IN RING
The show starts with Sami Zayn coming out to the ring with a grievance. He tells the fans to shut up, getting some boos and he says he doesn't care! Nobody cares about him, so why should he care about anybody else!? All of his friends, everybody he came up with in this business, they're all working somewhere, doing big things, getting all the accolades, when he's the most talented of all and he's been resigned to wrestling in front of these, the worst fans in wrestling! He doesn't think he should have to prove anything, and yet here he is, and tonight, he's going to prove to all the haters that he IS the best, not that these ingrates deserve to see him in action!
This leads to Hideo Itami making his way out to cheers. He says tonight, he kicks Sami Zayn's ass and destroys him... and shuts his big mouth. The fans give a cheer there as Zayn yells from the ring, getting up on the ropes and trying to get Itami to come down, but Itami coolly walks away as we prepare for the main event.

BACKSTAGE
We head backstage, where Xavier Woods is preparing for his next match. Woods says he is tired of being looked at as just a third wheel in some circus, and he is going to get some respect tonight! He says he is the smartest man in this business, and he will use his superior intellect to vanquish anyone who tries to stand in his way!
Johnny Gargano vs. Xavier Woods
Woods shows a bad attitude here, and employs a more grounded and punishing style than we've typically seen from him as he plays the heel tonight. The fans try to rally behind Gargano, who shows flashes of mat brilliance as he tries to fight off Woods, but Woods sends him to the outside and turns the tables in this match. Woods delivers a Shining Wizard against the guardrail at one point to really knock Gargano for a loop. Gargano tries to fight back once more, hitting a Superkick, followed by a Reverse STO into the buckles. Gargano heads to the apron and slingshots in, looking for a DDT, but Woods reverses it with a Codebreaker! Woods hooks the leg and puts his feet on the ropes, holding Gargano down for a three as the fans boo him!
Roderick Strong vs. Andrade "Cien" Almas w/ Zelina
Almas and Zelina get the fans behind him, as his flashy style and fast moves in the ring, as well as his beautiful valet, get him over with the crowd. Strong comes out with a vengeance and tries to pick apart Almas, jawing with the fans as he does so, mocking them and pounding Almas into the mat. Strong takes Almas to the outside and into the crowd at one point, chopping and kicking him before delivering a Half Nelson Backbreaker variation onto a chair to get some cringes from the audience! Back inside the ring, Strong hits another backbreaker variation, but Almas somehow kicks out! Strong tries to hold Almas down with a Neck Wrench, but Almas draws from the fans as Zelina slaps the canvas and cheers him on. Almas makes a comeback, hitting his front kick into a back elbow, followed by a Inverted Facelock Backbreaker into a Falling Reverse DDT, but only gets a two count. Almas would soon after catch Strong in a Hanging Triangle to get the fans going before heading up top, jumping off and looking for a Dropkick, but Strong reverses with a Backbreaker! Strong tries another cover, but still just a two! Strong tells the fans to shut up, calling for the end! Strong lifts Almas with a Suplex, trying maybe for another Backbreaker variation, but Almas reverses with a Huracanrana. Strong finds himself sitting in the corner, and after some showboating, "Cien" rushes in with double knees! Almas calls for the end and tries to lock Strong up into his Hammerlock DDT, but Strong reverses it, hitting a high knee, followed by his Sick Kick! Strong goes for the cover, but still just a two to his surprise! Strong tries to stay on it, lifting Almas onto his shoulders and going for a Gutbuster, but Almas lands on his feet and hits another back elbow, which he follows up by twisting Strong into his Hammerlock DDT, and he makes the cover! It's all over, "Cien" gets the three count as the fans give him a good ovation!
"The Knockout Artist" Chris Hero vs. 'YxB" Pete Dunne
Two hard hitters squared off in this contest, with Hero having the clear size advantage, which has gained him some criticism from the fans but he can still do amazing things athletically and proved that tonight. Hero would at one point flip over the ropes to the outside, catching himself with his hands on the apron and then delivered a tumbling Lariat to Dunne to get a big reaction. Dunne was clearly the heel here, as he continually tried to slow and ground the pace before using questionable tactics, such as attacking the fingers of Hero before targeting the elbow, one of Hero's most deadly weapons. Hero would fight back and deliver a Discus Kick that shook Dunne nearly out of his boots, proving he has more than just elbows in his arsenal. Dunne would manage to duck a Rolling Elbow, showing some strength by lifting Hero onto his shoulders and then dropping him down with the Go 2 Europe (Fireman's Carry into European Uppercut), taking Hero down for a two count. Dunne would call for the end and tried to lift Hero into the Bitter End, but was awkward about lifting him, which allowed Hero to break loose and deliver an elbow to the back of his head, followed by a Hangman's Clutch II in the center of the ring! Hero would crank it back and Dunne would have to tap out!
After the match, Dunne would blast Hero from behind with a Lariat and stomp him into the mat, showing what a bad sport he is as the fans booed him but Dunne showed them no love in return.
Hideo Itami vs. Sami Zayn
Zayn starts off not wanting to tangle up with Itami, backing into the ropes and catching the ire of the fans, who start chanting that he sucks. Zayn covers his ears and then waves them off before heading into the center of the ring and trying to grapple with Itami. Zayn takes Itami down with a headlock and laughs out, very proud of himself, but Itami takes his over with a headscissors and the fans cheer, as Itami takes the advantage. Itami lays into Zayn, kicking and chopping him viciously, getting the fans into it by motioning to them before delivering a Running Kick to a seated Zayn in the corner, which sends Zayn to the outside. Itami claps and brings the fans into it before running off the ropes and trying to dive out onto Zayn, but Zayn catches him with an elbow as he's coming through the ropes to stop his momentum, before hitting a Rope Hung DDT to the floor at a sick angle to take Itami down hard! Zayn is very proud of himself and taunts the crowd more, getting them more worked up with his smug demeanor and mocking gestures. Zayn sends Itami into the ring and hits a Springboard Moonsault, but only gets a two count, which he harasses the ref about. Zayn calls for the end and whips Itami into the ropes, slapping his leg and taunting the fans before trying for the Helluva Kick, but Itami dodges it and hits a Running Kick to Zayn in the corner, taking him down! Itami delivers a Falcon Arrow and tries to hold Zayn down, but only gets a two count! Itami lifts up Zayn and calls for the Go 2 Sleep, getting a huge pop for the crowd as he lifts Zayn. Itami sends Zayn up, but Zayn reverses, heading the opposite direction and landing on his feet, kicking Itami between the legs from behind! The fans boo loudly as the referee apparently didn't see it! Zayn grabs Itami and whips him around, tossing him into the corner and then rushing in quickly, blasting him with the Helluva Kick! Zayn then rolls up Itami with a School Boy, grabbing the tights for extra emphasis as the fans boo him loudly, chanting "SAMI SUCKS!" as the referee counts to the three!
Sami parades around the ring as if he just won the World Series, obnoxiously mocking the fans and smiling, yelling that he told them he was "THE BEST!" as the fans boo and the show comes to a close.
