Jim Ross & Les Thatcher introduce themselves then welcome the fans to the return of the National Wrestling Alliance. They bring out to introduce ring announcer Christy Hemme & backstage announcer Charly Caruso. Commissioner Jim Barnett comes out to join them. After a brief introduction of the promotion, Barnett informs everyone their first pay per view of 2021 is called Resurrection. It will be held on Sunday, March 21 in St. Louis at the Enterprise Center. On that night, the 3 major NWA World Heavyweight, Tag Team & Junior Heavyweight championships will be decided. The former WWWA World's Women's Singles & Tag Team Champions, Gail Kim & Canada's Finest (Natalya Neidhart & Taylor Wilde) are already recognixed by the NWA respectively.

Backstage, Chary Caruso interviews MUW Women's World's Champion Asuka about the NWA. Caruso also mentions that former WWWA World Champions Gail Kim is the NWA Women's World's Champion & Canada's Finest (Natalya Neidhart & Taylor Wilde) are the NWA World's Women's Tag Team Champions.

1. 4 Man Tag Team Match. 'Dirty' Dick Slater & 'Ace' Bob Orton Jr. w/mgr. Rock Hunter beat Ricky Fields & Terry Latham. (7:12). Slater with a swinging neckbreaker on Fields.
Following the match, Hunter, Slater & Orton Jr. join Ross & Thatcher at the desk. After praising his tag team, Rock calls out the other two members of his Organization - Greg 'Hammer' Valentine & World's Strongest Man Ken Patera. Hunter says this is the finest stable of wrestlers in the NWA. They will be champions.

2. Single Match. Lou Thesz beat Jeff Farmer with the Thesz press. (7:56).

4. Single Match. Billy Robinson 10 minute time limit draw with Karl Gotch. After the match, both men shook hands.
