Broken City Championship Wrestling** BCCW has 6 recognized championships ** Heavyweight (225 lbs +) Middleweight (205 lbs +) Flyweight (under 200 lbs) Television title (catch weight) 6-Man Tag Team titles Woman's Championship** BCCW recognizes the Undisputed WORLD Championship as governed by the Mash-Up Wrestling Board of Trustees ** ** All matches sanctioned by Mash-Up Wrestling. ** ** THIS IS BCCW!! **** RINGSIDE COMMENTARY TEAM **Gordon Solie & MSD Also starring BCCW Owner & General Manager: Stephanie McMahon!! Feat: Backstage Correspondent / Postfight Analyst: Renee YoungMash-Up Wrestling is a parallel plane of existence that utilizes historical figures in the fighting arts at the apex of their abilities. All over the map, individual fiefdoms are represented by Franchises; each with their own talent, touring circuits and championship hardware. Franchises compete for market share and viability, all while recognizing a single WORLD Champion (both Male and Female divisions). These undisputed WORLD Champions of Fight-Fiction (currently Braun Strowman 2018 & Chyna 2001) are booked throughout the Mash-Up Wrestling universe for high-profile appearances and big-time title defenses.
The Mash-Up Wrestling WORLD Championship encompasses all the great Fight-Fiction titles and pro wrestling championships of history. A lineage built on legend, mystique and future glory. TONIGHT this very title will be the crown-jewel in a Championship celebration of epic proportions. TONIGHT - Mash-Up Wrestling takes center stage in the BCCW arena! The one night when BCCW puts on the grandest Championship showcase of the year!! This is "City of Champions 2018" LIVE on the Network and TONIGHT, all the titles are on the line! Stay tuned! BCCW Commissioner JBL has ordered a special "RAW Roulette" for Las Vegas tonight! The result - Roman Reigns will face Diesel 1995... inside a solid steel cage! If Reigns loses, he will NOT receive another title shot for 365 days! The gamble is on at "City of Champions!"** Cut to video intro & hype package ** _________________________________________________________** PRELIMS airing LIVE & FREE on National TV just prior to the PPV! **"Dangerous" Danny McShain (1948) def. JCW Weedman (2008) [Middleweight Bout]But the big story postmatch is an unscheduled cameo from Razor Ramon (aka Scott Hall!)!!! Heyo Chico! Scott Hall *ATTACKS & BLOODIES* Danny McShain before declaring he wants ALL THE GOLD!!Scott Hall debuts in BCCW! What a defiant, bloody statement from the "Bad Guy" of professional wrestling!-- cut 2 commercial --Lucha Dragons (Kalisto / Mistico / Sin Cara) def. Dirty Rotten Nasty (Nasty Boyz 1991 + Axl Rotten 1999) [BCCW 6-Man Tag Team Bout]Everybody - from the Mash-Up Wrestling universe to commentators at ringside - are still buzzing about the "Bad Guy" Scott Hall's unannounced intrusion. There is certainly a historical precedent for his actions, but what do they mean in THIS context?? Stay tuned! Meanwhile blazing 6-Man Tag Team action consumes the screen - a staple of BCCW programming. Exciting back-n-forth action punctuated by stereo top-rope splashes for the pin! BCCW is the home for extreme Mash-Up madness & 6-Man Tag Team combinations! -- cut 2 commercial --** Triple Threat Bout ** Tessa Blanchard (2020) def. Alexa Bliss (2018) vs. Velvet McIntyre (1986) [Womans Bout]Tessa made her BCCW debut in the first-ever All-Woman's Fallout Festival Battle Royal. Since then, she spent the month tormenting the BCCW Woman's division with her credentials and formidable pedigree. This is her first real big solo in-ring challenge in BCCW, and Tessa does not disappoint! Match could seem to go either way multiple times, with each woman getting a chance to shine and dominate! But in the end - future overpowers the present (as it usually does) when Tessa pins Alexa after a Slingshot Suplex from outta nowhere! Alexa sells the loss like an upset! But is it really?? Tessa Blanchard... UNDENIABLY the FUTURE of American Professional Wrestling!