - the 3rd PPV hosted by BCCW. Although they were unsuccessful in their original foray, they made a statement at "BEHIND the WALLS" until they were stymied by the recently-returning MESSIAH. But at "GRAND CONJUNCTION" not only did Mondo & Pondo raise hell in the TLC invitational, they helped their boss Vic Grimes take out the Messiah once and for all. Their ultra-violence grew to scary and disturbing heights, each one seemingly invincible through their association with Grimes (and the product he procured). With the KotDM title in their camp, Vic Grimes directed the Cannibal Cartel towards the newly-formed BCCW tag team titles. They engaged in a stiff, no-nonsense feud with the Trustbusters over the belts. Although they came up short, they proved there is no limit they won't push themselves or their opponents. Their battles against the Trustbusters raged from "DOUBLE DOWN" to "DEEPER THAN WRESTLING", where their future would suddenly take a violent fall. At "DEEPER than WRESTLING", Cannibal Cartel mastermind (and chief supplier) Vic Grimes took on New Jack for the last time. Both men took a dramatic 30-foot plunge through a gasoline-infused table that ended their BCCW careers. The Cannibal Cartel was cut off from their source, and things got really ugly. Trent Acid snapped, roaming the BCCW corridors in a violent haze attacking anything. Cartel members Mondo & Pondo fractured behind the scenes, but were contractually forced to uphold a few appearances (including their last successful Xtreme rules match against the Sheepherders at "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE"). Without their main supplier and spiritual advisor, the Cannibal Cartel were on the brink of a full mental breakdown. This could be VERY dangerous for the organization, other wrestlers and themselves. Then suddenly, out of the clouds, a "savior" appeared. Recently, word on the streets is that a new supplier has set up shop in Broken City to fill the vacuum left by Vic Grimes and New Jack. This mysterious new benefactor has seemingly inserted him/she/themselves into the role of Cannibal Cartel director. It has been said that whoever this new voice on the streets is, they definitely have Pondo and Mondo's ear - drawing them even closer than when they first arrived in BCCW. It has been said this new supplier arranged for the stateside arrival of the Sheepherders and ordered the excommunication of Trent Acid from the Cartel. Thinning of the ranks or trial by toughness? It's hard to say now, or if this mysterious figure even exists. But new twists in the Cannibal Cartel saga continue to pop up. Most recently, when the Trustbusters announced their "MARCIANO CUP INVITATIONAL TOURNEY" and #1 contendership match, the Cannibal Cartel immediately entered themselves. But Pondo and Mondo won't be making the trip. This time, representing the "Cannibal Cartel" will be the unstable Trent Acid and a mysterious partner of the Cartel's choosing. After the brutal beatdown by his brethren at "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE", Trent Acid had reached rock bottom. Proving the blood-in/blood-out motif of gang life, Trent Acid was ordered to make restitution to the Cartel or suffer consequences even graver than the beating at "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE" (handed out by Mondo and Pondo). So at the "MARCIANO CUP" warm-up show (prelude to the BCCW PPV "GANG RULZ") - Trent Acid will once again don the black-and-white "Cannibal Cartel" gear and team up with a mystery partner to enter the 16-team tourney and emerge victorious as the new #1 contenders to the Trustbusters titles. Trent Acid must succeed. For the cost of failure may be too high for the young man to pay. But who is his hand-selected mystery partner???

