”All Hallows Eve” (Pre-fight Hype Show & Party)On the night before Halloween, all through the west. American Gangsters strapped up and slapped on their vest/ To Redondo Beach they journeyed with liquor left to spare For hallucinations imagined would soon be there/
Mash-Up Wrestling promoters all quivered in their beds. To visions of Strangler Lewis with guns to their heads/ “Behold the dark vision! And all that it crosses!” Another Halloween in Hell from the boss of all bosses…/ ** DARK MATCHES **(A night of free, Internet-only matches to hype tomorrow’s main PPV card) versus vs vs MCMG def Generation ME vs. Kendrick & London vs. Team 4:20 (Ruckus & Weedman)(4-way flash in the pan burst of excitement right out the gate. Exciting exchanges and combinations from every team, but MCMG prove too quick, too versatile and too experienced. They win to get the live crowd rocking and the outdoor party started) vs w/ Fabulous Kangaroos def. Cryme Tyme 2.0(The feel-good celebration was cut off by the anti-American/pro Australian strains of the FabKangs anthem - and they got down to some quick American-bashing on the mic. These brash statements were met head-on by Rashad Cameron’s “Movement’ of angry Black thugs. They actually *agreed* with the FabKangs and touched on some very controversial political hot buttons RE: Obama vs. Romney the Election. But before the love fest got too radical - XPW Remixed VP Joseph “Toots” Mondt himself appeared to assign this match - immediately! Good, stiff brawl between the two teams inside and outside the ring, before a miscommunication from the Movement results in an Australian flagpole broken over JTG’s back! FabKangs pick up the crooked win by out cheating the cheaters and giving them something else to complain about…) versus Tommaso Ciampa (w/ TBI) def. Ricky Reyes (w/ Rashad Cameron)(… and complain the Movement does - long and loud - until the crushing death-metal strains of XPW Remixed’s newest tag team sensation rings out - TRULY BAD INTENTIONS! Ryback & Machine Gun Karl Anderson storm the ring (FabKangs flee) and claim it for their stable mate Tommaso Ciampa to make a challenge. He wants Rashad Cameron - but instead gets Ricky Reyes. Great, Indy-level, hardcore ROH Purist Dream match between the two athletic talents that is won convincingly with a “Project Ciampa” finish. Tommaso Ciampa & TBI hold their arms aloft in victory and show deference to their mysterious sensei!!) vs Mildred Burke def. Wendi Richter(The co-co-main event tonight as two legendary baby face heroes tangle in inter-generational fantasy combat. Similar to Lou Thesz, in the sense that she has a bullying mean streak that is extra-appreciated in the rough-and-tumble world of XPW Remixed, and her stretch of the rules is appreciated as hard-nosed or gritty. Richter is the fiery Rock-n-Roll blast from the ‘80s and more than holds her own. But a tight arm triangle by Burke forces her to tap out in submission. Post match, both woman embrace and congratulate each other to cheers on a hard-fought battle)** CUT ** ** INTERMISSION ** Pre-taped words from XPW Remixed president Ed "Strangler" Lewis promoting the "Another Halloween in Hell" supershow. Plus - KotDM title decided in an Xtreme Elimination Chamber! Triple threat match for the XPW Remixed Woman's championship! XPW TV title tourney FINALS! And so much more! STAY TUNED!!**CUT ** "Missy's Manor" w/ guest Honky Tonk ManDiscussing his rift and erupting feud with Heath Slater. His banter is interupted by the OMSRB himself and a dueling promo erupts - leading to a challenge match next XPW TV Episode! Heath Slater vs Honky Tonk Man! versus Alexxis Nevaeh def. Melina(Intermission was delayed as Melina took her sweet-ass Hollywood time, before finally pulling up in the stretch limousine… accompanied by Gorgeous George Wagner! The two so-called “main eventers” arrived in style and via red carpet… only to have a fiery Alexxis rip into Melina during her lascivious, time-wasting entrance (ostrich feathers flew)!! Melina is the loud, bitchy diva - Alexxis the south shore working class warrior - and she silences Melina’s condescension for good. Definitive victory for Alexis - and she leaves Melina fleeing in near tears while the crowd rocks behind her with chants of “XPW! XPW!”) ** CUT ** versus Gorgeous George Wagner def. Human Tornado(Super-charged rematch of their first hilarious encounter - see XPW TV Episode #56. Human Tornado won that night due to humiliating count-out - but tonight, Gorgeous George returns the favor. Heavy on the “entertainment” portion of our evening, it starts with George lambasting the officials for spoiling Melina’s debut and how trashy and low-budget the local area crowd is - when West Coast favorite Human Tornado finally appears to verbally pimp slap the “Human Orchid” and get the festivities started. George takes a stylish, new-wave ass kicking from Tornado - but before finally managing a series of sneak attacks on Tornado’s knee - one exchange that actually allows George to slip back inside the ring at refs count 9.5 to steal a victory and “even” their series of matches (all of which is sold by Gorgeous George like he just won an Oscar award for lifetime achievement…)** MAIN EVENT ** w/ versus Mark Henry (w/ Buddy Rogers) def. Colt Cabana(There were tense disagreements between Mark Henry and Matt Morgan about who would get this main event