-----
Will Hobbs with Dr. of Style, Slick defeated Santana by pinfall via high angle spinebuster at 8:32. Santana attacked Hobbs from behind after the match and then Ortiz ran out. He choke lifted Slick, but Odyssey Jones ran out. Ortiz threw Slick at him and then the heels left.
-----
In the back, Nick Aldis wants to walk out with his wife for her match, but she tells him to stay in the back.

Mickie James defeated Taya Valkyrie by pinfall via MickDDT at 9:11. James throws Valkyrie to the floor at one point and Martel runs out, kicks Taya in the head twice and then rolls her back into the ring for Mickie to score the win. Martel celebrates with her after. Aldis comes out and stares at them from the entrance stage. He’s not happy.
-----
SoCal Val has “The Queen” Charlotte Flair on the entrance stage. She asserted her dominance last week by not only winning the triple threat match over Kamille Kaine and Tessa Blanchard, but then taking Lady Frost out after her title defense against Tamina Snuka. Footage of this is shown. Lady Frost is the flukiest champion ever in wrestling history and the strongest argument ever that Money in the Bank is a joke that should be retired.

“Hollywood” Hulk Hogan leads the nWo to the ring. “The Hulkster isn't in action tonight, but the rest of the nWo is, brother. And they’re going to have no trouble with Owen Kevins and the Jock Itch and Mold Express. I told the whole world and half the cosmos last week that I was going to beat the brains in of Little Ricky Morton and that’s exactly what I did, brother. So, believe me, dude, when I say that Owen Kevins is no match for Hollywood whether it’s an empty arena or in front of 600,000 people in the Silver Dome where I body slammed Andre the Giant through six tables and he died three days later, brother.”
------
nWo (Killer Kross, Mike Bennett and Eli Drake) with Maria Kannellis-Bennett defeated “The Prizefighter” Kevin Owens and the Rock ‘n Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson) by pinfall at 12:47 of Drake on Gibson via Spiked Gravy Train. Owens tries to get Hogan ejected at the start, but they wind up fighting on the floor and brawl off. This left the RnR at a disadvantage they couldn’t overcome.
------
The camera cuts to the back and we find Hogan and Owens brawling. Hogan is whipped against a Jolt Cola machine and Owens charges. Hogan moves and Owens knocks himself silly. Hogan lays the boots to him until we fade to break.

SoCal Val on the interview stage has Tessa Blanchard. She and Charlotte Flair have fought tooth and nail for a year and a half here in WCW. They don’t see eye to eye and they don’t like each other. But there is one thing they can agree on. Kamille Kaine is a loser who doesn’t know when she should quit. Blanchard would have the title shot at Slamboree against Lady Frost if it wasn’t for Kamille and everybody knows it. She’ll settle for teaching Kaine to accept her losses and knowing her place at the ppv.
-----
Kamille Kaine defeated Ember Moon by pinfall via spear at 6:05. Kaine gets a microphone afterward and tells Blanchard that she has it all backwards. If it wasn’t for her, Kaine would have that title shot at Slamboree. And, yes, Kamille has lost her fair share of matches against Charlotte Flair, but so has Blanchard. If there’s a loser who needs to learn her place in the women’s division, it’s Blanchard.

Magnum TA defeated Harry Smith by pinfall in a hardcore match via belly to belly suplex onto a steel chair at 10:21. Post match, Davey Boy Smith runs out and gets Harry up for a running power slam on the chair. However, Dusty Rhodes comes out to make the save. He’s doing the flip flop and fly on Smith, but Magnum hits him in the back with the chair. He pins Dusty’s arm in the chair while Smith holds him down. Magnum hits a second rope knee drop to the chair. He does it again. Rhodes is screaming big time and Steve Blackman leads security out to scare the heels off.

“Macho Man” Randy Savage and “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig defeated Jake “The Snake” Roberts and “Superstar” Billy Graham by pinfall of Savage on Graham via flying elbow smash at 12:37. Roberts played keep away from Hennig for most of the match. Hennig tries to get at him after the bell, but Roberts slithers away and tells the camera Curt will have to wait until Slamboree.
------
SoCal Val has Brian Pillman Sr. on the interview stage. He’s wearing Kurt Angle’s gold medal. Before he can speak, Angle comes out. They stare down. Angle reiterates what he’s been saying that Pillman has awakened a sleeping giant, because Angle’s back is to the wall and he’s got nothing left to lose. Pillman took his gold medal and his hair, but he won’t take his career at Slamboree. Pillman says he wouldn’t want to end Angle’s career, but if that’s the way the match goes, then so be it. Pillman has proven himself the better man twice now. Why not three times? Angle boasts the three I’s of intelligence, integrity and intensity. What he lacked the first two times is what Pillman will get at Slamboree, intensity. Angle tries to sucker punch Pillman, but he blocks it and they brawl to break.

“Latino Heat” Eddie Guerrero defeated Terry Funk by pinfall via frog splash at 12:18. Steve Austin runs out after, grabs Funk’s branding iron and waffles Eddie with it. He yells about how this will all be legal at Slamboree and beats him up some more with it.
------
“Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff is on the interview stage with SoCal Val. He’s the WCW World Heavyweight Champion. He vanquished Hulk Hogan to do it. He’s on top of the mountain and Randy Savage isn’t going to knock him off. If Hogan can beat Savage, then Orndorff can beat him. That’s just logic. Of course, Savage is too stupid to follow any kind of plain thinking. A lot of people say Savage is dangerous because he’s a loose cannon. Orndorff says that just makes him easier to beat, because he doesn’t have a game plan. Orndorff does and it ends with him retaining the WCW World Heavyweight Title at Slamboree.

Shane McMahon is outside the medical unit. It’s believed Dusty Rhodes has a broken arm. They need x-rays to be sure. McMahon said even if Dusty Rhodes can’t compete at Slamboree, Magnum TA won’t be sitting the pay-per-view out.
------
New Foundation (Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart and “The Rocket” Owen Hart) defeated The Stud Stable (“Mega Man” Tom Magee and “Expatriate” Del Wilkes) with Col. Robert Fuller to retain the WCW World Tag Team Titles by pinfall of Hart on Wilkes via Hart Attack Clothesline at 14:44.