STRAIGHT EDGE SOCIETY
Founded in BCCW by Luke Gallows, the SES has been on a warpath of destruction since Day #1. He unveiled his first recruit and convert Necro Butcher leading up to the first BCCW PPV "RESPECT THE SHOOTERS & HOOKERS". At the actual PPV, Gallows and Butcher were confronted by the Fabulous Freebirds, leading to the revelation of the Straight Edge Society's mystery 3rd member: POGO the CLOWN. Gallows had cured Butcher of his dependency on violence and mutilation, and saved Pogo from his lifestyle of murdering little boys. At "CITY of CHAMPIONS" their power was on full display when they attacked the "Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant and shaved his head. Their feud continued at "KNOW the LEDGE" when Valiant's "friend" Charlie Brown from Outta Town (actually Valiant in a mask) was squashed by Pogo the Clown. But it all came crashing down for the SES at "BEHIND the WALLS" with the "Boogie Man Jam 2010" tour. The SES were defeated that night, and forced to break-up per the conditions of the match! The team was fractured for good, but the SES ideology could not be killed. Luke Gallows (still controlling Necro Butcher) feuded with ex-follower Pogo the Clown and new BCCW arrival Serena over the rights to the Straight Edge Society franchise in BCCW. At "AFTERMATH" Pogo the Clown (w/ Serena) beat Necro Butcher to officially claim the rights to the SES. But they didn't do it alone. A masked man aided Pogo and Serena in their victory, before moving in to become their new "spiritual leader" and guiding force. The mysterious masked man made his presence felt again at "DOUBLE DOWN" when he interfered in the handicap match to help Pogo the Clown triumph over Necro Butcher and Luke Gallows again. Finally, the original BCCW Straight Edge Society was fractured for good - with this mysterious "higher power" driving a violent wedge between the 3 original members. This led to a 3-way match between Pogo, Butcher and Gallows at "DEEPER THAN WRESTLING", which each man claiming to have the favor of this mysterious "higher power". At "DEEPER THAN WRESTLING", this higher power was revealed to be none other than Jake "the Snake" Roberts! He sacrificed Necro Butcher and betrayed Luke Gallows to raise the hands of Pogo the Clown and Serena in victory. Jake "the Snake" Roberts is the new leader of the Straight Edge Society, and Pogo the Clown and Serena are his hand-chosen disciples. His masterplan however, remains a bit murky. He challenged Alexxis Neveah for the WWW championship on behalf of SES diva Serena, but then did nothing to help her win at "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE" (and reducing Serena to tears in the process). Now, with the announcement of the MARCIANO CUP tournament - Jake "the Snake" Roberts has entered his Straight Edge Society in the running. But he will not be stepping into the ring alongside Pogo the Clown... no, instead Jake Roberts has reached out to another man to be the killer clown's partner... original SES member Necro Butcher!!! Since losing his faith and mentor (when Luke Gallows was driven from BCCW), Necro Butcher hit rock bottom. At his lowest point, it was Jake "the Snake" Roberts who reached back out to him from the light (or is it the darkness?) He claimed to have been teaching Necro Butcher a valuable lesson by refusing him entry into the new SES until Necro Butcher proved his worthiness in the Snake's eyes. Now, Necro Butcher has that chance to earn Jake Roberts favor and regain entry into the SES - the only thing Necro Butcher has to hold onto in this life. At the "MARCIANO CUP" tournament - Necro Butcher will once again be teaming with Pogo the Clown to represent the "Straight Edge Society", and Jake "the Snake" Roberts has promised to save Necro Butcher further by showing him what he's been missing (the same ominous words he used to serve Serena in her failed title match).