slot - but their superstar agent “Nature Boy” Buddy Rogers soothed their egos and came up with this compromise (Matt Morgan officially bowed out with a “training injury”). Cabana is straight from 2012 and his NWA championship reign but it still no match for Mark Henry and his World title run of 2011. “World’s Strongest Slam” is the exclamation point on this free PPV-pre show extravaganza…)** FADE OUT ** XPW Remixed presents... This is XPW Remixed and this is ANOTHER HALLOWEEN IN HELL! They run down the card - hype each match accordingly - before crediting XPW President Strangler Lewis on his excellent job and remarkable comeback! Let’s get right to the action and review the Tournament brackets that brought us to this XPW Remixed Television title match…** CUT TO RING ** __________________________________________________________________________** XPW Remixed TV Title **(Tournament FINALS)Jinder Mahal vs Jack Brisco [debut] | Jack Brisco | John Morrison vs Damien Sandow | Damien Sandow | Jack Brisco | |

ALBERTO DEL RIO (2011) w/ Ricardo Rodriguez versus JACK BRISCO (1975) w/ versus ADR enters in a million dollar vehicle with specialized ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez. Jack Brisco’s walkout is much more subdued, but elicits a huge reaction from the crowd. To start, Del Rio fights off a takedown attempt from Brisco - but fails to defend a 2nd and Brisco gets on top before moving into side control. The two get back to their feet and fight over wristlocks and armlocks - but Brisco gets the action back down on the mat with a series of slick headlock takeovers. Del Rio keeps trying to push off and scramble back to his feet, but Brisco maintains body control and holds a hammerlock tight. Del Rio rolls through and tries to trap him in an armbar. Striker notes the sick transition, as Del Rio has his legs locked around Briscos head. Jack Brisco slips out but Del Rio tries to keep control of the arm. Series of clotheslines and hip tosses and when Brisco tries to take guard - Del Rio grabs a guillotine. But Brisco pops out and stays on top with the ground and pound. Alberto gets a cowardly rope break and Brisco takes a moment to jaw with Ricardo at ringside. Del Rio with the running enziguri to take control. Big slam and Brisco covers up to avoid punishment. Jack stays active on the ground - trying to move from half guard to full guard. But Del Rio passes and moves from side control to North-South. Del Rio is going for the armbar. Brisco tries to pick him up and slam him down to get out of it, but Striker notes he's only making it worse. Brisco finally counters out with heavy rights and knees, often faking the right to set up the knee shot. ADR answers with an inside leg kick, but Brisco takes him down and transitions to a knee bar. Both men have been working their respective appendages throughout the bout - Del Rio cranking the arm for his arm breaker - Brisco softening up the legs for his Figure 4. Neither man ever gets their finisher off though. In the end, ample distraction tactics from Rodriguez finally succeed and Brisco succumbs to a sneak roll-up (rope-assisted + holding the tights) for 3! Del Rio *wins* by pinfall to become the XPW Remixed Television champion… while Jack Brisco gets a small measure of revenge by finally chasing them down and locking Ricardo Rodriguez in a crippling Figure 4 leglock. Winner (and NEW XPW Television champion): ALBERTO DEL RIO ** CUT ** ** BACKSTAGE INTERLUDE **Cameras and backstage correspondent MSD catch the limousine arrival of ROB BLACK back to XPW Remixed! He is boisterous, gregarious and cocky upon arrival. He has nothing but glowing things to say to MSD, and is slightly surprised to hear his partner, Interim GM and on-screen Commissioner Jack Pfefer is NOT here tonight. Never the less, Rob Black has big plans for his return and has a bombshell new signing he wants to reveal tonight that he promises will *BRING RATINGS!!* [cue ominous music]. MSD throws it back to Striker & Tazz in the booth as Black and his associates move into the building… ** CUT TO RING ** __________________________________________________________________________** XPW Remixed Woman’s championship **AWESOME KONG vs. SABLE © vs. TRISH STRATUS versus versus The match starts with Kong pushing Sable and Trish away when they charge at her. So the WWF Barbie Twins try to perform a double Irish-whip on Kong - only to have the Awesome one smash them into each other! Kong follows up with a double clothesline. Then she sends both women into the corner and sets up a running charge… Sable dodges at the last moment, leaving Trish Stratus behind to take the full brunt of the avalanche. Sable dropkicks Kong into the ropes, and scores with a middle rope double ax-handle that forces her giant opponent out of the ring. Sable tries a few sneaky pinfall attempts on Trish, but Stratus comes back with some offense and quick 2-counts of her own. Crowd really behind Trish here. Stratus tries a springboard bulldog on Sable - but gets caught by a recuperated Kong and crushed with a neck breaker. Outside the ring - Sable attempts a cross-body onto Kong, but is caught in mid-air! Almost out of nowhere - Trish Stratus then dives through the ropes and takes both opponents out! Trish throws Sable back in the ring, hits some chops but misses the Chick Kick. Sable fights back with a few elbows and forearms.