-- cut 2 commercial --"Diehard" Eddie Edwards (2017) def. Johnny HotBody (1992) [Middleweight Bout]Eddie Edwards has been on a tear recently; reestablishing himself in the BCCW Middleweight division. That crusade takes him through Philly tuffguy Johnny HotBody tonight in a stiff streetfight. But the fight isn't over at the bell! Even after pinning HotBody with a "Boston Knee Party", Eddie Edwards is JUMPED by Hotbody's stable! The crew (including mouthpiece Steve Corino w/ valet Sammi Lane + [heel] Apollo Crews) beat down Eddie until security intervenes! Chaos in Las Vegas continues tonight! Steve Corino wants you to bet on HotBody Incorporated! -- cut 2 commercial --** Co-Main Event **Charlotte Flair (2018) def. Sable (1998) [Woman's Bout]Charlotte's tour de'force performance against the legends of Woman's wrestling continues tonight. This time against the crusader for woman's rights (in the form of free nudity), Sable (1998)! Two totally different eras, with vastly different expectations. But the same methodology! Think Sable's "Playboy" magazine spread vs. Charlotte's 2018 ESPN "Body Issue" pictorial. Tonight they clash in Main Event Mash-Up Wrestling action! Only in BCCW! Breaking down the differences even further, Charlotte is a genetic freak with pure Athletic credentials. Pro wrestling is literally in her DNA. Sable fought hard and trained well, but was still the Tai-Bo version of a pro wrestling champion. Nobody can deny Sable's money-making, white-hot run atop the card during one of pro-wrestling's hottest eras. But Charlotte Flair has Main-Evented entire PPVs. She broke records, hearts, limbs and continues to make history as the "Queen" atop the current crop of pro-wrestling superstars. Charlotte's victory tonight (via "Figure-8" submission of course) cements that legacy. But is she greatest of ALL-TIME..? There's a segment of fans - not to mention a reigning Mash-Up Wrestling WORLD Woman's Champion - who would think otherwise... To be continued! -- cut 2 commercial --** Co-Main Event **Roman Reigns (2014) vs. Diesel (1994) ["Ultimate Gamble" Steel Cage Match]Continuation of the Heavyweight Dream Feud between these two forces in BCCW. Diesel 1995 is the hired bodyguard for Television Champion EC3, and playing gatekeeper for him tonight. Wild steel cage match that features Diesel tossing Reigns around and looking to extract maximum punishment. But Commissioner JBL winds up blowing it for the bad guys when he shows up at ringside midway through the bout. Commissioner JBL gets into an argument with Diesel over excessive violence (IE: Commissioner JBL is trying to order Diesel around and have him hit more Jackknife Powerbombs). Instead - Diesel BIG BOOTS Reigns in the face out of frustration - and winds up accidentally knocking him right out of the cage door! Ref rings the bell signaling escape victory! Roman Reigns wins! Commisioner JBL and Diesel argue postmatch until Diesel storms out! BAM! Reigns hits JBL with a "Superman Punch" from outta nowhere! Roman Reigns is going on to challenge for the Television Title at "City of Champions!" Live on PPV! Coming up next! Stay tuned!! Winner: ROMAN REIGNS!-- BUY THE MUTHAPHUCKKIN PPV!! --[Fade Out] _________________________________________________________

proudly presents"City of Champions 2018"LIVE from beautiful LAS VEGAS NV! ** BCCW has 6 recognized championships ** Heavyweight (225 lbs +) Middleweight (205 lbs +) Flyweight (under 200 lbs) Television title (catch weight) 6-Man Tag Team titles Woman's Championship** BCCW recognizes the Undisputed WORLD Championship as governed by the Mash-Up Wrestling Board of Trustees ** ** All matches sanctioned by Mash-Up Wrestling. ** LIVE from Las Vegas BCCW presents: "CITY of CHAMPIONS 2018!"** THIS IS BCCW!! **** RINGSIDE COMMENTARY TEAM **Gordon Solie & MSD Also starring BCCW Owner & General Manager: Stephanie McMahon!! Feat: Backstage Correspondent / Postfight Analyst: Renee Young ** cut 2 PPV Intro / Video Package / Pyro / Screaming fans!! **_________________________________________________________** Mash-Up Wrestling WOMAN's Championship **Chyna (2001) © vs. Monster Ripper (1991) BCCW BACKSTORY:Talk about "beef", perhaps there is none more sizzling than the historic friction between Chyna and Stephanie McMahon. From Steph stealing Chyna's boyfriend HHH, leading to the downward spiral that swallowed Chhns whole. To the very Undisputed WORLD Woman's Championship that Chyna now holds in the Mash-Up Wrestling universe - and Stephanie desperately craves. Stephanie has politicked far beyond her means - first to have Chyna stripped & humiliated - then, when that failed, trying to BAN Chyna from competing in BCCW much as she did Braun Strowman before. Now Steph has brazenly broken protocol again by putting out a BOUNTY on the Woman's Champion! Enter the mysterious Monster Ripper! She made an immediate impact in BCCW by winning the first-ever All-Woman Fallout Festival Battle Royal. Then Monster Ripper spent the next few weeks destroying members of the BCCW roster while calling out