Jake "the Snake" Roberts, Pogo the Clown, Serena & Necro Butcher

THE FABULOUS FREEBIRDS
The original party animals, the Fabulous Freebirds broke ground wherever they went. Innovators of the "Freebird" rule, they've wreaked havoc all the way from Texas to Georgia to muthaphuckkin Broken City MA state. They arrived in BCCW in time for the original Broken City Throwdown, answering the call of the militant Straight Edge Society (who they successfully vanquished at "RESPECT THE SHOOTERS & HOOKERS"). The party continued at "CITY of CHAMPIONS" when the Freebirds took part in the Money-in-the-Bank match. With the numbers advantage, the Freebirds were on their way to victory when New Jack of all people stopped them. This in turn led to a racially-charged scene in the South when the Freebirds were confronted by the BLK MOBB. They answered with Confederate colors and met the BLK MOBB at "KNOW the LEDGE" in a Rag versus Flag match. The Freebirds won the match in violent fashion and earned massive heat in Broken City with their actions. The war continued at "BEHIND the WALLS" and it helped earn the Freebirds BCCW's "Tag Team of the Year" honors. They even played foil to the "Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant the night Bruiser Brody made his BCCW debut (at "GRAND CONJUNCTION") and competed for the BCCW Tag Team titles at "AFTERMATH". The Freebirds got back to business at "DOUBLE DOWN", decimating the make-shift team of Boogie Woogie Man, Honky Tonk Man & Ryan Dangerfield. Notorious for their hard-partying binges, the Fabulous Freebirds actually no-showed "DEEPER than WRESTLING". But they returned with a vengeance at "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE", interrupting the Diamond Dynasty's free-agent acquisition speech. Now the Freebirds are back in the saddle, Sons of Anarchy-style. Rededicated, reinvigorated and committed to winning the MARCIANO CUP and facing the Trustbusters for the World Tag Team titles! White trash cowboys riding high!

DIAMOND DYNASTY
"Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers, Bobby Heenan, Wade Barrett, Dolph Ziggler & Maryse
Meanwhile, on the opposite end of the spectrum you have the Mercedes to a Harley. Glittering, effervescent, top-notch high rollers. Billion dollar Gentleman's Club. Dripping with class, oozing with sophistication. The Diamond Dynasty. Founded by the OG Nature Boy Buddy Rogers and his partner-in-crime Bobby "the Brain" Heenan, the Diamond Dynasty has shined over BCCW since the beginning. Buddy Rogers entered BCCW as the "Real World's Champion", offering to take on any contenders to the title. His main henchman, and mercenary-for-hire Wade Barrett rode shotgun with Rogers on the Dynasty's public quest to secure a 4th member. At "RESPECT the SHOOTERS HOOKERS", the 4th member was revealed to be "the Fortunate Son" Ted Dibiase Jr - complete with Million $$$ Championship belt and unlimited trust fund. The Dynasty helped propel Buddy Rogers to victory at "CITY of CHAMPIONS", where he unified his belt with the WWWF title and had a championship celebration long into the night. The Diamond Dynasty continued their platinum reign with a resounding victory over Team Cena at "KNOW the LEDGE". But their biggest victory would come at "BEHIND the WALLS (Live from Walpole Prison)" when "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers outlasted 7 other men to unify his Real World's/WWWF title with the WWE championship. A monumental achievement. But at their highest peak, undercurrents threatened to break them down. Ted Dibiase Jr had proven disloyal to the Diamond Dynasty cause, so he was excommunicated from the group - a loss young Ted Dibiase Jr did not take well. So he battled ex-stablemate Wade Barrett at "GRAND CONJUNCTION", and Buddy Rogers wound up losing his unified title to John Cena (a loss he blamed on Ted Dibiase Jr for the distraction). They swore vengeance upon Ted Dibiase Jr, and feasted upon him slowly. First Wade Barrett took his Million $$$ championship belt at "AFTERMATH". Then they took his girl Maryse. Finally, they beat him at "DEEPER than WRESTLING" in a loser leaves BCCW forever match. The loss came at the expense of his entire trust fund, and with the receipt of a damaging sex-tape scandal involving ex-porn star Lizzy Borden that destroyed Ted Dibiase Jrs personal life. The Diamond Dynasty ruin and pillage their foes beyond a reasonable doubt. With their excessive windfall, they held another highest-bidder auction to determine the new 4th member of the Dynasty. They went through all the pomp and circumstance of promoting the announcement, and planned to unveil their signing at "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE". They announced Dolph Ziggler (2012) as the 4th member of the Diamond Dynasty. But their black-tie affair was soiled by the sudden and unexpected arrival of the Fabulous Freebird, who desecrated the ceremony and wrinkled the Dynasty's creased slacks. Cue angry retort. When Buddy Rogers' old arch-nemesis Lou Thesz announced his sponsorship of the MARCIANO CUP, he bristled at the gesture. To him it was another cold slap in the face; a sign of disrespect. He plans on entering his boys Wade Barrett and Dolph Ziggler in the tournament to prove once and for all that Diamonds are forever.