Kong once again proves susceptible to a double-team attempt from Trish & Sable - but the two fantasy wrestling rivals just cannot stay on the same page long enough to take advantage. Sable’s bitchy, catty jealousy always rears it’s ugly head and she takes great joy in mocking Trish with dirty gyrations. But Awesome Kong retorts with a nasty fallaway slam on Sable! Kong then takes Trish out with a huge spear! But only for a 2 count! Kong tosses Trish over the top rope and goes for Sable (who begs off). But the crowd is cheering Kong now, who responds with an evil cock-eyed grin before crushing Sable off the ropes with a huge clothesline. Sable dodges a corner splash from Kong, and gets in a few chops. Sable attempts a crucifix pin on Kong, but is countered into a spinning backfist! Trish is back in now and dropkicks Kong in the knees. But off the ropes, Kong catches Trish with a military press slam! Finally - Sable and Trish get it together one more time to exchange rights on Kong and take her down with a double dropkick. Sable tries to steal the pin, but Trish breaks it up. The two women begin bickering and arguing, before coming to blows again! Catfight! Awesome Kong recovers to take both women out again in dominating fashion. Sable gets hit with an Implant Buster - but Trish Stratus breaks up the pin. She gets the closest near fall of the night on Kong - but it’s not enough. She winds up getting mauled with a body-folding Awesome bomb… that Sable fails to break up in time! Honestly, it looked she had enough and let Kong feast on Trish’s battered carcass for the title! Winner (and NEW XPW Remixed Woman’s champion): AWESOME KONG** CUT ** __________________________________________________________________________** XPW Remixed King of the Death Match **KILO © vs. SAMI CALLIHAN vs. THE SHEIK vs. MASADA vs. SNUFF vs. POGO the CLOWN** Xtreme Elimination Chamber Match!! ** vs vs vs vs Madness. Insanity. Perversion. Debauchery. Damnation. This is straight horror movie shit, and as the steel monstrosity that *IS* the Xtreme Elimination chamber is lowered into place - we get a sick video recap of this violent clash - punctuated by the fantasy wrestling career-ending attack suffered by former #1 contender Messiah (see XPW TV Episode #58: Strangler vs. Severn)… tonight, Sami Callihan and last years winner OG Sheik start the match - and Callihan’s fan-forced baby face run is reviewed by Striker & Taz (including his past with exiled Messiah). Right out of the gate, Sheik tries to blow a fireball in Sami’s face - but is expertly deflected by Callihan’s use of a steel chair as a shield. He hammers the Sheik with some chair shots and takes over on offense. The crowd is already chanting “WE WANT BLOOD!!” Sami Callihan still has the chair but Sheik kicks it right back into face. Entrant #1: MASADAMasada charges Callihan with a spiked board and now he and Sheik are bleeding. Masada sends Callihan into the cage, but only gets 2. Bodyslam and suplex on the metal, and Callihan is down while Sheik & Masada brawl. Sheik puts Masada in the corner with elbows to the body - before unleashing (with great fanfare and cheers) the stabbing pencil! Now Masada is savaged and bloody. Entrant #2: SNUFFXPW Original and Rob Black brain child SNUFF breaks out next with a huge length of chain (attached to a dog collar). He goes right after Sheik, raking him across the steel cage and strangling him with the chain. Sami Callihan with the cheese grater to Masada’s head. Snuff is hammering away on Sheik’s bloody forehead - before retreviing an ominous black bag - and dumping it’s contents on the mat… shards of GLASS! Snuff spreads the glass on the mat, and tries to rub Sheik’s face in it. Entrant #3: POGO the CLOWNSheik’s forehead is just pouring blood all over the glass in the ring in a disgusting sight. Pogo the Clown emerges with his barbed wire shovel and take everybody out - before posing and pounding his chest (as the crowd chants “POGO! POGO!“) But Sami Callihan fights back against the face-painted fat man, and sends Pogo face first into the side of the cage multiple times. Snuff tries to power bomb Sheik but gets back dropped onto the glass! Masada with a leg drop off the top onto Snuff - driving him further into the glass shards! 1!.. 2!.. 3! SNUFF IS THE FIRST ONE ELIMINATED! But Sheik has a piece of glass and smashes it over the head of Masada! Sami Callihan & Pogo the Clown are exchanging blows, when Pogo fells him with a blackhole slam (but only 2). Pogo is frustrated. Final Entrant: KILO ©Finally the reigning KotDM champion is released last, and goes right to work with a pizza cutter (chained around his neck) and a muthaphuckkin staple gun! KILO ELIMINATES MASADA after a Vader Bomb sandwiches him between two barbed wire boards! Sheik blasts Kilo with 3 sick unprotected chair shots to the head… that Kilo no-sells! Laughing menacingly, he winds up spearing Sheik THROUGH one of the bulletproof glass panels of the chamber! 1!.. 2!.. 3! KILO TAKES OUT THE SHEIK TOO! The battle continues with a bloody Sami Callihan playing the gritty underdog to Pogo & Kilo’s combined effort. They punish, torture and mutilate Sami - who just won’t die. He fights back with his last ounce of life - and winds up pitching Pogo off the top rope (onto piles of thumbtacks) after Kilo accidentally crotched him! SAMI CALLIHAN ELIMINATES POGO the CLOWN! Kilo takes over on Sami and is going to finish him - until at the last moment - a white masked savior appears through the bars! It’s the same mysterious figure that’s been tormenting Kilo for years!
