We start this week’s show in the Lucha Underground locker room where Dr. Wagner Jr. and Dominik Dijakovic are both putting last minute preparations in for their matches tonight. Famous B, Beautiful Brenda, and Mike Awesome, are also there. Famous B gives them a pep talk about how tonight is the night where both members of Infamous Incorporated are going to earn Ancient Aztec Medallions and get one step closer to winning the Gift of the Gods. He says that opportunities like this don’t come around everyday but that he got this opportunity for everyone because he made one promise to all of them when they signed on with Infamous Incorporate and that was that he would make them famous (don’t forget, if you want to get famous call 423-GET-FAME). Working together as a trio hasn’t gone so great “because one of you keeps screwing up” but that shouldn’t be a problem tonight because they’re working solo, so they can be the kings of their own destiny. When Famous B finishes rallying the troops, they all leave the locker room. Dijakovic hangs behind a moment with a bit of a scowl on his face as it isn’t a secret who was being called out as the screw up.

LUCHA UNDERGROUND TRIOS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
SUPER FRIENDS vs. WORLDWIDE UNDERGROUND
Fénix, Aero Star& Drago vs. Johnny Mundo, Taya Valkyrie & PJ Black
This was an excellent match between two of the top trios teams in lucha. There was a lot of high-flying action and several close pinfalls for both teams. Fifteen minutes into the contest, it appeared as though the title reign of the Super Friends had finally come to an end. Drago gave PJ Black a blockbuster DDT. As it rolled over to push himself up off the mat, Taya came in and gave him a curb stomp. Then, she put Black on top of Drago. Aero Star broke it up with a springboard diving senton. Meanwhile, Fénix entered the ring and gave Taya a superkick with so much force that she was knocked down and out of the ring. Johnny Mundo came in and promptly through Fénix out of the ring, but then he was sent crashing to the floor when Aero Star hurled himself at Mundo with a crossbody that sent Mundo through the ropes. Black picked up Drago and attempted to give him a powerbomb, but Drago took him over with a hurricanrana and hooked both his legs long enough to get the 3-count.
WINNERS : Super Friends

Rosemary vs. Super Crazy vs. Dominik Dijakovic vs. Chris Jericho
Our first of two matches for Ancient Aztec Medallions was hotly contested. There was a quick pace and it seemed like the match would never end as every time someone appeared to be on the verge of winning, someone who break up the pinfall. First, Super Crazy executed the trifecta of moonsaults on Rosemary to try for the win, by Dijakovic broke that up. Dijakovic brought the Believers off his feet when he caught Super Crazy in a chokehold in mid-air and then drove him down into the mat with a spinning chokeslam. After a discus clothesline and a cyclone big boot, he gave him Feast Your Eyes. That didn’t the win as Chris Jericho broke it. They battled for a few minutes and Dijakovic kicked out of a pinfall off the lionsault and used his power to drag Jericho to the ropes while he was held in the Walls of Jericho. However, after Jericho ducked a cyclone big boot, he gave Dijakovic the Codebreaker and pinned him. That might have been the end of the match, but Rosemary broke it up. After a back-and-forth battle with him, Rosemary was able to give him the Red Wedding. She tried to win it with a pinfall but Super Crazy interrupted it. As they fought, Dijakovic came back in to do battle with them both. He was taken out of the equation when he lifted Rosemary for a chokeslam only to have her spit red mist in his eyes. Once released, Rosemary turned around to see if anyone else was in the ring. As soon as she did, she was knocked out by a spinning back elbow from Chris Jericho. The Judas Effect landed right in the mush! 1-2-3! Jericho emerged victorious.
WINNER : Chris Jericho

Back in the Lucha Underground locker room, Sammy Guevara comes over to congratulate Chris Jericho on his win. Jericho says it’s all thanks to his new deadly finisher, the Judas Effect. He tells Guevara if you don’t stop innovating, the game will pass you by. But the King of the World, the Alpha, the Painmaker, doesn’t adapt to the times. He’s ahead of times. He’s the innovator and that’s why he won an Ancient Aztec Medallion and why he did it without needing anyone’s help. He tells Guevara that when you’re the best in the world at what you do, you don’t need no punk ass kid fixing his problems for him because Chris Jericho can fix his own damn problems. Guevara says he knows that Jericho is better than everyone else who was there, but tells him that sometimes, inferior luchadores resort to cheating because it’s the only way they can come close to beating the best. In those times, that’s when he can count on the Spanish God. Jericho just says, “Yeah, whatever, kid,” as he walks by Guevara and heads off to the showers.