BRISCO BROTHERS
JACK BRISCO: I knew which direction the business was going in. I knew it was just a matter of time. The cost of making TV shows, the cost of renting the buildings, the newspaper ads, the cost of insurance you had to get, it was getting to where local promotions weren't going to be able to survive much longer due to the costs. I saw the money and the organization BCCW put together and I knew it was a matter of time. The BCCW tag team title... my brother and I are here to take it! I thought while the getting is good, I'd get some money out of it. It ended up that Jerry and I were about the only group in the whole country to get anything. Mister Thesz, on behalf of the Brisco Brothers of Oklahoma - we accept your challenge to appear in the MARCIANO CUP! May the best team win!

MONSTAH SQUAD
Foreshadowing the arrival of loudmouths like Paul Heyman and Jim Cornette, and manipulative schemers like the Sinister Minister comes the brash and obnoxious Grand Wizard of wrestling. "Ernie Roth" as the gentlemen in Gold Dust Trio Inc call him, but his charges call him "master". They are the bottom of the barrel, most horrifying, sadistic monsters in the annals of pro wrestling history., Men the original Sheik and Crazy Luke Graham at one time all called The Grand Wizard their manager and mouthpiece. The Grand Wizard came to BCCW as one third of the mighty management firm Gold Dust Trio Inc. His managerial expertise prepared him nicely to deal with the bloodthirsty savages inhabiting wrestling's dungeon. He unleashed the savage fury of Abdullah the Butcher upon BCCW with the goal of monopolizing the King of the Death match crown - a championship belt so taboo and forbidden it's not officially recognized in most cannon wrestling establishments. Strictly for the hardcore. But his personal pride and maniacal ego go the best of him when he was sidetracked in a feud with Mil Mascaras and set about trying to remove the masked mans head. To further his own cause, he secured the services of high-priced mercenary Bruiser Brody and unveiled his allegiance at "AFTERMATH". They were called the "Monstah Squad" after a throwaway TGF promo with a Boston accent. At "DOUBLE DOWN", The Grand Wizard held it down for Gold Dust Trio Inc by having his men absolutely savage the Shooters Club - but it unwittingly kickstarted a feud with hardcore icon the MESSIAH over the claim to be hardcore's finest. Shockingly, the Monstah Squad lost an upset to the MESSIAH at "DEEPER than WRESTLING" before losing once again at "ORIGIN of VIOLENCE" in a tag team match when a new enemy emerged to challenge TGW and his Monstah's Squad rule - the Celtic warrior SHEAMUS! Now, his original Monstah Squad roster is splitting apart at the seams - Abdullah the Butcher and Bruiser Brody were even rumored to be involved in a locker room altercation over the weekend. Bruiser Brody is enraged over the interference (and perceived lack of support from TGW) and has challenged Sheamus one-on-one at "GANG RULZ". But before the PPV, comes the MARCIANO CUP warm-up show. TGW knows Lou Thesz timed his announcement of the tourney to top TGW's own sponsorship of the upcoming KotDM tournament. And he has vowed to answer the Trustbusters challenge with a new team of Monstah Squad killers. Two men he calls "The Henchmen", who will show up at the MARCIANO CUP under The Grand Wizard's tutelage and win the whole damn thing. Who will The Grand Wizard bring with him to enter the tournament? Tune in to the MARCIANO CUP to find out!!!!
Plus, the returns of Public Enemy, the Rock-N-Roll Express and many more surprises! Who is the best tag team in history? Who will go on to face the Trustbusters for the BCCW tag team titles, and be $250k richer??? Tune in when BCCW and the Trustbusters host the MARCIANO CUP to find out! 1st and 2nd round tournament matches will be held that night. The exciting conclusion will transpire at the next PPV "GANG RULZ"!!!