But THIS time - the enraged Kilo GRABS the man through the cage and pummels him nearly to death. Kilo orders his drug-slave valet Sammi Lane to retreive a set of bolt cutters - which she does. Kilo clips the cage doors open - and drags the masked man into the bloodstained ring! He destroys the man, before going for the mask. Everybody assumes it’s Messiah back for revenge (now destroyed)... but it’s NOT! It's some anonymous red herring! Kilo looks confused! Sami Callihan is recuperating! Meanwhile - The REAL Messiah shows up (dressed all in white with a missing thumb) to sneak in the open chamber door and surprise Kilo from behind!
Messiah goes unholy on Kilo - before dramatically reuniting with Sami Callihan (offering his thumbless hand down to Sami and helping him to his feet). Messiah hit’s a Carlito’s Way elevated stunner on the KotDM champion Kilo - buying Sami Callihan enough time to TORCH a table and the two combine to SLAM Kilo through the burning debris for the pin! 1!.. 2!.. 3!! SAMI CALLIHAN HAS DONE IT and soaks in the bloody glory (while Messiah has mysteriously vanished into the Mist)…Winner (and NEW King of the Death Match champion): SAMI CALLIHAN ** CUT ** Meanwhile backstage...Jasmin St Claire says "FUCK IT! I'll take them all!!"** and now a few words from our (un)official sponsor **** CUT TO RING ** __________________________________________________________________________STRANGLER LEWIS w/ Toots Mondt) versus BRUNO SAMMARTINO(Xtreme Grudge Match) versus Video highlights of Strangler’s comeback and Sammartino’s challenge. Sit down style soundbytes from both men narrate the rivalry. Continuing the MMA-styled motif, we have a tale of the tape for both men and Sammartino’s championship pedigree is reviewed (he’s the only 3x XPW World champion in company history). Big time Bruce Buffer-like intro from MSD, including mentioning all of the judges, doctors, NSAC officials, and the referee in charge. (Un)official show sponsors “The Walking Dead” on AMC & “The Man with the Iron Fists” also get shouted out. Finally - IT’S TIME! Bruno presses Strangler up against the ropes and buckles to start - but instead of a clean break, Lewis responds with a knee. Sammartino is pressing up against him and the crowd erupts with a huge “BRUUNOOO!“ chant! Sammartino finally muscles Lewis away and gets HIM boxed into the turnbuckles - where he unleashes a furious Italian ass-kicking straight from the 1970s!! Crowd rocking along with every kick and flying stomp! Strangler Lewis is trying to cover up but has no choice but to flee outside the ring and regroup! His second for the night (partner Toots Mondt) towels him down, gives him some water and goes over some match advice. Strangler Lewis is stalling and the crowd is not happy. Bruno gets agitated, calling for Lewis to re-enter the ring. Finally he does and the two Heavyweight behemoths clash and lock-up again.