Lince Dorado vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Dr. Wagner Jr. vs. Rezar
This was the sixth match for one of the Seven Ancient Aztec Medallions. We saw speed and traditional lucha libre techniques clashing against brute strength and power. Lince Dorado used his speed to take Ripley off her feat with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors followed by a springboard twisting crossbody. He gave Rezar a missile dropkick and a tornado DDT to Dr. Wagner Jr. When he tried to execute a diving hurricanrana on Rezar, he was lifted up into the air and given a running sit-out powerbomb. Rezar gave Rhea Ripley a powerbomb, then deadlifted her up and gave her a jackknife powerbomb. He gave Wagner a bucklebomb, which he immediately followed up with a hard running clothesline. Wagner gave Rezar a topé suicida and a diving hurricanrana from the turnbuckle down to the floor. He gave Ripley a springboard dropkick and a moonsault. He also showed off a willingness to take big risks when he executed a topé con hilo on Dorado. Meanwhile, Ripley gave Rezar a nasty dropkick to the jaw and showing off her strength by lifting him up for a spinebuster. She also lifted Dorado up into a military press and threw him out of the ring onto Wagner and Rezar. Later, she knocked Wagner out cold with a running big boot that would have won the match had Rezar not broken up the pin. While that fall didn’t work for her, she was later able to execute Rip-Tide on Dorado and pin him for the 3-count to get the win.
WINNER : Rhea Ripley

Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Hulk Hogan
Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Hulk Hogan
Mysterio got out to a quick start when he ducked a grapple and staggered Hogan with a spinning wheel kick, which he followed up with a step-up enzuigiri kick. He continued his fast attacks, leaving Hogan on the defensive. Mysterio gave him tilt-a-whirl headscissors and knocked him off his feet with a springboard hurricanrana, springboard twisting crossbody, and his Droppin’ Tha Dime springboard leg drop. Everything was going Mysterio’s way in the early going. It all seemed too easy for him, but then he made the mistake of trying for a wheelbarrow bulldog. Hogan used his power to turn it into a delayed belly-to-back suplex.
After that, Hogan slowed the pace. He gave Mysterio punches, kicks, bodyslams, and a vertical suplex. He whipped him from corner-to-corner and ran in with clotheslines. Hogan mounted the turnbuckle and punched Mysterio ten times in the corner before bringing him out of the corner and giving him an atomic drop. A whip into the ropes and attempt at the big boot was missed as Mysterio ducked under it and performed a baseball slide dropkick into Roman Reigns, whose presence at ringside already once prevented Mysterio from mounting a comeback. Doing this, however, didn’t help Mysterio’s situation any. While Mysterio got back into the ring and rocked Hogan with a quick flurry of offense culminating in tilt-a-whirl headscissors that flung him into the ropes, in position for the 6-1-9, when Mysterio ran across the ring to pick up some steam, Reigns slid into the ring and drilled Mysterio with a spear!
What came next was a signature hulk up by the Hulkster, followed by his running leg drop. 1-2-3! Hogan defeated Mysterio. He celebrated with a classic post-match Hulkster pose down. Reigns was prompted to join in on the fun. The loudest pop of the night came as they conducted side-by-side poses. It happened when Pentagon DARK entered the ring and nailed them both with a steel chair. Pentagon continued to hit them with chairs until he had Hogan trapped on the mat. He was going to snap his arm but was prevented from doing so by John Cena! Matt Striker and Vampiro marvelled at how Cena was back and looked to be about 100%, proving once again that no one can heal up from an injury faster than John Cena. His recovery time happened at a superhuman speed. Cena picked up Pentagon and gave him a spin-out powerbomb and then the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He put him up on his shoulders and then slammed him down to the mat with an Attitude Adjustment!
As Cena bounced back up to his feet, he saw Prince Puma standing on the ring apron. They had a stare down until Puma had to jump up to avoid an attack from the floor by Reigns. He then took Reigns down with a diving European uppercut. Hogan came at the Lucha Underground Champion and ended up getting knocked down with a Pele kick. Then, Puma went into the ring and ducked a clothesline by doing a somersault. Next, he did a handspring back flip into a headscissors takedown and then gave Cena a dropkick that knocked him out of the ring. The Lucha Underground Champion had successfully taken down every member of the Pinnacle of Sports Entertainment.
As Hogan, Cena, and Reigns regrouping on the floor, the Hulkster took a microphone and said that he was sick and tired of this lucha scum standing in the way of sports entertainment supremacy. He said it was time for the PSE to take them all out. Puma, Mysterio, and Pentagon held the ring and challenged them to come in. That’s when Antonio Cueto exited his office and told them that it wouldn’t happen today because he had an announcement to make. He said that Aztec Warfare is coming up next month and this year it’s going to be bigger than ever before. Antonio said that he wanted to make it a major event like Ultima Lucha so, for the first time ever, in addition to holding the Aztec Warfare match, every Lucha Underground Championship will be defended. And since the PSE wants a Trios Championship match, he’ll give them that opportunity. Next week, in the main event, it’s going to be Hogan, Cena, and Reigns versus Mysterio, Pentagon and Puma, and if they win, they will go on to Aztec Warfare to challenge the Super Friends for the Trios Championships!
WINNER : Hulk Hogan

Paul London and El Bunny are walking through a forest. London is exciting and asking a lot of questions about The White Rabbit. However, El Bunny never speaks, so he gets no answers. After a minute, they come to a small clearing in the middle of the woods, where at the base of a large redwood is a hole. They stop walking and Paul London asks if that’s it. El Bunny nods, extends his arm out and points at it. The Rabbit Hole! El Bunny leads the way. Down the Rabbit Hole they go. They enter the layer of The White Rabbit, who sits upon a throne of tree roots. Without looking at London, he tilts his head upwards and says, “I’ve been expecting you.” Then, he tilts his head down and looks directly at London. “Welcome home!”