WORLD Champion Chyna to answer her challenge! Finally on the last BCCW TV Episode, not only did Chyna appear and accept Rippers' challenge... the WORLD Champion nearly tore the entire TV set down to get at her! Ripper vs Chyna! Next! MASH-UP WRESTLING ANALYSISMonster Ripper has been dominating the Far East using a roughhouse gaijin-style to become 5x WWC Woman's Champion. Size, strength and brute force are Monster Rippers' calling cards. Fresh out of 1991, she is 30 y/o in her prime and just defeated a male wrestler in one of WWC's biggest cards of the year (18th Anniversary show). Speaking of Intergender matches and Battles of the Sexes before they become in vogue, we have the original glamazon Chyna. Early in her WWF career Chyna simply refused to wrestle women. In fact, Chyna preferred competing against men for the same reason some lighter-weight wrestlers loathe to be branded "cruiserweights". Chyna wrestled (and defeated) men because she could, and because she had to. So a match between Monster Ripper & Chyna - both ferocious man-eaters in their own right - would be brutal and unrelenting. There's absolutely nothing pretty about the Heavyweight slugfest between these two. Hits that would dismantle lesser or smaller opponents. Chyna squashed her opponent (WWE HoFamer Ivory) at WM17 in 2001 as proof of her physical dominance. But Monster Ripper takes Chyna's best shots and returns the favor! The fans are firmly behind Chyna though and help propel her towards a Wonder Woman comeback. A stunned Ripper is BODY-SLAMMED in massive fashion before being Pedigreed for the pin! Winner (and *STILL* WORLD Woman's Champion): CHYNA (2001)!!-- Postmatch staredown with Charlotte Flair on the Entrance Ramp! A Dream RE-Match if ever there were one! Will we finally see a definitive conclusion to this endless debate?? Stay tuned!! --** cut 2 commentator recap & summary / Return of Roman Reigns to BCCW (now as a babyface tweener) and the obstacles he has faced from the Stephanie McMahon regime, particularly Commissioner JBL / Backstage promo (hosted by Renee Young) with TV Champ EC3 who winds up arguing with his bodyguard Diesel over his match on the Prelims - Diesel becomes enraged and storms off! EC3 is on his own tonight! ** _________________________________________________________** BCCW Television Title **EC3 (2016) © vs. Roman Reigns (2014) (Heavyweight Bout)The Face of TNA Impact Wrestling vs. The Face of WWE Monday Night Raw. EC3 is one of the few true homebrewed superstars Impact Wrestling can take credit for. Roman Reigns is the in-house WWE creation handpicked to be their in-ring successor. Tonight they do battle on neutral ground at BCCW "City of Champions!" Since returning to BCCW, Reigns has earned his shot at the TV Title by defeating the man who beat him for the belt (Diesel) twice in competition. Including a Steel Cage Match earlier tonight on the Prelims, in which Reigns is still selling the effects of. So naturally EC3 is able to use these fresh wounds as fodder for his own attacks, putting Reigns on the defensive throughout most of the match. Nevertheless, Reigns is able to fight back (with fans approval) against EC3 until the referee accidentally gets taken out by both wrestlers! REF BUMP! Cue the run-in by corrupt Commissioner JBL who attempts to insert HIMSELF into the match as referee. But after a few instances of *blatant* favoritism, Roman Reigns finally has enough and SUPERMAN PUNCHES Commissioner JBL to hell! The fans roar their approval! Reigns is on a roll and it all climaxes with a huge SPEAR to EC3 in the center of the ring! The original, punchdrunk referee has dragged himself back into position just in time to count the pinfall! 1!.. 2!.. 3! Reigns has pinned EC3! We have a new champion!! --- B-B-B-B-B-But wait!! --Eventually, Commissioner JBL rains on the championship parade - RIPS the title from Roman's hands - and declares the referees decision null-and-void! Reversed! Swerve! Instead, Commissioner JBL declares Roman Reigns *DISQUALIFIED* for hitting a referee (Commissioner JBL himself!) HUGE boos for the screwjob finish. Commissioner JBL gives EC3 the belt back, and EC3 flees... ultimately leaving Commissioner JBL to take another Superman Punch followed by SPEAR from enraged Roman Reigns to end the segment! Reigns was screwed by Commissioner JBL and the Stephanie McMahon regime once again!! Winner (and STILL) BCCW Television Champion): EC3!! ** commentator recap & summary / GM & Owner Stephanie McMahon speaks on the prior segment, and