Sammartino keeps an underhook on the left side, stays calm, then fires a right hand at Lewis when the two break apart. Lewis is trying to be cautious on the standup and drops levels for a double leg takedown, but Sammartino is staying well balanced on one foot and resists going down. Body slam counter from Bruno! And another one has Strangler on the rebound and begging off! More stalling from the XPW Remixed President. When the ref tries to separate the two, Lewis takes advantage and scoops Sammartino - winding up in half guard. But with the crowds favor, Sammartino escapes and takes Strangler down with more body slams and a huge suplex! But Strangler Lewis latches onto Bruno on the mat like a pitbull, and can’t be shook off. Lewis is trying to move up and rain down punches, but Sammartino grabs a wrist to block. They grapple for position and Strangler winds up on the bottom in guard. Sammartino looks to improve position and the crowd is getting antsy. Back to their feet and Sammartino rocks him with some huge body shots - the last that wilts Lewis against the ropes! Strangler tries to grab the ropes for the save but Bruno peels him right off and hits a huge slam! Back to stall mode on the mat - until the referee breaks them up for inactivity. Both men standing, and Lewis tries to come in with a jab then hits Sammartino with an elbow that wobbles him. Sammartino presses him into the ropes, as Striker surmises that elbow shook him up and he’s trying to recover.
Even on the ropes Lewis keeps trying to fire a knee as Striker notes that Strangler Lewis is famed for pushing his opponents up against the ropes to control and wear them down. Lewis fires another knee at Bruno but eats some big right hands in return! Strangler has a small cut under his right eye. Stand-up war now with the two legends clashing and connecting! Sammartino tries to muscle Lewis but gets caught with a series of headlock takedowns and tangled in the ropes again. Somewhere in the midst of that confusion - Toots Mondt manages to slip Strangler Lewis a small length of chain to keep wrapped in his hand… Sammartino tries to stymie Lewis, but the Strangler breaks free and ROCKS BRUNO with a shot (of steel chain)! Bruno wobbles and gets taken down! Lewis softens him up on the mat before taking his back! Bruno tries to fight out but can’t! Dragon Sleeper from Lewis! Bruno struggles with everything he’s got, but now he has a fresh wound pouring blood down his face and can’t get a grip! He gradually stops moving until the ref checks his arm. Drops once, twice… THREE TIMES! Ring the bell, Sammartino is unconscious! Strangler Lewis stretches to his feet - his barrel chest smeared with blood - and a dark glare in his eye as he’s announced the official victor by submission! Post match, he’s joined in the ring by Toots Mondt and MSD - who wants to question him about the victory. MSD tries to mention the chain, but the look he gets from Mondt & Lewis makes him shut his mouth.
Strangler Lewis responds: "It sounds really good, I can't believe it! I want to thank XPW Remixed, and I want to thank this guy Bruno Sammartino (crowd boos his insincerity, but Lewis continues) He was man enough to take a year off and come back to fight a young buck like me! I have the utmost respect for Bruno Sammartino. I believe in hard work, and it pays off, honest to God. I may come across as a cocky SOB, but I'm confident, that's what the Lord gave me. He gave me a strong body and a strong mind." MSD congratulates him again as we see a replay of the finish and the commentators ominous parting words RE: Strangler Lewis comeback. Winner (by submission): STRANGLER LEWIS** CUT ** __________________________________________________________________________Onita introduces... YOSHIKAZU TARUAs of June 1, 2011, TARU was suspended indefinitely by AJPW after an (alleged) backstage attack on stablemate Nobukazu Hirai which left Hirai in the hospital with acute hematoma. This was no “work”, and the beat down and injuries sustained by Hirai are very very real. AJPW president Keiji Mutoh took the blame for the incident and resigned from his position on June 7. Meanwhile, Hirai remains in a coma... And TARU has resurfaced in XPW Remixed… home of the damned!!** CUT TO RING ** ** XPW Remixed Boston championship **DEAN AMBROSE (2015) © vs. JOHN CENA (2012) versus Another fantasy wrestling dream match we will see main eventing Wrestlemania someday. But XPW Remixed has it FIRST. Summary of Dean Ambrose’s ascension to power (while conveniently white-washing his former foil Sheamus out of the story entirely) to focus exclusively on his clash with John Cena. This is “Present” versus “Future” and these two bring hell to the ring with them. Incredible match that has both men surviving near finishers from the other to continue the fight in earnest. They both show heart, fire and intensity - but that’s where the comparison ends. Ambrose is unscrupulous, sleazy and borderline psychotic.
But his innate paranoia appears to eat away at him when Onita (seconded by Lord Tensa & Big Daddy Voodoo) shows up at ringside… to calmly watch the match from a closer seat of course. Earlier vignettes in the night showed Ambrose confronting Rob Black, and instead of welcoming him back he drilled him about Jack Pfefer’s whereabouts (unknown tonight). Cena too is incredibly wary of the Voodoo Murders, and their presence raises the intensity level of this bout. Towards the end we get a ref bump, and Dean Ambrose looks towards Onita and crew for help.
