We’re really glad that you’re our friend and this is a friendship that will never, ever end.
The door opens, and into the Firefly Funhouse walks Bray Wyatt. He opens by having a conversation with Mercy the Buzzard and Ramblin’ Rabbit about the special bond of family. He says that the bond is so strong that no matter what happens, even if your family leaves you or you make it go away, it always sticks with you. It’s always there reminding you of where you come from and who you are.
That’s when Abby the Witch appears at the window and they talk briefly about the bonds of family. Abby reminds Bray that your family is inside of you and it will never leave. Bray has a little freak out moment but recomposes himself and then tells Matanza that he can see how much Matanza loves his family. It’s so wonderful that it makes his heart go YOWIE WOWIE!
But he asks him if the love he has for his family makes his heart go YOWIE WOWIE? Does the love he feels for his family heal or hurt his heart? If it heals his heart, then he is exactly where he should be. But if it hurts his heart, then he’s in a “TOXIC RELATIONSHIP.”
Ramblin’ Rabbit wants to know what that is, so Bray explains that it is like when Mercy tries to eat him even though he doesn’t want to be eaten, and then he forgives Mercy, but it happens over and over again. And the more it happens, the more it hurts, but you just can’t help yourself because you feel isolated and alone and Mercy is all you have to take those feelings away.
Ramblin’ Rabbit wants to know how to fix that. Bray tells him that you can break the cycle by finding a family that welcomes, accepts, and understands you, just like he has found here in the Firefly Funhouse. This is where Bray belongs. “Matanza, where do you belong?” Bray says he can help Matanza find where he belongs. All Matanza has to do is “let me in.”

The Godfather vs. Samoa Joe
The Godfather vs. Samoa Joe
This match started with The Godfather offering to forfeit the match in recognition of Samoa Joe being a magnificent luchador. He acknowledged Joe’s status as a “Samoan Submission Machine” and said it was well-deserved, noting that he recently defeated the living legend Chris Jericho. In offering to forfeit, he also extended an offer to Joe to spend the night with not one but two of his finest hoes. Joe played along for a moment before turning a lighthearted laugh into a scowl and then throwing a series of jabs and chops at The Godfather to back him into the corner. He gave him a CCS enzuigiri and then pifted the over 300-pounder onto the turnbuckle and gave him the Muscle Buster! 1-2-3! The hoes still standing in the ring wanted to know why he did what he did. Joe looked at them and then turned to face the camera and said that he was going to kill everyone if that’s what it takes to get another shot at AJ Styles and his Mash-Up Men’s World Heavyweight Championship.
WINNER : Samoa Joe

Mustafa Ali vs. Juventud Guerrera vs. Jake “The Snake” Roberts vs. Santana
This was the first of today’s two matches for Ancient Aztec Medallions. The match often had a lightning quick pace to it. However, Jake Roberts isn’t known for his speed. He’s works slowly and methodically. Every move was calculated for maximum impact. Also, as the largest luchador in the match, he seemed to have a target on his back. Santana gave him a missile dropkick and a tornado DDT. Juventud Guerrera took him from the ring apron to the floor with a hurricanrana. Mustafa Ali launched into him with three topé suicidas in a row. The effect was to take him out of the match for a time. However, they couldn’t keep him out of harm’s way for long. After Ali gave Santana a Spanish fly off the top rope, his pinfall attempt was broken up by Roberts, who pulled him out of the ring and threw him three ropes deep into the wooden seats at ringside. He entered the ring and countered an attack from Guerrera by giving him a high-elevation back body drop over the ropes. Then, he gave Santana a side running knee lift and the DDT to get the win.
WINNER : Jake “The Snake” Roberts

Hulk Hogan comes into Antonio Cueto’s office and tells him that he wants a match against Rey Mysterio Jr., brother! He says that righteous little dude has chosen the wrong side in this war between lucha libre and sports entertainment. Cueto says that Mysterio has chosen the right side and he’ll prove to Hogan that lucha libre is superior to the garbage he espouses about drinking milk, saying prayers, and taking your vitamins when they go head-to-head in next week’s main event!

