Do the other promoters think we need a thread to post upcoming pay per views? Or would right here work. If we knew ahead of time who had what date booked then maybe that would helping booking the MUW World's Champs & not scheduling 2 PPVs the same day. Just a thought.

I totally get what you're saying, but - speaking for myself - I"d be hard-pressed to putting out a PPV on a specific day. I avoid general blocks of time where I know someone else's is coming up, but I can't always guarantee that I'd get my "scheduled" PPV on the day I want to, if real life gets in the way.

BREAKING NEWS: The Midnight Express, enraged by the betrayal by their former manager Jim Cornette, have demanded a rematch against the Dynamic 2uo... and they will get it at GIW's next PPV, Major Impact! Chief Imagination Officer Jeff Jarrett has made the stakes even higher, by making this a lumberjack match - and tennis rackets will be placed around the ring to be used by any lumberjack if a wrestler is thrown to the floor!

The office of Jeff Jarrett...
The President and Chief Imagination Officer of GIW is not in a good mood. His attention is divided between his laptop, a stack of paperwork on his desk, and the two men sitting across from him, and "Double J" is noticeably stressed.
Lance Russell: "You just have to get through Major Impact, kid, and everything will be alright. You're putting together a great card, one of the best pay-per-views this year, and -"
Irwin R. Schyster: "And then what? I've seen your books, Mr. Jarrett. You've done an admirable job starting up yet another promotion, but I'm afraid your reach has exceeded your grasp. Mandalay Bay? Why, the weekly costs here are-"
Jarrett: "I'm not raising ticket prices. That's that."
Schyster: "Your television fees don't make that gap up. And yes, you have a talent roster that is second to none, myself obviously included... but you have to pay them."
Russell: "Why don't you let Jeff worry about all that, Irwin. The man has wrestling in his blood. He's a born leader."
Schyster: "Look at him. He IS worried... but I can help. Will you let me help?"
Jarrett and Russell looked at each other somberly. Reluctantly, the CIO nodded, and Schyster stood up and went to the door. Poking his head into the hallway, "the Taxman" summoned a fourth man into Jarrett's office. Tanned and well-dressed from head to toe, the newcomer smiled confidently at Russell before extending his hand.
Jarrett: "Hello, Ted."

The office of Jeff Jarrett...
He's at his desk, paperwork in front of him, with two other men seated on the other side.
Jarrett: "Thanks for coming in. Now, I'd like to announce this match as soon as possible, get the pre-sale poppin' even we go to air for Friday Night Impact-"
Kevin Sullivan: "Now that I think about it, I"m not sure this match is violent enough. Jack and Umaga, they're gettin' crazier. Harder to control."
Paul Ellering: "That is the most feeble attempt to intimidate the Legion of Doom that I've ever heard in my life. My men will destroy your team, in any environment, in any arena. Are you suggesting we raise the stakes?"
Sullivan sighed, and replied, "I"m just sayin' that I can't be held responsible for what happens in a straight-up wrestling match."
Ellering looked like he wanted to laugh, then he took a pen and wrote something on the contract before passing across to the "Gamesmaster". Sullivan looked at it, and then he did laugh. Despite his appearance, he was an intelligent manager, and he wrote on both contracts as well, before shoving them back into Jarrett's view.
The GIW Chief Imagination Officer looked down at the paperwork, then at Ellering and Sullivan. Neither man blinked, and Jarrett signed off on the added stipulations.
"Alright then. At Major Impact, it's the Road Warriors versus Umaga and Cactus Jack in a Double First Blood match."

BREAKING NEWS: Another match has been signed for GIW's Major Impact - a tag-team gauntlet match! Does it have high stakes? Of course it does: the winner will receive a shot at the GIW Intercontinental Tag-Team titles at a future Friday Night Impact... and the loser of the match (the last team eliminated) will be fired from GIW!

The scene: one of the locker rooms at Mandalay Bay.
GIW President and Chief Imagination Officer Jeff Jarrett packed a suitcase and gym bag, and looked up at the lights. As if on cue, his announcer and confidant, Lance Russell, entered the room.
Russell: "The timing of this couldn't be worse, Jeff - are you sure that you want to do this?"
Jarrett: "I have to. If I"m going out, I"m going out with a bang, and Major Impact has to be huge. Yeah, the timing sucks, but I'm a big boy, I can handle it. We win the Kings of the Trios tournament, that's more cash that I can sink right back into GIW. Gotta keep the lights on, Lance."
Russell: "No one doubts your credentials, kid, in or out of the ring. You, Owen, and Davey Boy - that's a great team right there, with more titles than I can count on both hands. Just be careful out there, alright?"
The two men shook hands, and Jarrett headed to the parking lot. Russell wandered through the arena, happy to be in his element, but also carrying around a knot in his stomach. As he walked around the ring, he heard a laugh high above him, muffled by distance. There were three men also walking through the arena's upper levels - Ted DiBiase, Irwin R. Schyster, and one other man, but Russell could not identify him from so far away.
The knot grew bigger.