Onita stands and nods his head towards his goon squad, indicating some kind of positive action… but before Tensai & Big Daddy Voodoo can rush the ring - the female Combat Toyada has ran to ringside beside Onita. She leans over to conspiratorially whisper something into his ear - and Onita’s entire expression changes. His face DROPS to the pit of his stomach, and he holds off Tensai & Big Daddy V from interfering! But who were they going to go after?? And what has Onita spooked?? Instead - he and his crew run from the ring, through the crowd, and flee the building!?!? The crowd CHEERS their desertion - while Dean Ambrose is flabbergasted and outraged! He’s been abandoned and has nothing left to rely on except himself… and a nearby steel chair he grabs. But in the end, Cena makes the superman comeback - runs through his finishing sequence of moves - finishing with an FUAA in the middle of the ring… and nobody comes for Dean Ambrose. 1!… 2!… 3!! WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION!!Winner (and NEW XPW Remixed Boston champion): JOHN CENA ** CUT ** ** BACKSTAGE FINALE **We cut backstage to Rob Black’s office where he’s still getting comfortable - only to have the KotDM championship taken away - and now, the Boston title fiasco. Rob Black is flipping out - questioning Onita’s desertion - and wondering where the hell everybody is!?! He demands another intern try to get Jack Pfefer on the phone, when loud knocks at the office door interrupt everything. OMG… it’s the muthaphuckkin FBI and they’re here for Rob Black! He can barely register shock, and can only mutter “call my lawyer!” as they cuff him and take him out of XPW Remixed and fantasy wrestling for good!! It was a set-up all along, Jack Pfefer fed him to the wolves, and Onita and crew got notice of the raid moments before it happened… Happy Halloween from XPW Remixed…Rob Black is removed from XPW Remixed forever… ** ABRUPT CUT TO ANOTHER "WORD FROM OUR SPONSOR" **** CUT ** __________________________________________________________________________** XPW Remixed Tag Team titles **ROAD WARRIORS (1991) vs. DUDLEY BOYZ (2009) © versus Road Warriors with the bad ass Heavy metal entrance through smoke and thunder. Team 3D made their raucous entrance through the crowd - brandishing their XPW Remixed Tag Team titles high above their heads. Intensity is high - so much so Bubba Ray Dudley tosses the steel ring steps away in anger before even getting in the ring. The stare down and attempted intimidation factor of each team is awe-inspiring. Half the crowd chants “LOD” while the other half “WANTS TABLES!” This is truly a revolutionary fantasy wrestling moment - and only XPW Remixed can bring it to you. Bell rings and Bubba and Hawk face off, while Animal and D-Von go nose to nose. Suddenly - Hawk strikes D-Von just as Bubba Ray trades a cross wind shot at Animal - and we’re off! All four men start brawling into the crowd and thankfully the Television screen splits in two to cover both angles. Bubba Ray and Animal tangle while D-Von and Hawk go at it. Classic ECW-era brawl throughout the fans and stands, with people falling over, beer cups spilling and tons of fan signs. D-Von and Hawk battle all the way up through the bleachers into the backstage area! Animal and Bubba are slugging it in the luxury box! D-Von gets crotched on a railing! Hawk grabs a drink from a fan and throws it in D-Von’s face! Meanwhile, Bubba Ray is dropping huge elbows on Animal back near the ringside area. D-Von and Hawk make their way back to ringside as well, passing Striker & Tazz on the commentary table.
Finally we hit the ring - and the real “match” begins. Both teams trade hard shots but LOD hit a little harder and soon enough are unleashing double-team mayhem upon the Dudz. But Hawk gets caught with a surprise Bubba Bomb to buy them some time. Bubba Ray with a cover on Hawk for 2. The crowd is now chanting for D-Von (still recovering outside the ring). Animal pitches back him inside the ring, and pummels D-Von in the corner with body shots. But Animal gets clobbered from behind from Bubba and the Dudley Boyz double team session commences. In an unbelievably brash and disrespectful move - Bubba Ray hoists Animal up on his shoulders for D-Von to leap off the top rope with a clothesline - Doomsday Device style! That near fall gets a 2 on Animal, but lights the diesel fuel engine of the Road Warriors (and their roaring fans). The Road Warriors roar back into action, culminating with a “WHAAAASSUPPPP!” drop from the LOD to Bubba Ray! After Hawk came sailing off the top rope with a head butt to the crotch, LOD took time to pose and taunt their foes to the roar of the crowd! The Dudley Boyz get one more swing of momentum, and now the audience is cheering for them! And they reciprocate the fans chants of “WE WANT TABLES” by setting one up in the ring. Animal counters a 3D attempt on Hawk by smashing Bubba Ray with a spine buster - and putting him through the table to a big pop! Suddenly D-Von is on his own - quick slaughter with the fans growing louder with each successive move - until he’s hoisted high above the shoulders of Animal and CRUSHED with a flying clothesline off the top from Hawk! D-Von’s body spins 360 degrees in the air before crashing to the mat! 1!.. 2!.. Animal football tackles Bubba Ray out of the ring! 3! LOD HAVE DONE IT! Doomsday Device!!Winners (and NEW XPW Remixed tag team champions): ROAD WARRIORS ** CUT ** __________________________________________________________________________** XPW Remixed WORLD championship **LOU THESZ © vs. SAMOA JOE(Iron Man Match) versus Main event hype package summarizing the Thesz/Joe feud and culminating with their ferocious battle tonight… but the first man introduced is XPW Remixed President Ed “Strangler” Lewis! He takes up residence at ringside, adding an air of credibility (and tension) to the already raucous event. Samoa Joe enters first (some cheers/some boos) - Thesz last to a rousing ovation. The referee goes over the rules in the middle of the ring as both men stare each other down - giving this a big time fight feel Both men decline to shake hands and take their positions across the ring! The man with the most falls in 60 minutes wins. Let’s get it on! Commentators discuss Strangler Lewis and his (sometimes) sordid history with both men.
