Kairi Sane defeats Mariko Yoshida with the InSane Elbow.
Minoru Suzuki defeated surprise opponent Jushin Thunder Liger in a 10 minute mostly mat wrestling war after delivering the Gotch Piledriver. Liger would get a great ovation from the crowd and even used a Pescado at one point after sending Suzuki to the ring a rare high flying moment for this technical wrestling clinc of a match.
Kota Ibushi defeated Katsuyori Shibata with a Lariat in a very hard hitting and spirited contest. Ibushi would try to use his more fancy techniques early, but Shibata goaded him into a dirty fight and Ibishi showed his heart, blasting Shibata with a brutal Lariat to end it.
Io Shirai would manage to defeat Yoshiko Tamura with a Far East Destroyer to get the pinfall. Tamura ruthlessly attacked the knee she had injured throughout, forcing this into a mat battle as opposed to the high flying match Shirai would've most certainly preferred. Shirai was able to overcome the evil Tamura, and get the pinfall.
No DQ Match: Hiroshi Tanahashi defeats Toshiaki Kawada with the High Fly Flow to get the win. Kawada and Tanahashi would fight all over the ringside area and crowd, with Kawada dealing a lot of damage, but Tanahashi would dropkick a chair into his face to turn the tides and eventually get the pinfall.
ISPW International Male Title: CIMA (c) defeats Juice Robinson to retain. These two had exchanged pinfalls on each other leading up to this and it looked like Juice was in the champions head going in, but CIMA pulled out the kind of match we know and love from him, as he performed well on the big stage and showed everyone why he is the champion, getting the win with the Meteora and earning the respect of Juice in his victory.
ISPW International Female Title Tournament Final: Mayu Iwatani defeats Meiko Satomura to become the first champion after delivering a Dragon Suplex. Satomura would deal a lot of punishment to Iwatani, but Iwatani would show no signs of quit, even kicking out of the Scorpio Rising, which is no small feat. No one doubted she deserved the title after this showing.
MUW World Women's Title: Charlotte Flair (c) defeats Manami Toyota to retain her title with the Figure Eight for the pinfall. Flair would viciously attack the knee of the faster Toyota, even locking her in a Figure Four with the ringpost at one point. These two fought for all of 48 minutes, with Flair struggling to figure out how to keep Toyota down, and Toyota crying out and giving every one goosebumps as she begged for more, not wanting to lose this opportunity she has dreamed of her whole career. She would find creative ways to escape and reverse the Figure Eight, using her flexibility and technical ability to continuously frustrate Flair. Eventually, Flair would go on rampage, slamming Toyotas head repeatedly into the matter before blasting her with knee to knee blows over and over before finally cinching in the Figure Eight. Toyota refused to quit, but her shoulders were down as she passed out from the pain and exhaustion and the referee counted the three. Flair wins, but Toyota showed the heart of a champion tonight fighting for her pride and her country, and there's no shame in this loss. She gave it everything and Flair showed her some respect after the match, knowing she had to give it everything she had to put her away in what was probably her most challenging defense to date.