says Roman Reigns may face corporate punishment for his misdeeds **_________________________________________________________** BCCW 6-Man Tag Team Titles **Brothers of Destiny © vs. Strike Force 3000Brothers of Destiny are arguably the greatest 6-Man Tag Team combination in BCCW history. Their run as titleholders seems cemented, even tonight against #1 contenders Strike Force 3000. Longtime fans will remember the WWF tag-team of Tito Santana and Rick Martel (circa 1988). While new heads are up on Matt Riddle (2018) and his King of Bros barefooted MMA style. Combining these two distinct elements creates an entirely new compound that can only be called Mash-Up Wrestling. This match is Fight-Fiction at its finest. Strike Force 3000 get slapped around a bunch, with young Riddle taking the brunt of the punishment. But his fighting spirit won't die, thus earning the respect of peers, fans & opponents. Brothers of Destiny are cruising towards another victory... when suddenly!!! Bludgeon Brothers run-in and all Hell breaks loose!![Bludgeon Brothers BCCW 6-Man Tag Team Version: Harper & Rowan + FMW Leatherface!]Ref distractions! Steel chair shots! A revving chainsaw! FIREBALL to Kane's masked face! In all the confusion, it is Matt Riddle with enough wherewithal to cover Kane for the final pinfall! We have new champions! But the real story is the building-wide brawl between Undertaker / Crow Sting vs. Bludgeon Brothers that breaks out postmatch! No celebration or victory speech for the winners, but we have *new* 6-Man Tag Team titleholders at "City of Champions 2018!"Winners (and *NEW* BCCW 6-Man Tag Team Champions): STRIKE FORCE 3000** cut to stunned commentator reaction / Renee Young attempts to interview the Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie backstage) but the Bludgeon Brothers vs. Brothers of Destiny brawl continues and tears through the set, forcing everybody else to flee! Somebody get security!! **_________________________________________________________** BCCW Middleweight Championship **AJ Styles (2018) © vs. "Outlaw" James Storm (2013)Winner (and *STILL* Middleweight Champion): AJ STYLES!!** Promos from each of the Money-in-the-Bank combatants **_________________________________________________________ ** Money-In-The-Bank Ladder Match **HBK Shawn Michaels (1994) vs. "Glorious" Bobby Roode (2018) vs. Shelton Benjamin (2006) vs. Booker T (2007) vs Kevin FN Owen's (2017) vs. Low-Ki (2002)Absolutely epic Dream Battle that no mere words or images could describe. You'd have to cram the entire WWE Network into an ROH meatgrinder and sprinkle some Impact Wrestling on top to get a mere taste. Take a few dabs and ruminate on that one. Winner: HBK Shawn Michaels ** cut 2 victory promo & commentator recap **_________________________________________________________Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie) w/ Megumi Kudo (1997) def. Shayna Baszler (2017) / Mickie James (2007) / Mistress Belmont (2007) [6-Woman Tag Team Bout]Set up as a comedown after the exhilarating MitB ladder match, this is nonetheless a showcase of diversity within the BCCW Woman's division. As always, BCCW Owner & GM Stephanie McMahon is placed prominently in the promotion of the Woman's division. Tonight, Stephanie resurfaces on the PPV yet again to provide guest-commentary along Gordon Solie & MSD. Cameras catch multiple shots of former UFC Champion "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey sitting ringside! Each woman here has her own individual character and accomplishments, with the running feud betwen Megumi & Shayna being the main driving force behind this match. In the end, Baszler sacrifices a surefire victory to instead *cripple* Brie by breaking her arm! But Megumi Kudo stops her at the last minute, and gets the pin on Shayna with her "Kudome Valentine" specialty! (Back-to-back double underhook piledriver) The real story takes place postmatch, when BCCW Owner & GM Stephanie McMahon takes the mic. Stephanie is clearly miffed at the attention celebrity Ronda Rousey is getting at ringside, and calls her into the ring with as much fake enthusiasm as she can muster. But when Ronda & Steph get face-to-face, the mood quickly sours. Stephanie is her usual bratty, braggadocious self. But Ronda ain't having it. One thing leads to another - Steph feels disrespected - and tries to take a SWING at Ronda! NOT WISE! Ronda catches the slap and nearly breaks Stephanie's arm in retaliation! Security & officials finally pry her off, but the message is sent! This ring might be Stephanie's turf but it's all Ronda's world!