Samoa Joe outmuscles Thesz to start, but Lou keeps finding counters to his headlocks. Samoa Joe goes sidearm (a throwback to the Strangler classic of yore), and keeps Thesz grounded so he can’t escape. But instead of using brute force, Thesz uses technique to maneuver into an overhead wristlock. Thesz works an armbar. Cameras pan the crowd to see celebrity faces like Snoop Dogg (with lit blunt in his mouth) and Frank Sinatra watching on. Samoa Joe drop toeholds Thesz into another head vise, but Thesz slips out and into a hammerlock. Samoa Joe backs Thesz into the corner… but instead of a clean break, Joe strikes with stiff forearms. Thesz fires back on Samoa Joe and headscissors him out of the corner - sending him to the arena floor. Pace has been pretty deliberate so far, with each man obviously looking to conserve energy. Ten minutes in. Thesz is working the armbar back inside, and Samoa Joe tries throwing Thesz over the top rope to the floor. But Thesz skins-the-cat and hiptosses Samoa Joe down into the armbar he was originally looking for. Nice work, and the crowd is appreciative. Samoa Joe with some knees to the body, and shoots Thesz off ropes. Finally Joe gets the high-impact offense going and follows up with head butts, forearm shivers and leg kicks. Thesz winds up on the floor, where Samo Joe shoves him into the ringpost. Lou Thesz crashes into the timekeepers area - and Samoa Joe streaks towards him with a running knee off the ring apron… but Thesz dodges at the last moment and Joe crashes into an innocent bystander - taking the poor slob OUT! Both wrestlers wind up back in the ring grappling for control, while ultimately paramedics with a stretcher have to get that timekeeper out of here. Strangler Lewis seems more moderately annoyed than concerned.
Thesz starts working the leg and knee again, Samoa Joe backs Thesz into the corner and unleashes the elbows. Thesz thrown shoulder-first into the ringpost. Shoulderbreaker by Joe and a flying double-ax handle to the shoulder. Now Samoa Joe smells blood and becomes relentless. Hammerlock slam - hammerlock - arm crank into triangle - when Thesz fights to his feet, Joe unleashes rapid fire shots with his own shoulder to level him again. Thesz reverses an Irish whip attempt with his good arm, but his backdrop attempt is countered into a sick armbreaker DDT by Joe. He goes to reach for Thesz on the mat but gets countered into a lightning fast triangle choke! Sammartino made Samoa Joe tap out to this move before, commentator Matt Striker reminds you! But Samoa Joe counters out by STOMPING Thesz in the face (something totally illegal in any MMA-environment). Samoa Joe hotshots Thesz on the middle rope like Eddie Gilbert used to do, before catapulting Thesz into the buckles - where cracks his head on the top of the ringpost! Really close 2 count for that - it even had Strangler Lewis leaping out of his ringside chair. Joe unleashes a concussive series of turnbuckle smashes, and then a Pele kick / corner splash combo. Thesz tries to fight back but Joe’s MMA striking overcomes Thesz and leaves him wilted in the turnbuckles, like a prize fighter who took his last quality shot. With grim determination - Joe hoists Thesz onto the buckle into muscle buster position! BAM he nails the move clean in the center of the ring. 1!. 2!. 3!!!FALL #1 (Samoa Joe = pin)SAMOA JOE: 1 / LOU THESZ: 0During the few moments of down time between falls, Samoa Joe taunts Strangler Lewis at ringside in highly disrespectful fashion. Lewis is nonplussed however, his stoic expression never changing. Back to action and Joe is all over a battered Thesz like white on rice - and the culmination of Lou’s title reign seems to be catching up with him. Inverted atomic drop sets up a clothesline for two. Bulldog. Powerslam. But as Joe is setting up a piledriver, Thesz finally scores a single leg takedown and goes for the kill with an ankle lock submission! Joe tries getting to the ropes but gets grapevined… he’s dangerously close to tapping when Thesz uses a burst of activity to segue into his STF finisher! Immediately Joe taps out and the ref must pry Thesz off him to end the 2nd fall nearly 40 minutes in. FALL #2 (Thesz = submission)SAMOA JOE: 1 / LOU THESZ: 1Thesz is worn down, and Joe is furious - but rushes right into a snap power slam in his haste! Thesz with some punches and a backbreaker for two. A stiff elbow stuns Samoa Joe, and he rolls to the floor before Thesz can take him down again. As Joe passes Lewis on the floor the two men start jawing at each other again, this time officials must step between the two men! But Thesz is on Joe from the rear and takes over! Flying bodypress for 2! Thesz flips out of a backslide into a small package for another two! But Joe rebounds with a hurling Fishermans suplex that tosses Thesz halfway across the ring. Joe whips Thesz off the ropes, but puts his eyes on Lewis again for one moment - just enough time for the XPW Remixed World champion to nail him with a picture perfect Thesz press! 