Psicosis vs. Angel Garza vs. Andrade Cien Almas vs. King Cuerno
If the pace of the previous match was fast, this one at times reached ludicrous speed. It was a contest featuring four Mexican luchadors throwing caution to the win to earn one of the Seven Ancient Aztec Medallions. Psicosis gave Angel Graza a corkscrew topé con hilo. Andrade Cien Almas gave Psicosis a springboard corkscrew plancha. King Cuerno gave Almas an Arrow from the Depths of Hell. And Garza gave King Cuerno an Asai moonsault. The end of the match came after a flurry of rapidly executed finishing maneuvers. First, Psicosis gave Almas a Psycho Stunner. Moments later, King Cuerno gave him the Thrill of the Hunt. Just seconds after that, Garza gave Cuerno the Wing Clipper. Before he could pin him, however, Almas quickly tied him up and executed La Sombra and pinned him for the win. With that victory, Almas joins Damien Priest, Eddie Guerrero, and Jake Roberts as one of the holders of an Ancient Aztec Medallion.
WINNER : Andrade Cien Almas

LUCHA UNDERGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Prince Puma vs. Awesome Kong
LUCHA UNDERGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Prince Puma vs. Awesome Kong
Awesome Kong had a considerable size and weight advantage going into this title match. It was going to be very difficult for Prince Puma to use his power to do damage. On the other hand, he was a lot faster than Kong, who would have to use her power to take Puma off his feet and not let him get up once. Kong was at a significant disadvantage early on as the champion was able to use his speed to great effect. He attacked quickly with leaping clotheslines, spinning wheel kicks, enziguiri kicks, superkicks, a tornado DDT, a springboard shooting star press and a springboard European uppercut. This had the cumulative effect of causing Kong to leave the ring, where he was able to take her off her feet with a hands-free running over-the-top-rope corkscrew moonsault plancha.
With the champion’s advantage, Puma should have left Kong to have to return to the ring under her own power, but he didn’t. Instead, he tried to get her into the ring, which proved to be a mistake. Kong wouldn’t allow herself to be lifted into the ring. She threw up some back elbow smashes to Puma’s face, then clubbed him down with a pair of lariats before picking him up and giving him a powerbomb on the floor. She took him back into the ring and continued to throw her weight around. Between trying to wear him down her headlocks and chinlocks, she executed a gutbuster, Argentine backbreaker, sidewalk slam, Samoan drop, and a sit-out two-handed chokeslam.
When Kong attempted an Awesome Bomb, Puma threw punches at her, backing her into the ropes. He managed to twist his weight around and take her out of the ring with a hurricanrana. After that he executed a springboard moonsault. This time, he managed to get Kong back into the ring. He climbed the ropes and appeared to go for a 450-degree splash, but Kong rolled out of the way. Puma rolled through with a somersault. He charged at Kong and received a powerslam. Puma kicked out at the count of two. Kong put him up on the top rope, climbed up and gave him a few headbutts before executing a superplex. Puma kicked out of the ensuing pinfall attempt just in the nick of time. Then, Kong decided to go to the top rope. She attempted an Awesome Splash, but Puma rolled out of the way. When they both got to their feet, Puma hit her with a hard running front dropkick that sent her back into the turnbuckles and down to the mat. Then, Puma went to the top rope and executed the 630-degree senton bomb and covered her for the win.
WINNER : Prince Puma

The scene is a large office. Dario Cueto stands before someone sitting in a large office chair behind a desk. Sunlight coming in from windows behind the seated person fills the room and casts light upon Dario’s face. We do not hear from the individual who is seated. We only hear Dario, who begins by saying that he wasn’t sure why he was here until just now. All he knew was that he needed to get back to his Temple, but he was told that nothing but doom and gloom awaited him unless he came to Mexico City to him.
Now he knows that the reason he is here is because he needs his help. He needs him to go with his to Los Angeles, the city of angels, to take back the Temple. Dario admits to having done a lot of bad things in his life. He says he has been to the other side. He knows what there is waiting for him and it is “pure hell.” He does not want to go back there because there is a special kind of evil that no living being can imagine, unless they have been to his Temple. It lives and breathes there, and with every passing day, it grows stronger. It has killed him and destroyed his family. He must return to restore the Temple to a place of honor and worship and to save his brother from the same fate his father has given him. However, the gods who know control his Temple are the dark lords, and they will not easily be overcome by any challenger, except for him. He is the only one with the power to eradicate the evil therein. He is the light that can restore the Temple to a place that honours and worships the true traditions of lucha libre. Dario humbly begs for his help because he is the last hope that can ensure that good triumphs over evil.
There is silence. It lasts only for a moment or two, but it is the kind of momentary pause that would feel like an eternity to a man as desperate as Dario. When the silence is finally broken, he says, “I know this evil force that you have described and I know it well. I knew it would return one day. I have been waiting for it. I will help you. I just hope it isn’t too late.”
He gets up from his seat, walks around the desk and says, “Let’s get to work,” as he extends his hand for a shake. Dario takes a quick glance down and then reaches out to take him by the hand. And like that, the deal is done.
It is El Santo!