-- Ronda Rousey makes her official BCCW debut by nearly breaking the arm of Owner & GM Stephanie McMahon!! --[cut backstage] _________________________________________________________** BCCW WORLD Heavyweight Championship ** Braun Strowman (2018) © vs. Bret "Hitman" Hart (1998) [Heavyweight Bout]Braun Strowman rose to power in BCCW despite the objections of Owner & GM Stephanie McMahon. When Braun was barred from BCCW competition, he won WWEFan Royal Rumble 2018. He destroyed Stephanie's husband HHH in sanctioned competition. When Stephanie tried to bar Strowman from getting any more title shots, he crushed "Powerhouse" Frank Sexton and took the BCCW Heavyweight Championship! Now the man Strowman beat for the WORLD Title at WWEFan Wrestlemania 5 (Bret Hart) has campaigned long & loudly for a rematch. One he will get here tonight! Braun Strowman is an unprecedented Mash-Up Wrestling DOUBLE-CHAMPION! Bret "Hitman" Hart is the disgruntled ex-champ with an axe to grind! Their highly-anticipated Championship happens NOW at "City of Champions!" The musclebound "Monster Among Men" versus his very antithesis. Excellence of Execution against Raw Power. Both apples of Vinny Mac's eyes, just for radically opposed reasons. By 2018 Braun Strowman rose through the ranks towards Main Event force. Whether he's overturning ambulances or dumping wrestlers-trapped-in-porta-potties off the Entrance stage, Braun Strowman is the type of strongman spectacle that has existed for centuries in professional wrestling. In fact, Strowman is *THE* archetypal wrestler supersized to fit our 21st Century Sportz-Entertainment expectations. Contrast that with the low-frills scientific style of Bret Hart and you've got a new-age David vs. Goliath storyline - albeit one in which the fans are cheering for Goliath! Most fans (correction- ALL fans outside Canada) are sick & tired of Bret's incessant whining. Bret has cried "conspiracy!" more times than Kingdom in ROH mixed with an entire season of X-Files. So when Hart argues all kinds of technicalities, including a specially-assigned Canadian referee familiar with Marques of Queensbury rules, nobody is surprised. Bret really targets the leg and knees of Braun Strowman, but scores big psychological points by feigning his OWN knee injury in the end. This allows Bret to pull brass-freaking-knuckles out of his tights (anything to beat a Giant, right?). But Braun Strowman is no dummy - he BLOCKS the attempted shot from Bret and knocks the knucks ajar! Now the referee is squabbling with Braun over the brass knuckles, trying to get them away from Strowman - when WHAM! Bret NAILS Braun from behind with a lowblow, sight unseen by the referee! But still only a 2-count! During another exchange, the referee is bumped (and Bret hits the referee with a legdrop to make sure he STAYS down!) Now Bret goes to the top, but gets crotched by Braun and literally HURLED across the ring! Braun Strowman charges toward Bret in the corner with a running splash... but Bret CLOCKS him with the brass knuckles full-force instead! Braun Strowman is monstrously stunned... and a SECOND huge brass-knuckles shot takes him down for good! Oh no Braun Strowman is OUT cold! Bret shakes the referee back to life, and locks the Sharpshooter in on unconscious Braun Strowman (struggling to get his massive legs into place!) Strowman isn't moving and the groggy referee calls for the bell! Match over via referee stoppage!! Winner... and *NEW* Champion: BRET "Hitman" HART! WTF! Shock! Concern! Confusion! Did Bret Hart just strip Braun Strowman of both his Championship belts!? Has Bret regained the WORLD title, despite objections from the Mash-Up Wrestling Committee!? It's a shoot in BCCW! WTF is going on here!? Neither Commissioner JBL nor BCCW Owner & GM Stephanie McMahon are still here this evening to make a ruling! Bret Hart is back to being the MAN among monsters here in Mash-Up Wrestling! Things have gone from bad to WORSE in BCCW! Stay tuned!![Fade Out] ** BREAKING NEWS **The next night, an official ruling was made. Bret Hart is officially the new BCCW Heavyweight Champion, due to submission referee stoppage. But the Mash-Up Wrestling Committee has overturned his WORLD title win on a flagrant rules infraction (Bret freaking legdropped an unconscious referee) and returned the title to Braun Strowman. Therefore, Bret Hart is new BCCW Heavyweight Champion... but *STILL* Mash-Up Wrestling WORLD Champion... BRAUN STROWMAN!