1!… 2!… 3!! Another pinfall for Lou, and Samoa Joe is AGHAST.FALL #3 (Lou Thesz = pin)SAMOA JOE: 1 / LOU THESZ 2Right back into action as Thesz grabs a sleeper to try and restrain the rampaging bull. But the champion gets hurled into the buckles - splashed at high velocity - and then back dropped HIGH out of the ring and clear to the floor! Hard bump from Thesz and Joe’s nostrils are flaring in anger! It seems all Samoa Joe needs to is roll Thesz into the ring and pin him, but instead he bullrushes Strangler Lewis at ringside. The President sees the move coming - as do his armed security - and they immediately put distance between the two men. But Joe is angry and yelling right at Lewis, his temper completely lost. Joe finally relents and goes back to work on Thesz. He drives his back into the ringpost before tossing him back inside. Samoa Joe works the back of Thesz with various hard-hitting moves and sick stretches. Flying vertical elbow to Thesz’s lower back. But Thesz counters a suplex on the apron… only to have Samoa Joe hit a bridging German suplex for 2! 50 minutes elapsed and Joe is getting desperate. Meanwhile - Lou Thesz seems to have entered stall mode! He uses every opportunity to roll out of the ring and catch his breath - forcing Joe to give chase. Back in there is a double-KO spot. Both men fight back to their feet, and Thesz is crushed with a suplex. Joe tries going for the Kokina clutch but Thesz keeps fighting it off. Finally he can’t anymore - Joe cinches it… and Thesz taps out!! It’s tapout or blackout here, and with the title on the line Taz says Thesz made the right choice! He doesn’t want to be unconscious going into the do or die fall! FALL #4 (Samoa Joe = submission)SAMOA JOE: 2 / LOU THESZ: 2The last few minutes of the match show little to no action at all. Both men are weary and in ultra-defensive mode. The crowd counts along with the clock for the last 20 seconds or so, as Joe and Thesz grapple to a stalemate on the mat. Bell rings with the score knotted. There is a delay as Strangler Lewis confers with officials and the two men recuperate in the ring. Crowd starts chanting “5 MORE MINUTES!!” FINAL TALLY Samoa Joe :2 / Lou Thesz: 2Instead - much like a shocking judges decision in the UFC that leaves everybody exasperated and befuddled - the ring announcer (on behalf of Strangler Lewis of course) - declares the match a DRAW! There is NO winner! The crowd responds with HEAVY boos as Samoa Joe flips out in the ring! “BULLSHIT!” chants now punctuate the broadcast. Lou Thesz uses the confusion of the chaos to quietly grab his championship belt and start heading out. But Joe grabs the house mic - unleashes a stream of profanity -and uses the power of audience suggestion to lure the Strangler into officially declaring an overtime period! 5 MORE MINUTES!!OVERTIME PERIODNow XPW Remixed WORLD champion Lou Thesz is the irate one, as he protests the decision on the entrance ramp. A whole minute nearly ticks by before Joe finally goes after him and the two men get it on back in the ring. Crowd is now rocking for both men, cheering the action. Joe is the aggressor and really tries putting Thesz on his back for the Kokina clutch. But Thesz manages to get a rope break… right by where Strangler Lewis is sitting. The close proximity to the fight once again brings the animal out in Joe, and he leans through the ropes to bark and yell at Strangler further! The refs and officials get in between them this time - but in the chaos - Strangler Lewis *SUCKER PUNCHES JOE WITH A SMALL LENGTH OF CHAIN tucked in his fist!!* Just like he did (or didn’t do) earlier in the night against Bruno! Thesz doesn’t see the shot either and rolls up Joe from behind for 3! Thesz earns a pinfall with minutes to spare! The rest of the fight is spent avoiding Joe’s wrath and counting down the seconds! When the bell finally rings ,Thesz has managed to hold on! FINAL SCORE:
